the method comprises the following steps that a main filter before a pump carries out primary filtration on an input solid-liquid mixture according to a preset first separation precision range to obtain a first solid-liquid mixture and a second solid-liquid mixture after filtration, wherein the first solid-liquid mixture contains filtered solid particles;
and the main filter before the pump outputs the second solid-liquid mixture to the booster pump, so that the booster pump boosts the second solid-liquid mixture and sends the boosted second solid-liquid mixture to the separator, the separator performs second separation on the boosted second solid-liquid mixture according to a preset second separation precision range to obtain a first liquid and a third solid-liquid mixture, and the third solid-liquid mixture is input to the standing device, so that the standing device performs secondary filtration and separation on the third solid-liquid mixture according to a preset third separation precision range.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the pre-pump main filter performs a first filtering of the incoming solid-liquid mixture according to a preset first separation accuracy range, comprising:
a filter screen in the main filter before the pump filters an input solid-liquid mixture according to a preset first separation precision range to separate solid particles, wherein the solid particles are attached to the filter screen;
and a scraper in the main filter before the pump automatically removes the solid particles attached to the filter screen under the control of a driving system.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, wherein the predetermined first separation accuracy range is (4mm, 10 mm).
8. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the predetermined second separation accuracy and the predetermined third separation accuracy both range (50 μm, 300 μm).
9. The method of claim 5 or 6, further comprising:
and the main filter before the pump inputs the first solid-liquid mixture to the auxiliary filter before the pump, so that the auxiliary filter before the pump performs filtration and separation on the first solid-liquid mixture again according to a preset fourth separation precision range.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the predetermined fourth separation accuracy range is (1.5mm, 4 mm).
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of solid-liquid separation, in particular to a solid-liquid filtering and separating device and method.
Background
In the process of life or production, various solid-liquid mixtures are inevitably contacted, and the separation of the solid-liquid mixtures is an important component in the separation technology. At present, a common solid-liquid separation device is mainly provided with a filter through a solid-liquid input/output port to realize solid-liquid filtration and separation, a common filter usually adopts a filter element to filter particles with different sizes, and the filtered particles are attached to the filter element. In order to ensure the filtering effect of the filter, solid particles attached to the filter element are regularly removed in a manual mode, or the filter element is replaced in a manual mode. However, for the solid-liquid separation device with higher separation precision, because the separation precision is higher, namely the size of the filtered particles is smaller, in the solid-liquid filtering and separating process, a large amount of solid particles are attached to the filter element, so that the filter element is easy to block, the filter element is periodically cleaned in a manual mode in the prior art, the manual workload is large, and because a large amount of solid particles are attached to the filter element, if the manual mode cannot be used for timely cleaning, the pressure difference before and after the solid-liquid filtering and separating device filters is too large, the stability of the solid-liquid filtering and separating device is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem that this application was solved is: the solid-liquid filtering and separating device comprises a main filter, a scraper, a filter screen, a driving system and a filter screen, wherein the filter screen is arranged in the main filter, the scraper is arranged in the main filter, the driving system is arranged in the main filter, the scraper is arranged in the main filter, and the scraper is used for driving the filter screen to move in the main filter. Therefore, through the driving system, the scraper is controlled to automatically clear solid particles attached to the filter screen, so that the workload of workers is reduced, the phenomenon that the pressure difference of the solid-liquid filtering and separating device before and after filtration is overlarge due to the fact that the solid-liquid filtering and separating device cannot be manually cleaned in time is avoided, and the stability of the solid-liquid filtering and separating device is improved.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a solid-liquid filtering separation device, including: a pre-pump main filter, a booster pump and a separator; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the pre-pump main filter is used for filtering and separating a solid-liquid mixture to be filtered and comprises a first filter tank, a driving system, a filter screen and a scraper; the first filter tank comprises a first mixture inlet and a first outlet, and is used for inputting the solid-liquid mixture to be filtered from the first mixture inlet and outputting the filtered solid-liquid mixture from the first outlet; the filter screen is positioned in the first filtering tank and used for filtering the solid-liquid mixture to be filtered; the scraper is arranged close to the filter screen and used for removing solid particles filtered on the filter screen; the driving system is connected with the scraper and is positioned outside the first filter tank and used for controlling the scraper to automatically remove the solid particles filtered on the filter screen, so that the solid particles flow into the bottom of the first filter tank along with part of the liquid;
the booster pump is arranged between the pre-pump main filter and the separator and is used for boosting the solid-liquid mixture filtered by the pre-pump main filter and inputting the filtered solid-liquid mixture to the separator;
and the separator is used for filtering and separating the filtered solid-liquid mixture again to obtain separated liquid and solid particles, wherein the solid particles flow into the bottom of the separator along with part of the liquid.
In the scheme that this application embodiment provided, solid-liquid filters separator filters the solid-liquid mixture of input through the filter screen in the main filter before the pump in filtering process to through actuating system, the control scraper carries out automatic clear to the adnexed solid particle on the filter screen. Therefore, through the driving system, the scraper is controlled to automatically clear solid particles attached to the filter screen, so that the workload of workers is reduced, the phenomenon that the pressure difference of the solid-liquid filtering and separating device before and after filtration is overlarge due to the fact that the solid-liquid filtering and separating device cannot be manually cleaned in time is avoided, and the stability of the solid-liquid filtering and separating device is improved.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the device comprises a standing device, a first control valve, a front auxiliary pump filter and a second control valve; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
