An adhesive oligomer-based composite material according to claim 1, wherein the ethylene-propylene copolymer D is a copolymer of propylene monomers and ethylene monomers, wherein the weight percentage content of ethylene structural units in the copolymer is 10% to 13%, and the weight average molecular weight is 75000.

5. An adhesive oligomer-based composite material according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is at least one of propyl gallate, antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 168.

6. A method for preparing a tacky oligomer based composite according to any one of claims 1-5, comprising the steps of:

step S1, heating the temperature of the stirring kettle to be more than 100 ℃, adding the oligomer A and the antioxidant in three batches, and stirring for about 20min each time;

step S2, adding the ethylene-propylene copolymer B, and stirring for 20min or till the material temperature reaches 110 ℃;

step S3, adding the ethylene-propylene copolymer C, and stirring for 20min or till the material temperature reaches 110 ℃;

and step S4, adding the ethylene-propylene copolymer D, vacuumizing for 35-45min or observing the state until the ethylene-propylene copolymer D is completely molten, and discharging without bubbles to obtain the composite material based on the adhesive oligomer.

Background

With the continuous innovation of industrial production technology, the rapid development of urban construction and the obvious change of global climate, the requirements of people on the indexes of air purification, water resource filtration and food sanitation and safety are rising day by day. The air purifier is a common device for realizing the index requirements, the core component of the air purifier is an air filter, and a main flow air filter in the prior art is mainly separated from a filter material by hot melt adhesive. The filter not only eliminates the damage of the traditional partition plate to damage the filter medium, but also effectively increases the filtering area, improves the filtering efficiency, and simultaneously reduces the airflow resistance, thereby reducing the energy consumption. Therefore, in modern air filters, the hot melt adhesive has a significant effect, and the quality of the hot melt adhesive directly affects the final performance of the air filter.

Most of hot melt adhesives used for the air filter at present mainly comprise EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer), and the EVE type hot melt adhesives mainly have the problems: 1. the thermal stability is poor, the high-temperature heating is easy to yellow, even carbide is generated, so that the finished filter product is unqualified, and the nozzle is blocked and stopped. 2. The smell is more pungent, EVA is sour, and the filter production workshop is generally in a closed space, so that the smell deteriorates the working environment. 3. The high and low temperature resistance is poor, namely the high and low temperature resistance range is narrow, and the application range of the product is small. However, the ideal hot melt adhesive for the filter requires high cohesive strength and strong adhesion, and can prevent the crease of the canvas from falling off; the permeability is strong; the foaming agent can be used for foaming, and the amount of glue used can be reduced on the premise of keeping the performance, so that the cost is reduced; high hardness, heat resistance, no toxicity and no odor; is suitable for bonding various materials such as: ABS, PE, Non-woven and PP. The existing hot melt adhesive can not meet the target requirements of people on good comprehensive performance and excellent environmental protection performance of high-quality hot melt adhesive. The Chinese patent with the application number of 201910383178.1 discloses a filter paper hot melt adhesive for an industrial air filter and a preparation method thereof, wherein the filter paper hot melt adhesive for the industrial air filter comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10 to 40 percent of EVA I, 5 to 25 percent of polyethylene wax, 5 to 20 percent of viscosity modifier, 5 to 20 percent of EVA II, 20 to 55 percent of petroleum resin and 1 to 5 percent of stabilizer. The filter paper hot melt adhesive disclosed by the invention has higher bonding strength, can quickly complete filter paper adhesion, has high bonding efficiency, and is very suitable for machine coating in an automatic production process. The filter paper hot melt adhesive has high purity, flows smoothly in the using process, and is not easy to block a nozzle, so that the normal production of automatic equipment is further ensured, and the production efficiency of processing enterprises is improved; however, the invention still has the defects that the EVA hot melt adhesive has poor thermal stability, high and low temperature resistance and environmental protection performance and needs to be further improved.

Therefore, the development of the composite material based on the adhesive oligomer, which has the advantages of high bonding strength, high cohesive strength, strong permeability, good thermal stability, safe and environment-friendly use, meets the market demand, has wide market value and application prospect, and plays a very important role in promoting the development of the composite material for the hot melt adhesive.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a composite material based on adhesive oligomer and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method is simple and easy to implement, has high preparation effect and small dependence on equipment, and is suitable for continuous industrial production; the composite material based on the adhesive oligomer prepared by the preparation method has the advantages of high bonding strength, high cohesive strength, strong permeability, good thermal stability, safe use and environmental protection.

step S3, adding the ethylene-propylene copolymer C, and stirring for 20min or till the material temperature reaches 110 ℃;

and step S4, adding the ethylene-propylene copolymer D, vacuumizing for 35-45min or observing the state until the ethylene-propylene copolymer D is completely molten, and discharging without bubbles to obtain the composite material based on the adhesive oligomer.
