1. A super-tough wear-resistant POM/TPU composition is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

3. The super tough, abrasion resistant POM/TPU composition of claim 1 wherein: the TPU elastomer is of polyester type and/or polyether type.

5. The super tough, abrasion resistant POM/TPU composition of claim 1 wherein: the polytetrafluoroethylene is pure powder or master batch of carrier with the content of 70%.

6. The super tough, abrasion resistant POM/TPU composition of claim 1 wherein: the melt index of the POM resin is 190 ℃, 2.16kg and 1-16 g/10 min; the relative density is 1.38-1.43 g/cm3

7. The super tough, abrasion resistant POM/TPU composition of claim 1 wherein: the composition also comprises an auxiliary agent, wherein the auxiliary agent is one or more than two of main phenol antioxidant, auxiliary antioxidant and allantoin.

8. A process for preparing a super tough, abrasion resistant POM/TPU composition as claimed in any of claims 1-7 wherein: the method comprises the following steps:

mixing the raw materials in a high-speed mixer for 1-2 minutes to obtain a premix, and performing melt extrusion, cooling and granulation on the premix at the temperature of 150-220 ℃ by using a double-screw extruder to obtain the POM composition.

9. The process of making a super tough, abrasion resistant POM/TPU composition according to claim 8, wherein:

the temperature of each screw cylinder from the charging opening to the machine head of the double-screw extruder is respectively as follows: 150-180 ℃, 170-220 ℃, 170-210 ℃, 170-200 ℃, 170-210 ℃, the screw rotation speed of 250-350 r/min, the feeding amount of 50-200 kg/h and the vacuum degree of (-0.1) -0 MPa.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of high polymer materials, and particularly relates to a super-tough wear-resistant POM/TPU composition and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The polyformaldehyde resin (POM) has a linear molecular chain configuration, has the characteristics of high structural symmetry, high regularity and the like, has strong crystallization capacity, high hardness and high strength, and has very wide application in the fields of industrial machinery, automobiles, household appliances, electronics and electricity and the like as an engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive performance. However, since POM has high crystallinity, it is sensitive to gaps, which easily causes brittle fracture during use, and greatly limits its application range.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a super-tough and wear-resistant POM/TPU composition capable of improving the brittleness of POM and obtaining a good toughening effect, and a preparation method thereof.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

wherein the hardness of the TPU elastomer (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) is between Shore A75-95.

The addition of polytetrafluoroethylene is used for its abrasion resistance, but the content must be controlled within a certain range. The addition amount is too low, which does not help the wear resistance, and the addition amount is too high, which has a negative effect on the wear resistance on one hand and the material performance on the other hand.

EBS can reduce the formaldehyde content on one hand and can play a role in dispersing polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE on the other hand.

Preferably, the hardness of the TPU elastomer is 85A.

Further, the TPU elastomer is of a polyester type and/or a polyether type.

Preferably, the TPU elastomer is polyether.

Further, the polytetrafluoroethylene is pure powder or master batch of carrier with the content of 70%.

Further, the melt index of the POM resin is 190 ℃, 2.16kg and 1-16 g/10 min; the relative density is 1.38-1.43 g/cm3

The toughness of the high-viscosity and medium-viscosity resin composite material is selected to be beneficial, if the resin fluidity is too high, the dispersion of the toughening agent is influenced, and the toughness is obviously reduced.

Furthermore, the composition also comprises an auxiliary agent, wherein the auxiliary agent is one or more than two of main phenol antioxidant, auxiliary antioxidant and allantoin.

The antioxidant has the main function of reducing the degradation of polyformaldehyde in the processing process, and the allantoin can play a role in reducing the content of formaldehyde.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the super-tough wear-resistant POM/TPU composition, which comprises the following steps:

mixing the raw materials in a high-speed mixer for 1-2 minutes to obtain a premix, and performing melt extrusion, cooling and granulation on the premix at the temperature of 150-220 ℃ by using a double-screw extruder to obtain the POM composition.

Further, the temperature of each screw cylinder from the charging opening to the machine head of the double-screw extruder is respectively as follows: 150-180 ℃, 170-220 ℃, 170-210 ℃, 170-200 ℃, 170-210 ℃, the screw rotation speed of 250-350 r/min, the feeding amount of 50-200 kg/h and the vacuum degree of (-0.1) -0 MPa.

Compared with the prior art, the super-tough and wear-resistant POM/TPU composition disclosed by the invention has the following advantages:

the super-tough and wear-resistant POM/TPU composition disclosed by the invention adopts TPU as a POM toughening agent, and through research on the type, hardness and addition amount of the TPU, the impact strength of a POM notch is greatly improved, the toughness of a composite material is improved, and the hardness of the material is reduced. Meanwhile, the wear resistance of the material can be further improved by adding a certain amount of wear-resistant agent polytetrafluoroethylene.

The examples of the present invention employ, but are not limited to, the following raw materials:

POM resin, available from Jinfa science and technology Ltd, No. POM M25-44, melt index of 2.5, density of 1.4g/cm3(ii) a POM 90-44 with a melt index of 9 and a density of 1.4g/cm3(ii) a POM M270-44, melt index 27, density 1.4g/cm3

TPU, Taiwan iridescent Limited, polyether type, hardness 75A-95A; hensimei, polyester type, hardness 85A;

pure polytetrafluoroethylene powder, Japan Dajin;

antioxidants IRGANOX 245, IRGANOX 1076, IRGANOX 1010, IRGANOX 168, basf; antioxidants PEP-36, AKD; antioxidant SONOX 626, linyi san feng chemical;

allantoin, commercially available, purity 99.5%;

EBS, commercially available.

The super-tough wear-resistant POM/TPU composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

The preparation method of the super-tough wear-resistant POM/TPU composition comprises the following steps:

mixing the raw materials in a high-speed mixer for 1-2 minutes to obtain a premix, and performing melt extrusion, cooling and granulation on the premix at the temperature of 150-220 ℃ by using a double-screw extruder to obtain the POM composition.

Specifically, the temperature of each screw cylinder from the charging opening to the machine head of the double-screw extruder is respectively as follows: 150-180 ℃, 170-220 ℃, 170-210 ℃, 170-200 ℃, 170-210 ℃, the screw rotation speed of 250-350 r/min, the feeding amount of 50-200 kg/h and the vacuum degree of (-0.1) -0 MPa.

The compositions described in comparative examples 1 to 7 were also prepared by the above-described preparation method.

The test method of each performance index comprises the following steps:

notched impact strength: test standard ISO 180, test condition 23 ℃;

hardness: test standard SHORE D;

wear resistance: the abrasion times required by the abrasion amount of the sample reaching a certain degree are used as evaluation indexes, and the larger the times is, the better the abrasion resistance is;

As can be seen from the experimental results of the examples and the comparative examples, the super-tough and wear-resistant POM/TPU composition prepared by reasonably selecting the type and the addition amount of the TPU, the addition amount of the polytetrafluoroethylene, the EBS and the processing aid has lower hardness, ultrahigh notch impact strength and excellent wear resistance.
