2. The composition for treating trauma according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10 parts of lime, 3 parts of red powder, 3 parts of calomel, 4 parts of borneol, 2 parts of angelica dahurica, 3 parts of goldthread and 3 parts of phellodendron.

3. A process for the preparation of a composition for the treatment of trauma according to any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the steps of:

(1) drying lime in the shade, rolling, sieving and weighing to obtain premix a;

(2) drying mercurous chloride, calomel, borneol, angelica dahurica, goldthread root and phellodendron in the shade, crushing, sieving, weighing and mixing to obtain premix b;

(3) and uniformly mixing the premix a and the premix b and packaging to obtain a finished product.

4. A method of preparing a trauma pack according to claim 3 in which steps (1) and (2) are carried out at a temperature of between 25 ℃ and 28 ℃.

5. A method of preparing a trauma pack in accordance with claim 3 wherein both step (1) and step (2) are passed through a 200 mesh screen.

6. The method for preparing a composition for treating trauma according to claim 3, wherein the mixing in step (3) is carried out at a stirring speed of 15 to 20r/min for a stirring time of 3 to 7 min.

Background

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the composition for treating trauma comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5-15 parts of lime, 2-6 parts of red powder, 2-6 parts of calomel, 3-7 parts of borneol, 1-4 parts of angelica dahurica, 2-5 parts of goldthread root and 2-5 parts of phellodendron.

Lime is pungent, bitter, astringent and warm in nature. It enters liver and spleen meridians. Has the effects of removing toxic substances, removing necrotic tissue, healing sore, stopping bleeding, killing parasites and relieving itching. Can be used for treating carbuncle, cellulitis, furuncle, erysipelas, lymphoid tuberculosis, subcutaneous nodule, wart, traumatic hemorrhage, scald due to water and fire, ulcer of lower limb, dysentery, rectocele, scabies, tinea, eczema, and miliaria.

Red powder is pungent in flavor and hot in nature. Has the effects of drawing out pus, removing putrefaction, promoting granulation, eliminating dampness and killing parasites. It can be used for treating carbuncle, cellulitis, furuncle, syphilis, ulcerative colitis, scrofula, dark purple sore, hard sore, slough, fistula, impetigo, eczema, and scabies.

Calomelas has pungent taste and cold property. It enters large intestine and small intestine meridians. Calomelas has antibacterial, purgative, and diuretic effects. Can be used for treating scabies, ecthyma, intractable tinea, syphilis, eczema, and pyocutaneous disease; the oral administration can treat edema and tympanites, phlegm and saliva accumulation, difficult urination and defecation and the like.

Borneol is pungent, bitter and slightly cold. It enters heart, spleen and lung meridians. Has effects of inducing resuscitation, refreshing mind, clearing away heat, removing toxic substances, improving eyesight, and eliminating nebula. Can be used for treating fever, hyperpyrexia, coma, apoplexy, phlegm syncope, convulsion, summer-heat, dampness, obstruction of the channels, laryngopharyngitis, deafness, aphtha, dental swelling, skin ulcer, carbuncle, hemorrhoid, conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain, nebula, and ophthalmopathy.

The angelica dahurica is pungent and warm; it enters lung, stomach and large intestine meridians. Has the effects of relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling cold, dispelling pathogenic wind, relieving pain, dredging nasal orifice, eliminating dampness, relieving leukorrhagia, relieving swelling, expelling pus, dispelling pathogenic wind and relieving itching. Can be used for treating wind-cold type common cold, headache, toothache, rheumatalgia, nasosinusitis, leukorrhagia, skin sore, carbuncle, toxic swelling, and skin pruritus due to rheumatism.

Huanglian is bitter and cold. It enters heart, spleen, stomach, liver, gallbladder and large intestine meridians. Has the effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness, purging pathogenic fire and removing toxic substances. Can be used for treating damp-heat distention, fullness, emesis, acid regurgitation, dysentery, jaundice, hyperpyrexia, coma, excessive heart-fire, vexation, insomnia, hematemesis, hemorrhage, conjunctival congestion, toothache, diabetes, carbuncle, furuncle, etc.; it is used externally to treat eczema, eczema and purulent ear canal.

Phellodendron bark, cortex Phellodendri is bitter and cold; it enters kidney, bladder and large intestine meridians. Has the effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness, purging fire, removing toxic substances, and removing bone steaming. Can be used for treating leukorrhagia due to damp-heat, stranguria with astringency, dysentery due to damp-heat, jaundice, tinea pedis due to damp-heat, fistula, hectic fever due to yin deficiency, night sweat, spermatorrhea, pyocutaneous disease, toxic swelling, eczema, and pruritus.

Granulation tissue plays an important role in wound repair. The granulation tissue mainly comprises new capillary vessels and fibroblasts, and the hyperplasia of the primary capillary vessels and the proliferation of the fibroblasts are beneficial to wound healing. The tissue regeneration promoting effect of the composition is shown as follows: (1) improve the blood circulation of the wound surface and accelerate the metabolism of the wound surface. The number of newly-generated capillaries in the wound is increased, the lumen is enlarged, the blood circulation is vigorous, and arterioles and venules are formed, and the regenerated blood vessels not only provide rich oxygen and necessary nutrient substances for wound repair, but also provide necessary conditions for rapid growth of granulation tissues of the wound and proliferation and differentiation of fibroblasts. (2) The fibroblast is rich in content and active in function.

Preferably, the composition for treating trauma comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10 parts of lime, 3 parts of red powder, 3 parts of calomel, 4 parts of borneol, 2 parts of angelica dahurica, 3 parts of goldthread and 3 parts of phellodendron.

A method for preparing a composition for treating trauma, comprising the steps of:

(1) drying lime in the shade, rolling, sieving and weighing to obtain premix a;

(2) drying mercurous chloride, calomel, borneol, angelica dahurica, goldthread root and phellodendron in the shade, crushing, sieving, weighing and mixing to obtain premix b;

(3) and uniformly mixing the premix a and the premix b and packaging to obtain a finished product.

Preferably, the temperature is maintained between 25 ℃ and 28 ℃ during the operation of step (1) and step (2).

Preferably, step (1) and step (2) are both sieved by a 200-mesh sieve.

Preferably, the stirring speed is 15-20r/min and the stirring time is 3-7min during the mixing in the step (3).

The using method comprises the following steps: the preparation is spread on the wound surface and used for 1-2 times every day, and the wound surface can be healed in 7-15 days.
