An arc extinction type safety socket which is characterized in that: the device mainly comprises a travel switch SQ, a time relay KT and a socket metal elastic sheet; two wiring terminals (1, 2) of a normally open contact of the travel switch SQ are respectively connected with a power supply live wire L and one end of a coil of the time relay KT; the other end of a coil of the time relay KT is connected with a power supply zero line N, and two wiring terminals (12 and 13) of a normally open contact of the time relay KT are respectively connected with a live wire metal elastic sheet (3) of the socket and a power supply live wire L; a zero line metal elastic sheet (4) of the socket is connected with a power supply zero line N, and a grounding wire metal elastic sheet (5) of the socket is connected with a power supply grounding wire PE;

when a live wire metal sheet (6), a zero line metal sheet (7) and a ground wire metal sheet (8) of the plug are inserted into the socket, the live wire metal elastic sheet (3), the zero line metal elastic sheet (4) and the ground wire metal elastic sheet (5) of the socket are respectively connected;

5. An arc extinction type safety receptacle according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the normally open contact of the time relay KT and the normally open contact of the travel switch SQ are respectively arranged in two sealing boxes (9, 10).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electrical equipment, in particular to an arc extinction type safety socket.

Background

The socket brings great convenience to production and life of people, but at the initial moment when an electric appliance plug is inserted into or pulled out of the socket, because the contact surface of a conductor between the plug and the socket is small, the electric field intensity is greatly increased under the influence of the curvature of the contact surface, and the surrounding air is ionized to generate electric arcs. The service life of the electric appliance and the socket can be influenced if the electric arc is large, and serious safety accidents can be caused if people are injured and surrounding flammable and explosive materials are combusted or exploded. Therefore, the arc extinction type socket is required to be used in flammable and explosive occasions such as coal mines and the like, and is used in daily families and office occasions, so that the service lives of electric appliances and sockets can be prolonged, and personal casualty accidents can be effectively avoided.

The inventor of the present application has already proposed a patent application for an arc-extinguishing type plug, and has obtained chinese invention patent ZL 201410429716.3. The arc extinction type plug and socket can eliminate or greatly reduce the arc generated at the moment of inserting the plug into the socket. However, structural improvements are needed for the existing three-wire socket, which may hinder the application of the technology to some extent.

Disclosure of Invention

To solve the above problems, the present invention provides an arc-extinguishing type safety receptacle which can effectively prevent an arc from being generated when a plug is inserted into or pulled out of the receptacle, and at the same time, does not require adjustment of the structure of a plug of an existing electric appliance.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an arc extinction type safety socket mainly comprises a travel switch SQ, a time relay KT and a socket metal elastic sheet; two wiring terminals of a normally open contact of the travel switch SQ are respectively connected with a power supply live wire L and one end of a coil of the time relay KT; the other end of a coil of the time relay KT is connected with a power supply zero line N, and two wiring terminals of a normally open contact of the time relay KT are respectively connected with a live wire metal elastic sheet of the socket and a power supply live wire L; the zero line metal elastic sheet of the socket is connected with a power supply zero line N, and the grounding wire metal elastic sheet of the socket is connected with a power supply grounding wire PE;

when the live wire metal sheet, the zero line metal sheet and the grounding wire metal sheet of the plug are inserted into the socket, the live wire metal elastic sheet, the zero line metal elastic sheet and the grounding wire metal elastic sheet of the socket are respectively connected;

after the plug is inserted into the rear travel switch SQ, the two wiring ends of the normally open contacts of the plug are closed, the coil of the time relay KT is connected with alternating voltage, and the normally open contacts of the time relay KT are closed in a delayed mode, so that the plug is electrified.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, when the plug is inserted, the push rod of the travel switch SQ is pressed by the metal sheet of the zero line of the plug, so that the normally open contact of the travel switch SQ is closed.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a normally open contact of a time relay KT and a normally open contact of a travel switch SQ are respectively arranged in two sealing boxes.

As the preferred technical scheme of the invention, when a user inserts an electric appliance plug into an arc extinction type socket, a normally open contact of a time relay KT is in an open state, a live wire metal elastic sheet of the socket is not electrified, and no electric arc is generated in the insertion process; because the zero line metal sheet of the plug presses the push rod of the travel switch SQ downwards, the normally open contact of the travel switch SQ is in a closed state, the coil of the time relay KT is provided with 220V alternating voltage, and after 2S time delay, the normally open contact of the time relay KT is closed, so that the live wire metal elastic sheet in the socket is communicated with the power live wire L; the live wire metal sheet of the electrical appliance plug is communicated with the live wire L of the power supply, the zero line metal sheet of the electrical appliance plug is communicated with the zero line N of the power supply, the grounding wire metal sheet of the electrical appliance plug is communicated with the grounding wire PE of the power supply, and the electrical appliance is electrified for use.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, when a user pulls out an electric appliance plug from an arc extinction type socket, a plug zero line metal sheet pressed on a push rod of a travel switch SQ is pulled out upwards, a normally open contact of the travel switch SQ is disconnected again, a coil of a time relay KT loses voltage, the normally open contact of the time relay KT is disconnected again, and a live wire metal elastic sheet of the socket is disconnected with a power supply to lose voltage.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the arc extinction type safety socket of the invention ensures that no electric arc is generated on all metal sheets in the whole process of inserting and extracting the electric appliance plug into and out of the arc extinction type socket by designing the travel switch and the time relay. Meanwhile, perfect matching can be realized without adjusting the structure of the existing electric appliance plug.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides an arc extinguishing safety socket, which mainly comprises a stroke switch SQ, a time relay KT and a socket metal spring. Two wiring terminals 1 and 2 of a normally open contact of the travel switch SQ are respectively connected with a power supply live wire L and one end of a coil of the time relay KT. The other end of a coil of the time relay KT is connected with a power supply zero line N, and two wiring ends 12 and 13 of a normally open contact of the time relay KT are respectively connected with a live wire metal elastic sheet 3 of the socket and a power supply live wire L. The zero line metal elastic sheet 4 of the socket is connected with a power supply zero line N, and the grounding wire metal elastic sheet 5 of the socket is connected with a power supply grounding wire PE.

