The invention discloses a lifting type intercepting device based on wastewater treatment and a using method thereof, which comprises the following steps:

the device comprises a base 1, wherein the base 1 is of a U-shaped frame structure with a downward opening;

the upper end of the lifting component 2 is arranged in the middle of the base 1 and is fixedly connected with the base 1;

the intercepting component 3, the intercepting component 3 includes intercepting frame 31 and filter screen 32, the intercepting frame 31 is a hollow rectangular frame, the filter screen 32 is fixed on a sidewall of the intercepting frame 31 along the vertical direction, there are multiple filtration pores 321 on the filter screen 32, the lower end of the lifting component 2 crosses the top wall of the intercepting frame 31 and stretches into the intercepting frame 31, and is connected with the intercepting frame 31 rotatably, the bottom of the intercepting frame 31 is also equipped with the buffer joint component 9;

the collecting component 4 is arranged on the side wall of the intercepting frame 31, is positioned on the same side wall with the filter screen 32, and is connected with the intercepting frame 31 in a sliding manner;

According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of filtering holes 321 are uniformly arranged on the filtering net 32, thereby facilitating interception of large volume of garbage in the wastewater tank.

According to an optional embodiment of the invention, the top of the intercepting frame 31 is further provided with a fixed box 6, the side wall of the fixed box 6 is fixed with a horizontally arranged fixed plate 7, two positioning grooves 311 are further respectively formed on the side wall of the intercepting frame 31 near the two ends thereof, and the collecting component 4 is slidably connected in the positioning grooves 311 and is fixedly connected with the fixed plate 7, so that the intercepting device is reasonable in overall structural design and strong in compactness.

According to an optional embodiment of the present invention, the collecting assembly 4 includes two sets of lifting mechanisms 41 and a collecting plate 42, the two sets of lifting mechanisms 41 are respectively disposed in the two positioning grooves 311 and slidably connected to the positioning grooves 311, the collecting plate 42 is horizontally disposed, and the two sets of lifting mechanisms 41 are respectively fixedly connected to two ends of the collecting plate 42, so that the large-volume garbage intercepted by the filter screen can be collected by the collecting plate, and the large-volume garbage is dragged out from the water by the collecting plate, thereby facilitating the working personnel to process the large-volume garbage.

According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, each set of lifting mechanisms 41 includes a second driving motor 411, a second screw 412 and a sliding block 413, the second driving motor 411 is disposed on the fixing plate 7, an output end of the second driving motor 411 is in transmission connection with one end of the second screw 412, the other end of the second screw 412 is fixed with the sliding block 413, the sliding block 413 is in sliding connection with the positioning slot 311, two ends of the collecting plate 42 are respectively in fixed connection with the two sliding blocks 413, and the controller is electrically connected with the second driving motor 411, so that the intercepting device has a reasonable design of overall structure, good compactness and strong controllability.

According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a protection cover 10 is further provided outside the second driving motor 411, and the protection cover 10 is fixed on the top of the intercepting frame 31, by which effective protection of the second driving motor can be achieved.

According to an optional embodiment of the invention, a limiting block 8 is further fixed inside the intercepting frame 31, and the anti-blocking cleaning assembly 5 comprises a third driving motor 51, a rotating gear 52, a rack 53, a limiting net 54, a moving net 55, a pin 56 and an electric telescopic rod 57; the third driving motor 51 and the rotating gear 52 are both arranged in the fixed box 6, and the output end of the third driving motor 51 is in transmission connection with the rotating gear 52; the upper end of the rack 53 is rotatably connected to the top of the intercepting frame 31, and the rotating gear 52 is meshed with the rack 53; the limiting net 54 is fixed at the bottom of the rack 53 and is arranged opposite to and parallel to the filter screen 32, a limiting groove 541 is formed in the side wall of the limiting net 54, and the limiting groove 541 is connected with the limiting block 8 in a sliding manner; two ends of the electric telescopic rod 57 are respectively fixed on the moving net 55 and the limiting net 54, and the moving net 55 and the filter screen 32 are respectively arranged on two sides of the limiting net 54; one end of the contact pin 56 is vertical and fixed on the moving net 55, and the other end passes through the limiting net 54 and extends out towards the filter screen 32; the controller is connected with third driving motor 51 and electric telescopic handle 57 electric, and the concrete connection structure who utilizes anti-blocking clearance subassembly can effectively guarantee the normal work of filter screen among this intercepting device, also is convenient for clear up the rubbish that blocks up in the filter hole simultaneously, improves the cleaning efficiency of rubbish, further guarantees the normal work of this intercepting device.

