This not only makes the market demand for power batteries increasing, but also makes people pay more attention to the quality of the power batteries. Therefore, the quality and production efficiency of the electrode tabs have become a concern for each battery manufacturing enterprise.

At present, in the production process of electrode plates, when the winding of a pole piece belt is uneven or a roll of pole piece belt is doped with a qualified pole piece belt and an unqualified pole piece belt and needs to be selected respectively, the pole piece belt which is in a roll needs to be wound again by a rewinding machine so as to be used for winding the pole piece belt orderly or selecting the unqualified pole piece belt in the roll of the pole piece belt. As shown in fig. 1, an existing rewinding machine generally comprises a winding shaft 1 ', an unwinding shaft 2', a tension control mechanism 3 'and a tape splicing platform 4', and the rewinding machine can ensure the winding regularity of a pole piece tape by adjusting parameters of the tension control mechanism in the rewinding process.

However, because the existing rewinding machine is not provided with the compression roller at the winding shaft, the pole piece strip is easy to generate wavy edges in the winding process, and the improvement of the winding uniformity of the rewinding machine is restricted. In addition, the existing rewinding machine is usually only provided with a tape receiving platform and a set of winding shaft, when the qualified pole piece tapes and the unqualified pole piece tapes are sorted, the qualified winding roll and the unqualified winding roll need to be replaced repeatedly on the winding shaft for winding the qualified pole piece tapes and the unqualified pole piece tapes, so that the pole piece tapes are high in classification labor intensity and low in working efficiency, the risk of collision damage of the material rolls is greatly increased, and unnecessary loss is easily caused.

The invention aims to provide a rewinding machine which can improve the sorting efficiency of pole piece belts and reduce the labor intensity of pole piece belt sorting.
