4. An edge flanging device for a fan casing according to claim 1, wherein the movable plate is driven by a hydraulic driving mechanism, and a hydraulic rod in the hydraulic driving mechanism is connected with the movable plate.

5. An edge flanging device for a fan shell according to claim 1, wherein the number of the extrusion columns on the movable plate is not less than two.

The edge flanging device for the fan shell according to claim 1, wherein two front and back symmetrical bases and a rotating rod penetrating through the middle parts of the two bases are arranged below the bending plate, and a telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder is movably sleeved on the rotating rod.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of flanging equipment, and particularly relates to a flanging device at the edge of a fan shell.

Background

As a ventilation device, a fan generally adopts a form of a motor driving fan blades to form a pressure difference between an air inlet and an air outlet of the fan, so that air flows under the action of the fan. In the course of working of fan shell, in order to facilitate the installation of follow-up fan shell, the board at the edge of fan shell needs to be processed to form a complete flanging structure.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a flanging device at the edge of a fan shell, which comprises a working frame, wherein a feed plate is arranged above the working frame, the bottom between the feed plates is hollow, a movable plate capable of moving up and down is arranged above the feed plate, a fan shell capable of transversely penetrating through the feed plate is arranged in the feed plate, a supporting plate arranged between the working frame and the feed plate is arranged below the fan shell, a pressing plate is arranged above the fan shell and connected with a plurality of extrusion columns longitudinally penetrating through the feed plate, the extrusion columns are fixed on the movable plate, a bending plate is arranged at the part of the fan shell penetrating through the feed plate and positioned below the fan shell, one end of the bending plate is movably hinged on the working frame, and the other end of the bending plate is connected with a plurality of telescopic air cylinders arranged on the working frame.

Furthermore, rubber square pads are arranged between the two ends of the movable plate and the upper surface of the feeding plate.

Furthermore, the movable plate is driven by a screw driving mechanism, a driving motor in the screw driving mechanism is connected with one end of a screw, and the other end of the screw rotatably penetrates through two ends of the movable plate.

Has the advantages that: the invention discloses a flanging device at the edge of a fan shell, which completes flanging work of the fan shell by driving a bending plate to rotate through a telescopic cylinder, simplifies flanging work flow and reduces labor intensity of operators.

For the purpose of enhancing the understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings, which are provided for the purpose of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an edge flanging device for a fan shell comprises a working frame 1, wherein a feeding plate 2 is arranged above the working frame 1, the bottom of the feeding plate 2 is hollow, a movable plate 3 capable of moving up and down is arranged above the feeding plate 2, a fan shell 4 capable of transversely penetrating through the feeding plate is arranged in the feeding plate 2, a supporting plate 5 arranged between the working frame 1 and the feeding plate 2 is arranged below the fan shell 4, a pressing plate 6 is arranged above the fan shell 4, the pressing plate 6 is connected with a plurality of extrusion columns 7 longitudinally penetrating through the feeding plate 2, and the extrusion columns 7 are fixed on the movable plate 3.

The fan shell 4 is equipped with the board 8 of bending in the part department of passing into inter-plate 2, and the board 8 of bending is located the below of fan shell 4, and the one end activity of the board 8 of bending articulates on work frame 1, and the other end of the board 8 of bending links to each other with a plurality of telescopic cylinder 9 of placing on work frame 1.

In the present embodiment, a rubber square pad 10 is disposed between the two ends of the movable plate 3 and the upper surface of the inlet plate 2.

In this embodiment, the number of the pressing posts 7 on the movable plate 3 is not less than two.

In this embodiment, the lower portion of the bending plate 8 is provided with two front and back symmetrical bases 81 and a rotating rod 82 penetrating through the middle portions of the two bases, and the telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder 9 is movably sleeved on the rotating rod 82.

In this embodiment, the number of the telescopic cylinders 9 on the work frame 1 is not less than two, and the telescopic cylinders 9 are obliquely arranged on the work frame 1.
