s1: weighing the following components: 5-8 parts of titanium dioxide, 20-25 parts of calcium carbonate, 7-10 parts of film forming agent, 10-15 parts of deionized water, 10-15 parts of organic solvent, 1-2 parts of sodium benzoate, 1-2 parts of corrosion inhibitor, 0.5-1 part of flatting agent, 0.3-0.5 part of defoaming agent, 20-25 parts of epoxy resin hot solution, 20-25 parts of modified organic silicon resin hot solution, 10-12 parts of adhesive and 5-8 parts of impurity removing agent;

s2: adding titanium dioxide, a film-forming agent and deionized water into a centrifugal device, mixing and centrifuging for 30min, filtering the centrifugate, pouring the clear liquid into a stirrer, slowly adding calcium carbonate, sodium benzoate, a corrosion inhibitor, a leveling agent, a defoaming agent, an adhesive and an organic solvent while stirring, continuously stirring for 30min after the addition is finished, adding an impurity removing agent and stirring for 15min, filtering by using a filtering device, and collecting the clear liquid;

s3: pouring the finished epoxy resin hot solution and the modified organic silicon resin hot solution into the clear liquid, stirring uniformly by using stirring equipment, standing and cooling until obvious layering appears in the clear liquid, pouring the clear liquid into a paint film mold, and putting the paint film mold into cooling equipment for cooling and solidification;

s4: taking out the semi-finished paint film after cooling and solidification, respectively embedding and installing an outer protective film (101) and an outer heat insulation interlayer (102) at the outer sides, and smearing finish paint adhesive (107) on the bottom side of the semi-finished paint film;

s5: nesting the processed finish paint layer (1) on the outer side of the middle coating (2), smearing inner connecting adhesive (26) at the bottom of the middle coating (2), nesting a primer layer (3) at the bottom of the middle coating (2), putting the nested semi-finished paint film into cooling equipment for cooling until the finish paint adhesive (107) and the inner connecting adhesive (26) are solidified, and taking out to finish the preparation.

step four: taking out the cooled and solidified semi-finished paint film, respectively embedding and installing an outer protective film and an outer heat insulation interlayer on the outer side, and smearing finish paint adhesive on the bottom side of the semi-finished paint film;
