At present, a laser scribing machine is needed to cut and scribe a silicon wafer in the production process of a solar cell module, and the laser scribing machine is the first process of cell module production. The efficiency and quality stability (low chipping rate) of scribing directly determine the yield efficiency and yield quality of the battery assembly.

the front end and the rear end of the sheet breaking-off side busbar 176 are respectively supported on the front cantilever and the rear cantilever of the bracket 168 through a rotating shaft 178, a front bearing seat and a rear bearing seat are mounted on the side surface of the bracket 168, the sheet breaking-off cylinder carrier plate 173 is rotatably supported on the front bearing seat and the rear bearing seat, the sheet breaking-off cylinder 174 is mounted on the sheet breaking-off cylinder carrier plate 173, the sheet breaking-off cylinder 174 adopts a threaded cylinder, a piston rod of the sheet breaking-off cylinder 174 is in driving connection with the sheet breaking-off side busbar 176 through a joint bearing 175, the sheet breaking-off side busbar 176 can be driven to rotate around the rotating shaft 178, and the whole laser-cut battery sheet is broken off and divided into two half sheets.

An upper convex column extends from the bracket 168, a lower convex column extends from the sheet breaking-off side bus bar 176, a balance spring 183 is hung between the upper convex column and the lower convex column, and when the sheet breaking-off cylinder 174 is not operated, the spring force of the balance spring 183 enables the sheet breaking-off side bus bar 176 to be in a horizontal position and be in the same horizontal plane with the sheet separating side bus bar 169.

A reinforcing plate is fixed to the bracket 168 and is attached to the elevating mechanism 163. The lifting mechanism 163 is a cylinder with a piston rod facing downward and connected to the reinforcing plate to drive the bracket 168 to move up and down.

The sheet breaking-off negative pressure suction cups 181 are mounted on the sheet breaking-off side bus bars 176, the sheet breaking-off suction plate 180 is disposed on the sheet breaking-off side bus bars 176 through elastic elements, relief holes are formed in the sheet breaking-off side bus bars 176 at positions corresponding to the sheet breaking-off negative pressure suction cups 181, and the sheet breaking-off negative pressure suction cups 181 penetrate through the relief holes and extend out of the sheet breaking-off suction plate 180. The breaking-off piece side busbar 176 is provided with an air passage interface 179, and an air passage communicated with the breaking-off piece negative pressure suction cup 181 is arranged inside the breaking-off piece side busbar 176.

The slicing side bus bar 169 is provided with a slicing negative pressure suction cup 182, the slicing suction plate 166 is arranged on the slicing side bus bar 169 through an elastic element, an avoiding hole is formed in the slicing side bus bar 169 at a position corresponding to the slicing negative pressure suction cup 182, and the slicing negative pressure suction cup 182 extends out of the slicing suction plate 166 through the avoiding hole. The segment side bus bar 169 is provided with an air passage interface, and an air passage communicated with the segment negative pressure sucker 182 is arranged inside the segment side bus bar.

In specific application, firstly, the lifting mechanism 163 drives the bracket 168 to move downwards, the piece-breaking-side bus bar 169 and the piece-breaking-side bus bar 176 are positioned on the same horizontal plane and descend together, and the piece-breaking-off vacuum chuck 181 and the piece-breaking-off vacuum chuck 182 absorb the whole battery piece subjected to laser cutting together.

Then, the sheet severing cylinder 174 is actuated to rotate the sheet severing-side bus bar 176 about the rotation shaft 178 through the joint bearing 175, and the sheet severing operation is performed on the laser-cut whole cell sheet by rotating the same at an angle, so that the whole cell sheet is divided into two halves.

Then, the horizontal slice-dividing cylinder 171 is actuated to drive the whole slice-dividing-side bus bar 169 to move outward in the horizontal direction, and the stroke is 10 mm, so that the two half-slice cells after the slice breaking are separated by a pitch of 10 mm.

The whole cut battery piece is completely separated into two half battery pieces by adsorption, rotation, breaking off and horizontal movement.

In conclusion, the device is unique in design and novel in structure, the device for breaking and separating the silicon wafers can be mounted on the rotary operation mechanism, the motion of breaking and separating the silicon wafers in the air can be realized in the rotary operation process, the production beat and the operation efficiency are improved, the middle conveying link of the products (silicon wafers) is reduced, the fragments of the battery wafers are avoided, the damage probability of the products (silicon wafers) is reduced, and the scribing quality is improved.
