A load connection and unlocking capability testing tool and method according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

As shown in fig. 1, a load connection and unlocking capability test tool includes a mounting assembly 10, a cover plate 2, a pull rod assembly 30 and a lock nut 4. The mounting assembly is composed of a connecting rod 11, a reinforcing rib 12, a bottom plate 13, a parking block 14, a handle 15 and a vertical plate 16 in a welding mode and is used for being fixed with a base of a tensile testing machine and parking a tested product. The cover plate 2 is designed according to the appearance characteristics of the tested product, and the appearance of the cover plate is fixed with the mounting component 10 through screws as shown in fig. 3 in the embodiment, so as to limit the movement of the product when the product is stressed. The disc spring groups 34 are 3 groups, and 2 pieces are stacked into one group for buffering force.

A method for testing load connection and unlocking capacity comprises the following specific steps:

step 1: the mounting assembly 10 is mounted on a base of a tensile testing machine and is locked and fixed through a locking nut 4;

step 2: placing a tested product in the mounting assembly 10, mounting the cover plate 2, and fixing the tested product by mounting screws through the cover plate 2;

and step 3: installing the pull rod assembly 30 and the force application end of the tensile machine, and locking and fixing the pull rod assembly by a locking nut 4;

and 4, step 4: unlocking the tested product, moving the force application end of the tensile machine downwards, matching the tested product with the capturing conical head 31 of the pull rod assembly 30, and locking the pull rod assembly 30 by the tested product;

and 5: controlling a tensile testing machine to gradually apply tensile force to a product to a preset load through the pull rod assembly 30, wherein the speed of the application of the load of the tensile testing machine does not exceed 1kN/s, the holding time is more than 30s, and then positioning and moving the pull rod assembly 30 to keep the position of the pull rod assembly still;

step 6: and electrically unlocking the tested product, and after the unlocking is finished, driving the pull rod assembly 30 to move upwards by the force application end of the tensile machine, separating the pull rod assembly from the product and finishing the load connection and unlocking capability test.
