By comprehensively analyzing the prior art, the existing single-hole kraft corrugated board with buffering and supporting properties and the special equipment thereof have the following defects:

1. the existing single-hole corrugated board adopts a three-layer combined structure formed by bonding base paper, surface paper and a core board, has weak compression resistance and deformation resistance, is easy to deform or even break when being extruded by external force, does not perform sealing treatment on the side wall of the corrugated board, causes moisture when liquid enters the interior of the corrugated board through the side wall, does not perform waterproof treatment to soften the material, and also can reduce the compression resistance and deformation resistance of the corrugated board;

2. aiming at the corrugated board with the buffering support component, the buffering support component is manually bonded with the core board and then mutually bonded and assembled with the surface paper and the bottom paper, so that the labor force of personnel is greatly consumed, the production efficiency of the corrugated board is reduced, and the quality of the corrugated board assembly cannot be guaranteed through manual operation.

According to the invention, the waterproof component 5 comprises an elastic rubber ring 51 and a waterproof film 52, the inner wall of the elastic rubber ring 51 is bonded with the side walls of the surface paper 1 and the bottom paper 2 through waterproof glue 53, the waterproof glue 53 is flexible waterproof glue, and the flexible waterproof glue is formed by compounding high-molecular emulsion and various inorganic powder materials.

In the invention, the bottoms of the first sliding plate 12 and the second sliding plate 13 are both connected with the top of the base 6 in a sliding way through sliding blocks, and the back of the base 6 is fixedly connected with a fixed box 15.

The invention also discloses a use method of the special equipment for the buffer supporting single-hole kraft corrugated board, which specifically comprises the following steps:

s1, first, inputting a standard distance value inside the distance sensor 14 through a key outside the device, where the distance value higher than the standard is a warning threshold, then inputting the standard distance value into the data comparator 21 as comparison data, bonding the upper elastic buffer 41 and the face paper 1 and bonding the lower elastic buffer 42 and the base paper 2 in advance, then coating a layer of adhesive on both sides of the upper elastic buffer 41 and the lower elastic buffer 42 close to the core paper 3, then inserting the face paper 1 into the groove on the second sliding plate 13, inserting the base paper 2 into the groove on the first sliding plate 12, and then inserting the bottom of the core paper 3 into the placing groove 18 on the pushing plate 24;

s2, then opening the control switch 20 on the front side of the base 6 to electrify the gravity switch 19, immediately starting the central processor 22 after the gravity switch 19 senses the pressure of the core paper 3, then controlling the first hydraulic cylinder 10 and the second hydraulic cylinder 11 to start working by the central processor 22, the extension end of the first hydraulic cylinder 10 driving the first sliding plate 12 to move towards the core paper 3, the extension end of the second hydraulic cylinder 11 driving the second sliding plate 13 to move towards the core paper 3, the distance sensor 14 starts to detect the distance value between the first sliding plate 12 and the second sliding plate 13 along with the slow approach of the first sliding plate 12 and the second sliding plate 13, then transmitting the detected value to the data comparator 21, comparing the detected distance value with the standard distance value in the data comparator 21, the data comparator 21 feeding the standard distance value back to the central processor 22 through the feedback module 23, if the distance value is equal to the standard distance value, it indicates that the distance between the first sliding plate 12 and the second sliding plate 13 has reached a desired position, which is to facilitate effective adhesion between the upper elastic buffer 41 and the lower elastic buffer 42 and the core paper 3, and once the standard distance value is exceeded, a certain amount of compression is applied to the core paper 3 to affect subsequent adhesion work, and at the same time, the cpu 22 closes the first hydraulic cylinder 10 and the second hydraulic cylinder 11, so that the first sliding plate 12 and the second sliding plate 13 stay for a while to allow firm adhesion between the core paper 3 and the upper elastic buffer 41 and the lower elastic buffer 42;