When the live wire metal sheet 6, the zero line metal sheet 7 and the grounding wire metal sheet 8 of the plug are inserted into the socket, the live wire metal elastic sheet 3, the zero line metal elastic sheet 4 and the grounding wire metal elastic sheet 5 of the socket are respectively connected.

When the plug is inserted, a push rod 11 of the stroke switch SQ is extruded through a plug zero line metal sheet 7 to enable two wiring ends 1 and 2 of a normally open contact of the stroke switch SQ to be closed mutually, alternating voltage is introduced into a coil of the time relay KT, and two wiring ends 12 and 13 of the normally open contact of the time relay KT are closed in a delayed mode to enable the plug to be electrified.

Based on the arc extinction type safety socket of above-mentioned structure, at the moment when the user inserts the plug into arc extinction type socket, because time relay KT's normally open contact 12, 13 are in the open mode, so the live wire metal shrapnel 3 of socket is uncharged, therefore the insertion process can not have the electric arc to produce. At the moment, the zero line metal sheet 7 of the plug presses the push rod 11 of the travel switch SQ downwards, the normally open contacts 1 and 2 of the travel switch SQ are in a closed state, so that the coil of the time relay KT has 220V alternating voltage, and after 2S time delay, the normally open contacts 12 and 13 of the time relay KT are closed, so that the live wire metal elastic sheet 3 in the socket is connected with the power live wire L. At this time, the live wire metal sheet 6 of the electrical appliance plug is conducted with the live wire L of the power supply, the zero line metal sheet 7 of the electrical appliance plug is conducted with the zero line N of the power supply, and the grounding wire metal sheet 8 of the electrical appliance plug is conducted with the grounding wire PE of the power supply, so that the electrical appliance is electrified for use.

In the whole process of inserting the electric appliance plug into the arc extinguishing type socket, no electric arc is generated on all the metal sheets, and only the normally open contact of the time relay KT and the normally open contact of the travel switch SQ can generate the electric arc at the closing moment. Firstly, the closing of the normally open contact of the time relay and the closing of the normally open contact of the travel switch are clear and quick in action time, so that the electric arc on the normally open contact is very small or even can not generate the electric arc at all; secondly, when the arc extinction type socket is designed, the normally open contact of the time relay and the normally open contact of the travel switch are designed to be far away from the socket metal sheet, so that even if an electric arc is generated, personal injury can not be caused to a user.

In the inflammable and explosive occasions such as coal mines and the like, the requirements on electric arcs are extremely strict, at the moment, the normally open contact of the time relay KT and the normally open contact of the travel switch SQ can be respectively designed and placed in the two sealing boxes 9 and 10, and the sealing boxes are filled with transformer oil or sulfur hexafluoride and other gases or liquids with excellent insulativity, so that even if electric arcs are generated on the normally open contacts 12 and 13 of the time relay KT and the normally open contacts 1 and 2 of the travel switch SQ, the electric arcs can not be diffused into the air, and the explosion accidents caused by weak electric arcs possibly generated on the normally open contacts are effectively avoided.

When a user pulls out the plug from the arc extinction type socket, the plug zero line metal sheet 7 pressed on the push rod 11 of the stroke switch SQ is pulled out upwards, at the moment, the normally open contacts 1 and 2 of the stroke switch SQ are disconnected again, so that the coil of the time relay KT loses voltage, the normally open contacts 12 and 13 of the time relay KT are disconnected again, and the live wire metal elastic sheet 3 of the socket loses voltage after being disconnected from a power supply.

Obviously, in the process of pulling out the plug, the push rod of the travel switch is reset firstly, so that the normally open contact of the travel switch and the normally open contact of the time relay are opened, then the metal sheet of the plug leaves the metal elastic sheet of the socket, if electric arcs are generated, the electric arcs are generated on the normally open contacts of the travel switch and the time relay, and the two contacts are far away from the metal elastic sheet of the socket and are sealed in the sealing box, so that the explosion accident cannot be caused.

If the arc extinction type socket is not used in coal mines and the like with very strict arc requirements, the arc extinction type socket can be designed without adopting a sealing box, so that the production and manufacturing cost is reduced, and the arc extinction effect is still very excellent.
