the essential oil is one of lavender essential oil, wormwood essential oil and eucalyptus essential oil;

the gelatin is as follows: gum arabic: the mass ratio of the essential oil emulsion is 1: 2-4: 2-10;

the stirring speed of the homogenizer is 5000-6000 r/min, preferably 5500-6000 r/min;

the pH is adjusted to 3-4 by adding acetic acid.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of functional textiles, and particularly relates to a fabric containing a mosquito-killing microcapsule and a finishing method thereof.

Background

Mosquitoes are common living organisms, mainly suck blood of people and animals for birth, and are bitten by the mosquitoes to cause pruritus and pain, and also spread diseases such as encephalitis B, malaria, dengue fever and the like, so that the mosquitoes cause great harm to human health. The research report of the world health organization clearly indicates that mosquitoes take the first place in all diseases infected by pests, so mosquito repelling is always a concern.

Currently, mosquito-repellent agents adopted by people are mainly chemically synthesized mosquito-repellent agents; but the mosquito repellent has great harm to human body and environment; obviously, the method is not suitable for the environment protection nowadays when people pay more attention to the environment protection. Therefore, people increasingly have urgent needs for natural plant mosquito repellent products, and corresponding research work is also widely regarded.

The natural plant repellent has the advantages of no toxicity or low toxicity, small irritation to skin, fresh smell, no drug residue after use, no harm to environment and the like. Common natural plants with repellent effect on mosquitoes mainly comprise citronella, mugwort, lavender, schizonepeta, eucalyptus leaves, geranium, rosemary, cinnamon and the like, and preparation with certain efficacy by extracting effective ingredients in the plants becomes a hotspot of research.

In a typical invented method, patent CN105594755A discloses a plant mosquito repellent and a preparation method of a fabric with a mosquito repellent effect. The purpose is that the provided repellent can repel most mosquitoes; the fabric prepared by the method has obvious mosquito prevention effect. The technical scheme is as follows: a natural plant mosquito repellent DL-F99 comprises the following components: essential oil, emulsifier and water. A preparation method of a fabric with a mosquito repellent effect comprises the following steps: 1) preparing an essential oil microcapsule DL-F99A; 2) preparing natural plant beta-cyclodextrin semi-inclusion compound DL-F99B; 3) compounding an essential oil microcapsule DL-F99A and a natural plant essential oil beta-cyclodextrin semi-inclusion compound DL-F99B according to the mass ratio of 1: 1-3: 1 to obtain a natural plant anti-mosquito finishing agent DL-F993; 4) and finishing the fabric.

Patent CN 105603766A discloses a preparation method and application of a composite essential oil microcapsule finishing agent, belonging to the technical field of pure cotton fabric after-finishing, wherein the preparation method comprises the following operation steps: the first step is as follows: preparing a composite essential oil microcapsule; the second step is that: preparing the composite essential oil microcapsule finishing agent. The invention also discloses application of the composite essential oil microcapsule finishing liquid in the after-finishing process of the pure cotton fabric. The invention has simple operation, continuous microcapsule surface and semi-permeable capsule wall, the composite essential oil can be slowly released through the capsule wall, has strong affinity to textile fabrics and can be firmly attached to the textile fabrics; through compounding of the compound essential oil, the pungent smell of the garlic essential oil can be covered and reduced, and meanwhile, the good antibacterial effect of the garlic essential oil is kept; the finished pure cotton fabric has lasting antibacterial and good mosquito repelling effect.

However, the mosquito repellent finishing disclosed in the prior art includes the process treatments such as padding and steaming of the fabric, and the treatment processes all affect the volatilization of effective substances in the capsule core material, thereby affecting the durability of mosquito repellent and fragrance effects.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, when the microcapsule is used for finishing the fabric, the microcapsule is prevented from being damaged, the corrosion inhibition effect of the microcapsule is adjusted, and the durability of microcapsule finishing is improved.

The invention provides a multifunctional fabric containing mosquito-repellent microcapsules and a preparation method thereof

1. Preparation of microcapsules

Respectively weighing gelatin and gum arabic, adding into distilled water, stirring at 40 deg.C for dissolving completely, preparing gelatin-gum arabic solution, adding essential oil emulsion, stirring with homogenizer, emulsifying, adding acetic acid to adjust pH, and stirring for 20-30min; cooling to enable the re-coagulation system to be treated for 20-30min in an alkaline environment with the temperature of 0-5 ℃ and the pH value of 9.0, so as to obtain a uniform essential oil microcapsule dispersion liquid; curing by using a composite curing agent, wherein the dosage of glutaraldehyde is 1-10mL/L, the curing time of glutaraldehyde is 1-3h, the dosage of tannic acid is 1-10g/L, and the curing time of tannic acid is 2-3h, so as to obtain the microcapsule emulsion.

