The automatic preparation device of hand washing and disinfecting liquid as claimed in claim 2, wherein said tap water supply unit comprises a tap water supply pipe (4), a tap water supply solenoid valve (5) and a tap water supply flow meter (6), said tap water supply solenoid valve (5) and said tap water supply flow meter (6) are both disposed on said tap water supply pipe (4), one end of said tap water supply pipe (4) is connected to the top of said mixing unit, and said controller is electrically connected to said tap water supply solenoid valve (5) and said tap water supply flow meter (6) respectively.

The automatic dispensing device for hand washing and disinfecting liquids as claimed in claim 7, wherein said dispensing control unit further comprises a liquid level meter (13) disposed inside the disinfecting stock solution tank (9) and a disinfecting stock solution audible and visual alarm (14) disposed on the disinfecting stock solution tank (9), said controller being electrically connected to the liquid level meter (13) and the disinfecting stock solution audible and visual alarm (14), respectively.

The automatic dispensing device for hand-washing disinfectant as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hand-washing disinfectant unit comprises a hand-washing disinfectant outlet pipe (15) connected to the bottom of the mixing unit and a water tap (16) disposed on the hand-washing disinfectant outlet pipe (15).

A dispensing control method based on the automatic dispensing device for hand and disinfectant liquids as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the method comprises: the liquid preparation control unit monitors the liquid level of the mixing unit in real time, and when the liquid level of the mixing unit is lower than the lowest preset value, the liquid preparation control unit controls the tap water supply unit and the disinfection stock solution supply unit to supplement tap water and disinfection stock solution into the mixing unit according to the proportion until the liquid level of the mixing unit reaches the highest preset value; when the tap water supply unit stops supplying water or the liquid level of the disinfection original liquid in the disinfection original liquid supply unit is lower than a preset value, the liquid preparation control unit controls the tap water supply unit and the disinfection original liquid supply unit to stop working so as to carry out interlocking and send an alarm.

Further, the mixing unit comprises a liquid storage tower. A stirrer is arranged in the liquid storage tower. The liquid storage tower can store a certain amount of hand washing disinfectant, and can ensure that enough hand washing disinfectant can be provided at any time when personnel need to wash hands. Furthermore, the liquid distribution control unit also comprises a water pressure sensor and a tap water audible and visual alarm which are arranged on a tap water supply pipe, and the controller is respectively and electrically connected with the water pressure sensor and the tap water audible and visual alarm. When the tap water is cut off, the water pressure sensor detects that the water pressure in the tap water supply pipe is reduced and is lower than a preset value, information is fed back to the controller immediately, the controller enables the tap water supply electromagnetic valve to be closed, the disinfection stock solution supply unit stops working immediately, and meanwhile, the tap water audible and visual alarm is controlled to give an alarm to remind a security officer to confirm and process the tap water.

Further, the disinfection stock solution supply unit comprises a disinfection stock solution barrel, a disinfection stock solution supply pipe arranged between the disinfection stock solution barrel and the top of the mixing unit, and a liquid pump and a disinfection stock solution supply flow meter which are respectively arranged on the disinfection stock solution supply pipe, wherein the controller is respectively electrically connected with the liquid pump and the disinfection stock solution supply flow meter. When liquid is replenished to the liquid storage tower, the liquid pump is started under the regulation and control of the controller, so that the disinfection stock solution in the disinfection stock solution barrel gradually flows into the liquid storage tower along the disinfection stock solution liquid supply pipe, and meanwhile, the disinfection stock solution liquid supply flow meter accurately controls the flow of the disinfection stock solution.

Furthermore, the liquid preparation control unit further comprises a liquid level meter arranged in the disinfection stock solution barrel and a disinfection stock solution audible and visual alarm arranged on the disinfection stock solution barrel, and the controller is electrically connected with the liquid level meter and the disinfection stock solution audible and visual alarm respectively. When the liquid level in the disinfection stock solution bucket is too low, the level gauge detects low liquid level signal and immediately feeds back information to the controller, the controller stops the liquid pump and makes the tap water supply unit stop working immediately, and simultaneously the disinfection stock solution audible and visual alarm is controlled to give an alarm to remind a security officer to confirm and handle before.

Furthermore, the hand washing disinfectant liquid outlet unit comprises a hand washing disinfectant liquid outlet pipe communicated with the bottom of the mixing unit and a water tap arranged on the hand washing disinfectant liquid outlet pipe. When hand washing is needed, the water tap is opened, and the hand washing disinfectant in the liquid storage tower flows out through the hand washing disinfectant liquid outlet pipe and the water tap.

A liquid preparation control method based on a hand-washing disinfectant automatic preparation device comprises the following steps: the liquid preparation control unit monitors the liquid level of the mixing unit in real time, and when the liquid level of the mixing unit is lower than the lowest preset value, the liquid preparation control unit controls the tap water supply unit and the disinfection stock solution supply unit to supplement tap water and disinfection stock solution into the mixing unit according to the proportion until the liquid level of the mixing unit reaches the highest preset value; when the tap water supply unit stops supplying water or the liquid level of the disinfection original liquid in the disinfection original liquid supply unit is lower than a preset value, the liquid preparation control unit controls the tap water supply unit and the disinfection original liquid supply unit to stop working so as to carry out interlocking and send an alarm. The reasonable early warning and interlocking mode saves the conditions of equipment damage or inaccurate medicine dispensing and the like caused by water shortage and medicine shortage due to various problems.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics:

1) the liquid preparation control unit can enable the liquid level in the liquid storage tower in the mixing unit to be always between the lowest preset value and the highest preset value, and can ensure that enough hand washing disinfectant can be supplied at any time when personnel need to wash hands; meanwhile, the running water supply unit and the disinfection stock solution supply unit can be interlocked, when one unit has a liquid shortage problem, the other unit stops working at the same time, and the component proportion in the liquid storage tower is ensured to be accurate and stable;

2) the hand washing disinfectant is prepared without manual intervention, and the liquid can be discharged quickly and safely through a faucet.