According to an optional embodiment of the present invention, the position-limiting net 54 and the moving net 55 are further respectively formed with a plurality of first through holes 542 and a plurality of second through holes 551, the plurality of first through holes 542 are uniformly arranged on the position-limiting net 54, the plurality of second through holes 551 are uniformly arranged on the moving net 55, the plurality of first through holes 542 are respectively identical in aperture to the corresponding plurality of second through holes 551 and opposite in position, and the aperture of the first through holes 542 and the aperture of the second through holes 551 are larger than the aperture of the filtering holes 321; the contact pins 56 are multiple, the contact pins 56 are uniformly arranged on the movable net 55 and the limiting net 54, the diameter of the contact pins 56 is smaller than the aperture of the filter holes 321, when a filter screen in the interception device normally works, the filter holes are in a conduction state with the first through holes and the second through holes, when the filter holes need to be cleaned, the contact pins correspond to the filter holes, and the electric telescopic rod is started to drive the movable net and the contact pins to clean garbage blocked in the filter holes, so that the interception device is simple in operation and high in cleaning efficiency.

According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the device further comprises a buffer jointing assembly 9, wherein the buffer jointing assembly 9 comprises a telescopic connecting rod 91, a spring 92, a bottom plate 93, a jointing box 94 and a sealing box 95, the bottom plate 93 is arranged at the bottom of the intercepting frame 31 in parallel, and one end of the telescopic link 91 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the intercepting frame 31, the other end is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 93, the spring 92 is wound outside the telescopic link 91, one end of the spring 92 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the intercepting frame 31, the other end is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 93, the sealing box 95 and the attaching box 94 are respectively fixed at the top and the bottom of the bottom plate 93, the attaching box 94 is filled with sponge 96, therefore, after the intercepting device is arranged in the wastewater pool, if the bottom end of the wastewater pool is uneven, the bottom surface of the intercepting device is conveniently tightly attached to the bottom surface of the wastewater pool by the aid of the buffering and attaching assembly, and the sealing performance between the bottom of the intercepting device and the bottom surface of the wastewater pool is further guaranteed.

According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the sealing box 95 and the sealing box 94 are made of rubber, so that the sealing box and the sealing box have soft and easily deformable characteristics, which facilitates the tightness of the adhesion between the intercepting device and the bottom surface of the wastewater tank.

According to an optional embodiment of the invention, the number of the telescopic connecting rods 91 and the number of the springs 92 are multiple, and the plurality of telescopic connecting rods 91 and the plurality of springs 92 are uniformly arranged between the intercepting frame 31 and the bottom plate 93, so that the intercepting device is reasonable in structural design and strong in structural stability, and the sealing performance of the intercepting device attached to the bottom surface of a wastewater pool can be effectively guaranteed.

According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, when large-volume garbage is taken out from the waste water by using the device and the waste water needs to be intercepted at the same time, the specific working process is as follows:

firstly, before use, the intercepting device is powered by an external power supply, a worker places the intercepting device at a water outlet on the inner side of a wastewater pool, then the worker starts a first driving motor 21 to drive a first screw rod 22 to rotate, so that the first screw rod 22 drives an intercepting frame 31 to move downwards through a connecting sleeve 23, meanwhile, the intercepting frame 31 drives a fitting box 94 to gradually fit with the bottom end face of the wastewater pool through a telescopic connecting rod 91 at the bottom of the intercepting frame, if the bottom end of the wastewater pool is uneven, the fitting box 94 can be tightly fitted with the bottom end face of the wastewater pool due to the fact that the fitting box 94 is soft and easy to deform, and meanwhile, a spring 92 can also support the fitting box 94 through a bottom plate 93, so that the sealing performance of the fitting of the intercepting frame 31 and the bottom end face of the wastewater pool; secondly, after the intercepting device is placed stably, the wastewater in the wastewater tank can sequentially pass through the filtering holes 321 on the filter screen 32, the first through holes 542 on the limiting net 54 and the second through holes 551 on the moving net 55 to enter the intercepting frame 31, and the large-volume garbage can be intercepted by the filter screen 32; thirdly, the worker starts the second driving motor 411 to drive the second screw 412 and the sliding block 413 to slide upwards along the positioning groove 311 on the intercepting frame 31, meanwhile, the two sliding blocks 413 drive the collecting plate 42 to move upwards, the collecting plate 42 can bring the large-volume garbage filtered by the filter screen 32 out of the water surface while moving upwards, so that the large-volume garbage is collected in a centralized manner, the worker can clean the large-volume garbage on the collecting plate 42 conveniently, and the collecting plate 42 slides to the bottom of the intercepting frame 31 on the second driving motor 411, the second screw 412 and the sliding block 413 after cleaning; thirdly, when the filter holes 321 on the filter screen 32 need to be cleaned, the worker drives the rotating gear 52 to rotate by starting the third driving motor 51, so that the rotating gear 52 drives the rack 53 to move to the left in the intercepting frame 31, meanwhile, the rack 53 also drives the limiting net 54, the electric telescopic rod 57, the moving net 55 and the inserting needle 56 to move to the left, until the inserting needle 56 corresponds to the position of the filter holes 321, the worker drives the moving net 55 to move to the front end by driving the electric telescopic rod 57, meanwhile, the moving net 55 also drives the inserting needle 56 to clean the garbage blocked on the filter holes 321, the garbage is removed from the filter holes 321, then the worker takes the cleaned garbage out of the waste water, and after the cleaning is completed, the third driving motor is started again to enable the filter holes 321 to correspond to the first through holes 542 and the second through holes 551 and to be in a conducting state.

