The invention relates to a goods storage device, in particular to a goods shelf convenient to stack.

Background

A shelf is a device for storing goods. In the prior art, the stacking of the goods shelf often needs an operator to judge and position by naked eyes. When the operator uses fork truck to carry out goods shelves and piles up the operation, because the distance is than far away, be difficult to find suitable setpoint and pile together goods shelves, consequently, the efficiency that goods shelves were piled up among the prior art is lower. Because there is not any restraint between goods shelves, also easily topple over in piling up goods shelves transportation with fork truck, produce the transportation damage problem easily.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a goods shelf, which is provided with a positioning component, two goods shelves are mutually meshed through the positioning component, so that the goods shelves are convenient to stack, and meanwhile, the goods shelves are more stable and are not easy to topple over when being transported due to certain constraint in the transverse direction.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a goods shelf comprises a support column and a bearing layer and is characterized by also comprising positioning side lugs, wherein the positioning side lugs are fixedly connected to the outer side of the bearing layer and are perpendicular to the bearing layer; the positioning side lug is in an inverted U shape, the upper end of the positioning side lug is closed, and the lower end of the positioning side lug is opened.

Furthermore, the lower end openings of the positioning side lugs extend outwards, so that the positioning side lugs between the two goods shelves can be meshed with each other conveniently.

Furthermore, the upper end of the positioning side lug protrudes outwards to form a semicircle.

Furthermore, the top end of the upper end of the positioning side lug is higher than that of the support column, so that the positioning side lug and the support column are prevented from interfering with each other when two goods shelves are stacked.

Furthermore, the number of the positioning side ears is at least two, and the positioning side ears are respectively positioned on two sides of the bearing layer. The symmetrically arranged positioning side ears are used for ensuring the stability when stacking.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the components capable of being positioned and meshed are arranged between the two goods shelves, and are meshed with each other through the components, so that the goods shelves are convenient to stack, and are more stable during transfer and difficult to topple over due to certain transverse constraint force.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1, a shelf includes a supporting column 1, a carrying layer 2, and a positioning side ear 3, wherein the positioning side ear 3 is welded on the outer side of the carrying layer 2 and is perpendicular to the carrying layer 2; the positioning side lug 3 is in an inverted U shape, the upper end is closed, and the lower end is opened.

The lower end opening of the positioning side lug 3 is in an outward extending shape, the radius of the extending radian is 5-10cm, and the radian size is easier to stack.

The upper end of the positioning side lug 3 protrudes outwards and is in a semicircular arc shape, and the radius of the arc is 20-25 cm.

The top of the upper end of the positioning side lug 3 is higher than that of the support column 1 by 10-15cm, so that the support column 1 and the positioning side lug 3 are prevented from interfering with each other when two goods shelves are stacked, and meanwhile, the goods shelves cannot topple due to too large difference.

The number of the positioning side ears 3 is two, and the positioning side ears are respectively positioned at two sides of the bearing layer 2. The positioning side ears 3 are symmetrically arranged to ensure stability when stacking.

In use, as shown in figure 2, two pallets are stacked vertically, positioned by engagement between the positioning side ears 3, and a certain lateral restraining force is generated.

In summary, the following steps: the goods shelf provided by the invention is provided with the positioning component, the two goods shelves are mutually meshed through the positioning component, the goods shelf is convenient to stack, and meanwhile, the goods shelf is more stable in transportation and is not easy to topple over due to the transverse constraint force.
