Background
Spicules, such as kirschner wires, are common internal fixation materials for orthopedics, are often used for fixing short fractures or avulsion fractures and other fractures with low stress, and can also be used for fixing temporary fracture blocks in orthopedic operations.
At present, clinically, the bone needle fixation is mainly completed by the experience technology of an operator after the reduction of various types of traumatic fractures, namely, the penetration of the bone needle is completed by using an electric drill to match with the form of the bone needle according to the hand feeling and experience of a doctor, so that the effect of fixing the fracture part is achieved. However, in actual practice, due to the state of the operator or the difference in skill level between operators, accurate positioning of the bone needle cannot be achieved only by the experience of the operator, and repeated puncturing is usually required to obtain a satisfactory fixed position. Thus, repeated adjustment may adversely affect fracture healing, which may lead to increased fracture degree, and the structure of the superficial parts of the four limbs is complicated, especially the fingers and toes contain many blood vessels, nerves, flexor tendons, ligaments, etc., and repeated puncture may easily damage blood vessels, nerves, flexor tendons, ligaments, etc., resulting in limited movement of joints of the fingers and toes, resulting in poor functional recovery of the fingers and toes, and also may cause a plurality of pinholes at the superficial parts of the four limbs, which may affect the beauty of the epidermis.
Therefore, the above-mentioned conventional bone pin fixing method for fracture reduction still has the inconvenience and defects in technical stability and popularization, and further improvement is urgently needed.

Of course, in another embodiment, the guide hole 4 formed on the receiving sleeve 2 can also be configured as a blind hole to block the bone needle from passing through excessively, so that accidental injury to important tissues or operators can be effectively avoided.
In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 1, the first grip handle 111 may be constructed in a bent structure, and the second grip handle 121 may be constructed in a straight bar structure. Wherein, a protrusion 125 for fitting with the web of the hand of the human body can be formed on the second grip handle 121. Through the arrangement, on one hand, the first holding handle 111 is of a bent structure, and the second holding handle 121 is of a straight rod structure, so that the ergonomic holding habit is better met, and the four fingers of an operator can be pinched, held and pressurized; on the other hand, the protrusion 125 formed on the second grip handle 121 can abut against the jaw of the hand during the process of applying force by the operator, so as to further ensure the stability of gripping the bone needle guide device 100 and improve the convenience of operating the bone needle guide device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 1, the handle assembly 1 may further include two spring strips 14 fixed to opposite sides of the first grip handle 111 and the second grip handle 121, respectively, the two spring strips 14 being in resilient abutment. With this arrangement, after the operator has relaxed his/her grip by the elastic contact of the two spring pieces 14, the first grip handle 111 and the second grip handle 121 can be quickly returned to their original positions, thereby further improving the convenience of the operation of the needle guide device 100. Preferably, the two spring plates 14 may be steel plate springs to simultaneously ensure the structural strength and elasticity requirements of the spring plates 14 themselves. Of course, the two spring strips 14 may be other elastic members, such as springs, etc.