According to another alternative embodiment of the invention, when the device is used for taking large-volume garbage out of the waste water and the waste water does not need to be intercepted, the specific working process is as follows:

firstly, before use, the intercepting device is powered by an external power supply, a worker places the intercepting device at a water outlet on the inner side of a wastewater pool, then the worker starts a first driving motor 21 to drive a first screw rod 22 to rotate, so that the first screw rod 22 drives an intercepting frame 31 to move downwards through a connecting sleeve 23, meanwhile, the intercepting frame 31 drives a fitting box 94 to gradually fit with the bottom end face of the wastewater pool through a telescopic connecting rod 91 at the bottom of the intercepting frame, if the bottom end of the wastewater pool is uneven, the fitting box 94 can be tightly fitted with the bottom end face of the wastewater pool due to the fact that the fitting box 94 is soft and easy to deform, and meanwhile, a spring 92 can also support the fitting box 94 through a bottom plate 93, so that the sealing performance of the fitting of the intercepting frame 31 and the bottom end face of the wastewater pool; secondly, after the intercepting device is placed stably, the wastewater in the wastewater tank can sequentially pass through the filtering holes 321 on the filter screen 32, the first through holes 542 on the limiting net 54 and the second through holes 551 on the moving net 55 to enter the intercepting frame 31, and the large-volume garbage can be intercepted by the filter screen 32; thirdly, the staff drives the first screw rod 22 to rotate along the connecting sleeve 23 by starting the first driving motor 21, the intercepting frame 31 and the fixed box 6 are driven to move upwards, meanwhile, the second driving motor 411 is started to drive the second screw rod 412 and the sliding block 413 to slide upwards along the positioning groove 311 on the intercepting frame 31, the two sliding blocks 413 drive the collecting plate 42 to move upwards, the collecting plate 42 can bring the large-volume garbage filtered by the filter screen 32 out of the water surface when moving upwards, the large-volume garbage is collected in a centralized manner, and the staff can clean the large-volume garbage on the collecting plate 42 conveniently.

According to the lifting type intercepting device based on wastewater treatment, the base and the lifting assembly are utilized to effectively lift the intercepting device, so that a worker can conveniently place the intercepting device in a wastewater tank, the intercepting frame and the filter screen are utilized to effectively intercept and filter large-volume garbage in the wastewater tank, the collecting assembly is utilized to conveniently collect and fish out the large-volume garbage in the wastewater tank, the anti-blocking cleaning assembly is utilized to clean the garbage blocked in the filtering, the cleaning efficiency is improved, the controller is utilized to enable the intercepting device to be convenient to operate, and the working efficiency is high. This over-and-under type intercepting device is reasonable in design not only, and the function is abundant, easy operation moreover, prevent stifled effectual, work efficiency is high, can effectively realize the concentrated collection processing to bulky rubbish in the waste water pond, has good application prospect.

The invention also discloses a use method of the lifting type intercepting device based on wastewater treatment, which comprises the following steps:

(1) intercepting waste water: the lifting assembly 2 is controlled by the controller, so that the lifting assembly 2 drives the intercepting frame 31 to descend to a water outlet in the wastewater tank, the intercepting frame 31 drives the buffer laminating assembly 9 to be laminated with the bottom surface of the wastewater tank, and wastewater enters the intercepting frame 31 through the filter screen 32;
