The steel pipe 3 is horizontally arranged, the inner end of the steel pipe 3 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the bin cylinder body 1, the steel pipe body is fixedly connected with the supporting structure 4, and the outer end of the steel pipe penetrates through the inclined plane guide plate 2; the steel pipe 3 is fixedly connected with the intersected node of the inclined guide plate 2 in a full-welding mode, and the length of the steel pipe 3 exposed out of the surface of the inclined guide plate 2 is 20-25 mm.

The arch breaking structure is arranged on the discharging path, transversely cuts the descending path of the aggregate, acts on the agglomerated aggregate during discharging, and cuts and destroys agglomerates of the material by the steel pipe in the vertical descending process of the aggregate to loosen the stable stacking structure.

The inclined plane guide plate 2 structure, the guide plate support structure 4 and the arch breaking structure are all arranged in the cylinder body, and belong to the internal structure of the bin. All structures bear the vertical load from the aggregate in the silo, so that each structural member must be designed to have sufficient strength.

For example, the material of the inclined guide plate 2 structure can be common carbon structural steel or low alloy steel of Q235 (or Q345), and the thickness of the steel plate can be determined according to the type of aggregate. The steel plate of the inclined guide plate 2 is required to be a smooth and flat steel plate without concave-convex textures on the surface. Steel sheets with increased friction, such as textured steel sheets, are not used because they reduce the downward movement rate of the aggregates.

The supporting structure 4 is a steel frame structure welded by 10# channel steel. The supporting structure 4 comprises a guide plate which is parallel to the inclined plane and is formed by welding horizontal channel steel and vertical channel steel, and a # -shaped frame surface 41 tightly attached to the bottom surface of the guide plate. The wing plate direction of the horizontal channel steel is welded and connected with the bottom surface of the inclined plane guide plate 2 structure; and the web plate direction of the vertical channel steel is welded and connected with the bottom surface of the inclined plane guide plate 2 structure. The upper end of the # -shaped frame surface is welded and fixed with the inner wall of the bin barrel 1, and the lower end is welded along the edge of the discharge opening. The inclination angle of 50 degrees can decompose the vertical action of the aggregate into vertical stress and horizontal stress, the horizontal stress gradually pushes the aggregate towards the direction of the discharge opening 5 along with the vertical stress action of the aggregate, and the vertical stress is reduced along with the decomposition of the stress action. The inclined plane guide plate 2 structure transmits the borne force to the supporting structure 4, and then the borne force is transmitted to the cylindrical barrel 1 and the ground through the supporting structure 4.

The arch breaking structure adopts hollow steel pipes, the material of the arch breaking structure is common carbon structural steel or low alloy steel pipes, and the nominal diameter of the steel pipes is phi 133 mm. Each steel pipe 3 is connected with the inner wall of the cylinder through a steel base plate, and the contact area of the steel base plate is increased so as to improve the stability and rigidity of the arch breaking structure and the cylinder body 1 of the cylinder. The axial compression resistance and the lateral limit compression resistance of the hollow steel pipe are greater than those of the solid steel pipe, and the strength of the used material can effectively meet the stress requirement of the structural member.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a support frame 42 is disposed on the center line between the two discharge openings 5, and the top of the support frame 42 is fixedly connected to the edge of the discharge opening 5 by a # -shaped frame surface 41 and an inclined guide plate 2. The support frame 42 and the framework surface 41 both belong to the support structure 4 of the guide plate, so that a triangular support framework is formed between the two discharge openings, the vertices of which intersect on the (r) axis shown in the figure. Still according to the setting rule of the arch-breaking structure, two layers of arch-breaking steel pipes 3 are welded on the upper part and the lower part of the side # -shaped frame surface 41, and two ends of each steel pipe 3 respectively penetrate through the inclined plane guide plates 2 on two sides. When a stable structure is formed, the shape of the aggregate stacked compact body is damaged, so that the aggregate stacked compact in the central area of the cylinder body is gradually damaged under the action of gravity.

The bottom structure of the cylindrical aggregate bin provided by the invention not only can effectively destroy aggregate accumulated compact bodies, but also can effectively bear and decompose aggregate and loads generated by interaction with the aggregate accumulated compact bodies, and the cylinder body, the supporting structure, the inclined plane guide plate and the arch breaking structure are combined into a whole.
