Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of fire balloons, in particular to a device for manually operating and discharging hot air in a balloon after the fire balloon lands.

Background

The hot air in the hot air balloon is sealed in the balloon through the top umbrella attached to the upper orifice. When the lifting force of the balloon needs to be reduced (namely, a part of hot air is discharged so that the density difference of the air inside and outside the balloon is reduced), the top umbrella can be operated to be separated from the hole opening on the balloon, so that the purpose of discharging the hot air is achieved. The commonly adopted mode for operating the balloon at present at home and abroad is as follows: the bottom edge of the top umbrella 2 is tied with a crown rope 3 and a positioning rope 4, and finally, the crown ropes of each root system are gathered at a point, the point passes through a control rope 1, and the purpose of separating the top umbrella from the hole opening on the balloon is achieved by moving the point (see figure 1).

On one hand, the air bleeder needs to overcome the force generated by the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the surface of the top umbrella 2, the top umbrella can be separated from the upper orifice of the balloon by using larger force, and the larger the surface area of the top umbrella is, the larger the pulling force is. On the other hand, due to the uncertainty of the downward moving distance of the top umbrella, particularly when the top umbrella is pulled down too much, the risk of burning out by flame of a burner exists, and the operation of the hot air balloon is influenced (see figure 2).

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a semi-fixed deflation device for a balloon of a hot air balloon, which is used for limiting a top umbrella while ensuring that hot air in the balloon is exhausted, so that the top umbrella is not burnt by flame of a burner, and the flying safety of the hot air balloon is further improved.

The technical solution for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a hot air balloon 'semi-fixed' deflating device is characterized in that a balloon tying ring is located at the center of the top of a balloon, a balloon vertical load belt is gathered on the balloon tying ring, and a certain point of the balloon top load belt is fixed with a certain point of the corresponding balloon vertical load belt. N top umbrella connecting belts are sewn on the top umbrella load belt, and N load belt connecting belts are sewn on the balloon vertical load belt; each top umbrella connecting band is connected with the load band connecting band through a connecting buckle and used for fixing the top umbrella load band and the balloon vertical load band. One end of the umbrella tying rope group is inserted into and fixed with the umbrella rope buckle at the lower edge of the top umbrella, and one end of the positioning section is fixed with the buckle loop on the corresponding load belt on the balloon. The exhaust pull rope is connected with the tail end of the umbrella rope fastening group through the pulley. The top umbrella is attached to the balloon through the nylon fastening tape.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages: (1) according to the invention, only the traditional top umbrella needs to be modified, and the top umbrella load band is fixed with a certain point of the corresponding balloon load band, so that the edge of the top umbrella is only opened when the exhaust rope is operated to pull down the top umbrella, thereby achieving the purposes of changing the shape of the top umbrella and avoiding the top umbrella from being burnt by flame of a burner; (2) the modified top umbrella can also improve the exhaust efficiency and improve the maneuverability of the hot air balloon.

Detailed Description

The invention is a more reliable balloon deflation device of a fire balloon, the position of a certain point of a load belt (a plurality of circles) of a deflation top umbrella is fixed with the position of a certain point of a corresponding balloon vertical load belt; one end (umbrella tying section) of the umbrella tying rope group penetrates through the umbrella rope buckle at the lower edge of the top umbrella and is fixed with the umbrella rope buckle, and the other end (positioning section) of the umbrella tying rope group is fixed with the buckle tab on the corresponding load belt on the balloon. The exhaust pull rope is connected with the tail end of the umbrella rope fastening group through a pulley.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The implementation scheme of the invention is as follows: the mode that the top umbrella is pulled down is changed from the original 'tray type' integral pull down into the 'mushroom type' local pull down, so that the top umbrella is prevented from being burnt by flame sprayed by a burner, and meanwhile, the space for discharging hot air is increased.

Referring to fig. 4, the top umbrella 1 is changed into a "mushroom type" by the exhaust cord 5 to rapidly exhaust the hot air in the balloon, and the upper portion of the top umbrella 1 is fixed to the balloon vertical load band 3. After the exhaust pull rope 5 is released, the top umbrella 1 is recovered to be in a tray shape under the action of lifting force generated by hot air in the saccule and is attached to the upper orifice of the saccule again, so that the aim of sealing the hot air in the saccule is fulfilled.

The top umbrella 1 is attached to the balloon by using a nylon adhesive tape before takeoff, and the top umbrella 1 plays a role in sealing air in the balloon in the whole takeoff preparation process.

The deflation device comprises a top umbrella 1 (the expansion diameter is larger than the diameter of an upper orifice of a balloon), an exhaust pull rope 5, a ball tying ring 6, twenty-four top umbrella connecting bands 9, twenty-four connecting buckles 10 and twenty-four load band connecting bands 11. During assembly, the umbrella tying rope group 4 is firstly smoothed, sequentially penetrates through the rope buckles at the corresponding positions of the top umbrella according to the sequence of the rope groups and is firmly tied according to the marking positions, and then penetrates through the rope buckles at the corresponding positions of the openings of the saccule and is firmly tied according to the marking. After the assembly is finished, the umbrella tying rope group 4 is checked in sequence, and twisting does not need to be carried out.

One end of the exhaust rope 5 is buckled on a buckle loop of the longitudinal load belt at a certain position at the lower hole of the balloon, and the other end of the exhaust rope passes through the pulley of the umbrella tying rope group 4 and penetrates out of the pulley to be vertically placed in the hanging basket.

In the flying process of the fire balloon, in order to control the descending of the balloon by discharging hot air in the balloon, the joint state of the top umbrella 1 and the hole opening on the balloon needs to be unlocked. The exhaust pull rope 5 is pulled, the convergent point of the umbrella tying rope group 4 moves downwards, the lower half part of the top umbrella is gradually pulled down, the positioning section rope is straightened, the top umbrella 1 is changed into a mushroom shape from a tray shape, the upper orifice of the balloon is opened, and hot air is exhausted. When the exhaust is finished, the exhaust pull rope 5 is loosened, and the top umbrella 1 automatically resets under the action of the lifting force in the balloon and is attached to the upper orifice of the balloon again.
