The invention relates to the field of presses, in particular to a pneumatic control system of a press.

Background

The whole system of the press machine relates to a plurality of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and other systems, wherein the pneumatic system comprises a clutch related gas circuit, a balancer related gas circuit, a brake related gas circuit, an air cushion related gas circuit and a hydraulic overload protection related gas circuit.

The gas circuit ensures the normal operation of the whole press, however, the control of each gas circuit does not have the control of one system at present, so that the failure rate and the stability of the pneumatic control system of the press at present are poor.

In view of the problems in the prior art, the invention designs and manufactures a pneumatic control system of a press by combining years of design and use experience of related fields and with over-strong professional knowledge, so as to overcome the defects.

For the problems in the prior art, the pneumatic control system of the press machine provided by the invention has the advantage that the stability of the pneumatic control system of the press machine is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, a pneumatic control system of a press comprises an air source 1, wherein the air source 1 is connected with a main air path, and the main air path is provided with a clutch braking air path, a balancer air path, an air cushion air path and a hydraulic overload protection air path which are arranged in parallel;

the air cushion gas path of the invention comprises an air cushion gas cylinder 2, a hand slide valve 13 and a pressure reducing valve 12 are arranged between the air cushion gas cylinder 2 and a main gas path, an air outlet of the air cushion gas cylinder 2 is connected with an air cushion 9, two parallel air cushion gas paths are arranged between the air cushion 9 and the air cushion gas cylinder 2, a throttle valve 18 and an air control three-way valve 19 are arranged on one air cushion gas path, the air control three-way valve 19 is communicated with the main gas path, the hand slide valve 13 and the pressure reducing valve 12 are arranged between the air control three-way valve 19 and the main gas path, a one-way valve, when in inflation, the high-pressure air of the air cushion air storage cylinder 2 respectively enters the upper air cylinder and the lower air cylinder of the air cushion 9 through the throttle valve 18 and the air control three-way valve 19, because the pressure of the air cushion air storage cylinder 2 is greater than the pressure of the upper air cylinder and the lower air cylinder of the air cushion 9, air can only enter the air cushion 9 and can not return to the air cushion air storage cylinder 2 through the one-way valve 17. Meanwhile, in order to further improve the safety of the equipment, pressure gauges are arranged on the clutch braking air circuit, the balancer air circuit, the air cushion air circuit and the hydraulic overload protection air circuit, and safety valves 16 are arranged on the clutch braking air cylinder 3, the balancer air cylinder 4 and the air cushion air cylinder 2.

According to the invention, different branches are arranged by utilizing the total gas circuit, and the clutch-related gas circuit, the balancer-related gas circuit, the brake-related gas circuit, the air cushion-related gas circuit and the hydraulic overload protection-related gas circuit are controlled according to different hand slide valves 13, so that the stable and safe operation of the whole pneumatic system of the press is ensured, and the key equipment is provided with the gas storage cylinder, so that the stability of a gas source is ensured, and the overall stability of the operation of the equipment is further improved.
