1. A motor drive control device that drives a motor having a first system coil and a second system coil, the motor drive control device comprising:

a first drive circuit that controls energization of a coil of the first system;

a second drive circuit that controls energization of a coil of the second system; and

a signal output circuit that detects a first voltage that is a voltage at an intermediate point of the coil of the first system and a second voltage that is a voltage at an intermediate point of the coil of the second system, and outputs an output signal regarding whether any one of the coil of the first system and the coil of the second system is in an open state based on a detection result of the first voltage and a detection result of the second voltage.

2. The motor drive control device according to claim 1, further comprising an external output terminal that outputs the output signal,

the signal output circuit outputs a first output signal from the external output terminal as the output signal when the motor is normally driven,

the signal output circuit outputs, as the output signal, a second output signal indicating that any one of the coils of the first system and the second system is in an open state, from the external output terminal when any one of the coils of the first system and the second system is in the open state.

3. The motor drive control device according to claim 2,

the first output signal is a signal in which a voltage periodically changes with rotation of the motor, and the second output signal is a signal in which a value of the voltage is fixed.

4. The motor drive control device according to claim 2 or 3,

the external output terminal is connected to an output terminal of the first drive circuit, and the first output signal is a signal output from the output terminal of the first drive circuit.

5. The motor drive control device according to any one of claims 1 to 4,

the signal output circuit has:

a comparison section that compares the first voltage with a reference voltage and compares the second voltage with the reference voltage; and

a switching circuit that outputs a switching signal based on a comparison result of the comparison section,

the signal output circuit outputs the output signal according to the switching signal.

6. The motor drive control device according to claim 5,

the signal output circuit further has an output signal holding circuit that holds the comparison result of the comparing section for a given time.

7. The motor drive control device according to any one of claims 1 to 6,

the signal output circuit outputs an output signal indicating that one of the coils of the first system and the second system is in an open state when one of the first voltage and the second voltage is a given value or more.

The present invention relates to a motor drive control device, and more particularly to a motor drive control device having a dual system drive circuit.

In some cases, a drive circuit of the motor drive control device fails to drive the motor. For example, in the application where the motor is driven in a predetermined rotational direction (forward direction), if the motor cannot be driven as described above, a problem may occur in that the motor is forcibly rotated (reversed) in a direction opposite to the predetermined rotational direction by an external force.

For example, when the fan motor is driven by the motor drive control device, if the drive coil of the motor is disconnected and the drive circuit of the motor drive control device fails to function normally, the drive of the fan motor is stopped. In this case, for example, when air flows into the fan motor in accordance with the operation of another fan motor used simultaneously with the fan motor, the fan motor may be reversely rotated. For example, when a plurality of fan motors are used for cooling of a device enclosed by a casing, if 1 fan motor is reversed as described above, the internal pressure of the device is reduced, the cooling function is reduced, and the function of the device may be affected. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the forward rotation of the fan motor as continuous as possible.

As a method for solving the above-described problem, a motor drive control device is provided with a dual system of drive circuits, so that even if one drive circuit fails, the drive of the fan motor can be continued using the other drive circuit.

In this manner, when the motor drive control circuit is provided with the two-system drive circuit, it is convenient if the motor drive control circuit and the device using the same can be controlled depending on which drive state each drive circuit is in (for example, whether the drive circuit is in a normal drive state or not), and the drive state of the motor (whether the drive circuit is normal or abnormal) can be notified to the user.

The present invention aims to provide a motor drive control device which can make the forward rotation of a motor as continuous as possible and can inform the driving state to the outside.

In order to achieve the above object, one embodiment of the present invention relates to a motor drive control device that drives a motor having a first system coil and a second system coil, the motor drive control device including: a first drive circuit that controls energization of a coil of a first system; a second drive circuit that controls energization of a coil of a second system; and a signal output circuit that detects a first voltage and a second voltage, and outputs an output signal regarding whether or not any one of the coils of the first system and the coils of the second system is in an open circuit (open) state based on a detection result of the first voltage and a detection result of the second voltage, the first voltage being a voltage at a midpoint of the coils of the first system, and the second voltage being a voltage at a midpoint of the coils of the second system.

Preferably, the motor drive control device further includes an external output terminal that outputs an output signal, and the signal output circuit outputs a first output signal as the output signal from the external output terminal when the motor is normally driven, and outputs a second output signal as the output signal from the external output terminal when either one of the coils of the first system and the second system is in the open state, the second output signal indicating that either one of the coils of the first system and the second system is in the open state.

Preferably, the first output signal is a signal in which a voltage periodically changes with rotation of the motor, and the second output signal is a signal in which a value of the voltage is fixed.

Preferably, the external output terminal is connected to an output terminal of the first drive circuit, and the first output signal is a signal output from the output terminal of the first drive circuit.

Preferably, the signal output circuit has: a comparison unit that compares the first voltage with a reference voltage and compares the second voltage with the reference voltage; and a switching circuit that outputs a switching signal based on a comparison result of the comparison section, and the signal output circuit outputs an output signal according to the switching signal.

Preferably, the signal output circuit further has an output signal holding circuit that holds the comparison result of the comparing section for a given time.

Preferably, the signal output circuit outputs an output signal indicating that either one of the coils of the first system and the second system is in an open state when either one of the first voltage and the second voltage is a given value or more.