The essential oil is one of lavender essential oil, wormwood essential oil and eucalyptus essential oil.

The gelatin is as follows: gum arabic: the mass ratio of the essential oil emulsion is 1: 2-4:2-10

The stirring speed of the homogenizer is 5000-6000 r/min, preferably 5500-6000 r/min.

The pH is adjusted to 3-4 by adding acetic acid.

The preparation method of the essential oil emulsion comprises the steps of adding the mosquito-repellent aromatic essential oil into an aqueous solution of polyethylene glycol, adding the surfactant, and stirring at a high speed for emulsification to obtain the mosquito-repellent aromatic essential oil emulsion, wherein the stirring speed is 3500-5000r/min, and the stirring time is 30 min.

The surfactant is Span-60 and Span-80.

The mosquito-repellent aromatic essential oil comprises the following components: polyethylene glycol: the dosage of the surfactant is 4-5: 1-2: 1-2.

The microcapsules prepared according to the present invention have a size of less than 10 μm, more preferably less than 8 μm, and still more preferably less than 5 μm.

2. Finishing of textiles

And adding the prepared microcapsule emulsion into an adhesive, water and a penetrating agent, stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain the aromatic mosquito repellent finishing liquid, padding the emulsion on the fabric by adopting a padding method, and baking and drying to obtain the aromatic mosquito repellent fabric.

The bath ratio of the dipping in the padding is 1:10-1: 50.

The adhesive is polyurethane adhesive and acrylic adhesive, and accounts for 2-10% of the aromatic mosquito repellent finishing liquid.

The microcapsule emulsion accounts for 10-40% of the aromatic mosquito repellent finishing liquid.

The penetrant is one or more of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and sodium alkyl sulfate.

The padding is two-dipping two-rolling, and the mangle rolling rate is 70-120%.

The baking condition is that the baking temperature is 130-150 ℃, and the baking time is 1-2 min.

The microcapsules prepared according to the present invention have a size of less than 10 μm, more preferably less than 8 μm, and still more preferably less than 5 μm.

The invention has good air permeability, durability, continuous mosquito repelling and fragrance performance on the fabric after the fabric finishing. The invention uses polyethylene glycol to emulsify with essential oil when preparing the microcapsule, and the core material contains polyethylene glycol which can be coated on the outer layer of the essential oil when forming the microcapsule, thereby reducing the permeation of the essential oil, playing a good slow release effect on the essential oil, and further prolonging the durability of the microcapsule. And on the other hand, in the after-finishing process, due to the existence of the high-temperature baking process, the polyethylene glycol can be adsorbed to the capsule wall to fill the cavity of the capsule wall, the dosage of the essential oil in the core material can be further kept, and good persistent fragrance and mosquito repellent effects are achieved.

In addition, the selected baking condition is related to the effect of the microcapsules for continuously releasing the mosquito repellent essential oil, when the temperature is too low, the adhesive is possibly difficult to solidify and crosslink, so that the adhesion fastness of the microcapsules is reduced, the effective microcapsule content on the fabric is further reduced, when the temperature is too high, the stability of the microcapsules also has a problem, and the content of a core layer in the microcapsules is severely influenced, so that the fixing amount of the microcapsules and the content of the effective essential oil in the microcapsules are controlled by long-term adjustment under the conditions that the baking temperature is 130-150 ℃ and the baking time is 1-2 min.

The invention also aims to use the prepared microcapsule to be compounded with other functional substances to prepare a compounded finishing agent and use the finishing agent in the functional finishing of textiles.

The mosquito-repellent microcapsule can be mixed with the antibacterial agent, the flame retardant and the like for use, the micro-profit size of the antibacterial agent and the flame retardant is ensured to be equivalent to the size of the mosquito-repellent microcapsule when in use, the mosquito-repellent microcapsule is mixed with the antibacterial agent and the flame retardant, and the composite finishing agent is attached to the fabric in an after-finishing mode, so that the fabric can be endowed with the functions of antibiosis, flame retardance and mosquito repelling.

Compared with the prior art, the microcapsule provided by the scheme is prepared from the essential oil emulsion, the volatilization of the essential oil can be effectively controlled due to the addition of the polyethylene glycol, the effective time of the finishing agent is prolonged, and the prepared microcapsule is small in size and can be effectively distributed among fibers.
