In the invention, when the mould bag is injected with the slurry, the two-fluid foaming type silicate resin is controlled in a volume ratio of 1:1 and is injected into the mould bag through the static mixer, so that the slurry is uniformly mixed.

Furthermore, operators of the throwing type rapid treatment method should be in a crack initiation area and a rear area; the lifting appliance in the lifting type rapid treatment scheme is positioned behind a crack initiation area so as to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
