背景技术

目前,全纸的板材及其家具制品具有无醛、可降解、可回收利用等优点在儿童家具、展示产品等领域具有广泛应用前景。但是,纸板本身纤维比较长且相对松软,如果采用类似人造板的铣削封边工艺或铣削成型工艺,边部毛刺、刮边等质量缺陷非常严重。因此,开发适合于纸基板件的封边与成型工艺是解决上述问题的关键。本发明提出一种加厚封边一体化的自折叠纸基夹芯板及其成型方法。该种方法充分运用纸基材料易于切割的特点,创新性的通过V型槽可折弯的特性,相邻连续V型槽折叠加厚的方式,实现了纸基板件之间一体化自折叠成型封边。在覆面板上开设V型槽和坡口,沿槽和坡口顺势折叠,切割方式可以根据预设要求自由调节翻折方向,V型槽的正反面折叠来达到多种转换。所述成型方法接缝处小、封边美观不易翘曲,而且省材、工艺简单,利于工业化生产。
