1. A method for detecting the protruding height of a shoulder of an engine cylinder sleeve is characterized by comprising the following steps:

a plurality of lead bullet holes are formed in the position of a cylinder opening of the cylinder gasket along the cylinder opening, and the positions of the lead bullet holes just span a gap between the outer edge of a circular bead of the cylinder sleeve and the inner edge of a cylinder hole of the cylinder body;

placing the cylinder gasket provided with the lead bullet holes on the cylinder block;

putting a section of lead wire into each lead bullet hole;

installing a cylinder cover, screwing bolts in a specified sequence, and keeping for a period of time;

loosening the bolts and disassembling the cylinder cover according to the same sequence as the tightening process;

measuring the outer diameter of each lead wire positioned in the cylinder sleeve part and the cylinder block part by using a measuring tool and recording and building a table; and

and calculating the shoulder protruding height by analyzing the height difference of all the lead wires positioned on the cylinder sleeve part and the cylinder block part, and judging whether the shoulder protruding height is qualified.

2. The method for detecting the protrusion height of the shoulder of the cylinder liner of the engine as set forth in claim 1, further comprising cleaning and deburring the lead bullet hole.

3. The method for detecting the protrusion height of the shoulder of the cylinder liner of the engine as set forth in claim 1, further comprising applying grease to each of the lead bullet holes before the cylinder liner with the lead bullet holes is placed on the cylinder block.

4. The method for detecting the protrusion height of the shoulder of the cylinder liner of the engine as set forth in claim 1, wherein the lead bullet hole is formed in a long waist shape or a rectangular shape.

5. The method for detecting the protrusion height of the shoulder of the cylinder liner of the engine as set forth in claim 1, wherein the lead bullet hole has a size of 5 x 7mm, and the radius of both ends of the lead bullet hole is 2.5 mm.

The method for detecting the protrusion height of the shoulder of the cylinder liner of the engine as set forth in claim 1, wherein the retention time for tightening the bolts in the prescribed order is 5min, and the pretightening force error of all the bolts is within 5% of the prescribed value.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of machine manufacturing detection, in particular to a method for detecting the protruding height of a shoulder of an engine cylinder sleeve.

Background

When the internal and external feedback engines have cylinder cushion flushing and water return faults and need reason analysis and examination, the conventional common method is to disassemble the cylinder cover and detect the protruding height of the shoulder of the cylinder sleeve by using a dial indicator to judge whether the detection parameters meet the design requirements. Since the detection data is measured in a free state (i.e. without installing a cylinder liner and a cylinder head, only by hand pressing), the data cannot truly reflect the protruding height of the shoulder of the cylinder liner, so that the data which seems normal is easy to be regarded as a qualified false image, and further doubts and studies about the important parameter are missed.

In order to solve the technical defect, a detection and determination method capable of truly reflecting the protruding height of the shoulder of the cylinder sleeve in a compression state (namely, after a cylinder gasket and a cylinder cover are installed and completely screwed by a cylinder cover bolt) needs to be developed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for detecting the protruding height of a shoulder of an engine cylinder sleeve, which can accurately measure whether the protruding height of the shoulder of the cylinder sleeve is qualified or not, and is simple and convenient.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a method for detecting the protruding height of a shoulder of an engine cylinder sleeve, which comprises the following steps: a plurality of lead bullet holes are formed in the cylinder opening of the cylinder gasket along the cylinder opening, and the lead bullet holes are formed in positions which just cross the gap between the outer edge of the shoulder of the cylinder sleeve and the inner edge of the cylinder hole of the cylinder body; placing a cylinder gasket provided with a lead bullet hole on the cylinder body; putting a section of lead wire into each lead bullet hole; installing a cylinder cover, screwing bolts in a specified sequence, and keeping for a period of time; loosening the bolts and disassembling the cylinder cover according to the same sequence as the tightening process; measuring the outer diameter of each lead wire positioned in the cylinder sleeve part and the cylinder block part by using a measuring tool and recording and building a table; and calculating the shoulder protruding height by analyzing the height difference of all the lead wires positioned on the cylinder sleeve part and the cylinder block part, and judging whether the shoulder protruding height is qualified.

