When the jack rotates to a required radian or position, the direction control valve is operated to enable the horizontally moving jack to vertically move to align with the plug-in port, then the plug-in rod for connection is assembled, and the traction motor can be rotated back and forth by using the direction control valve to change the horizontal position of the plug-in port; the operation is reciprocated back and forth, so that the turning process of all the subway carriages can be achieved.