In a preferred embodiment, the method for detecting the protrusion height of the shoulder of the cylinder sleeve of the engine further comprises the step of cleaning and deburring the lead bullet hole.

In a preferred embodiment, the method for detecting the protrusion height of the shoulder of the cylinder liner of the engine further comprises applying grease to each lead bullet hole before placing the cylinder head gasket provided with the lead bullet holes on the cylinder block.

In a preferred embodiment, the lead bullet holes are long waisted or rectangular.

In a preferred embodiment, the lead bullet hole has dimensions of 5 x 7mm and the radius of the ends of the lead bullet hole is 2.5 mm.

In a preferred embodiment, the retention time for tightening the bolts in the prescribed sequence is 5min, and the pretension error of all the bolts is within 5% of the prescribed value.

Compared with the prior art, the method for detecting the protruding height of the shoulder of the engine cylinder sleeve has the following beneficial effects: because the longitudinal distance from the top surface of the cylinder sleeve to the middle support shoulder is too large, the cylinder sleeve is easy to generate plastic deformation (sink) in a compression state (compressed by the cylinder cover), and the cylinder sleeve cannot generate plastic deformation (sink) in a free state (compressed by the cylinder cover). The extremely hidden plastic deformation (sinking) can not be found by the existing detection method, and is easy to cause the false image of qualified data, misleading analysis and improvement. The detection method of the invention has accurate data and can judge whether the cylinder sleeve generates plastic deformation (sinking), thereby being capable of improving pertinently.

The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.

Throughout the specification and claims, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the word "comprise", or variations such as "comprises" or "comprising", will be understood to imply the inclusion of a stated element or component but not the exclusion of any other element or component.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a method for detecting a shoulder protrusion height of an engine cylinder liner according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:

preparation of the test: a plurality of lead bullet holes 31 are formed along the cylinder opening at the cylinder opening of the cylinder gasket 3, and deburring is performed. The lead bullet hole 31 may be in the shape of a long waist or a rectangle, and the long dimension is about 5 × 7mm, if the radius of the circular arc at the two ends of the long waist is about 2.5 mm. And cutting a plurality of sections of lead wires 4 with proper lengths. Meanwhile, checking tool devices such as the cylinder body 1, the cylinder cover, the torque wrench, the micrometer and the like are prepared.

Air release cylinder gasket and lead wire: the cylinder head gasket 3 is placed on the cylinder block 1, the positions of lead bullet holes 31 are coated with little grease, the prepared lead wires 4 are placed in the lead bullet holes 31, as shown in fig. 3, the lead wires 4 must cover the cylinder sleeve 2 and the cylinder block 1 at the same time, and the length of the lead wires 4 should be considered that the lead wires 4 are not extruded or clamped in the air after being pressed.

And (3) screwing a cylinder cover bolt: and tightening the bolt for 5min according to the regulation, wherein the pretightening force error of the bolt tightening is within 5 percent of the specified value.

Dismantling and inspecting: the bolts are loosened in the same order as the tightening process, and the cylinder head is carefully removed, taking care to prevent the compressed lead wire 4 from being deformed or lost again. The outside diameter dimensions of the respective lead wires 4 at the cylinder liner 2 portion and at the cylinder block 1 portion were measured with an outside micrometer with a precision of 0.01mm and recorded in a table.

Data analysis and judgment: and calculating the shoulder protrusion height by analyzing the thickness difference H of the lead wire 4 positioned on the cylinder sleeve 2 part and the cylinder block 1 part in the table and judging whether the shoulder protrusion height is qualified. And determining the protruding amount of the shoulder of the cylinder sleeve 2 in the fastening state according to the thickness difference H of the cylinder sleeve and the shoulder, and determining that the cylinder sleeve is unqualified if the protruding amount is 0 or is lower than the technical requirement.
