In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a grinding process of a flange rolling bearing outer ring with high grinding precision.

The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: a grinding process of an outer ring of a flange rolling bearing is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

checking the machine tool, namely checking whether each part of the machine tool is damaged or not and whether the machine tool runs well or not;

The machine tool inspection step includes:

checking the machine tool, namely checking whether the cutter interferes with the product, whether the last machining program is operated, whether the product exists on the clamp, checking the grinding wheel cover and determining whether the grinding wheel cover is intact;

checking the grinding wheel, namely checking the surface of the grinding wheel to determine that the grinding wheel is broken and worn, starting the grinding wheel to idle for one to two minutes, confirming that the grinding wheel rotates normally, and closing the grinding wheel after the grinding wheel operates normally; before the machine tool is started, lubricating oil is filled into all parts of the machine tool.

The preparing step includes:

a clamping step, namely placing a gasket between a clamp and a workpiece of the machine tool, making up a gap between the clamp and the workpiece, and screwing a limiting bolt;

The cooling liquid is saponified liquid with the concentration of 5-20%.

The drilling step comprises:

drilling: drilling holes by using a straight shank twist drill to drill blank holes;

boring: and (5) performing finish machining on the drilled blank hole by using a reamer.

The pickling step comprises the following steps:

pickling with hydrochloric acid, namely completely immersing the flange intermediate piece into a hydrochloric acid solution with the volume ratio of 20-80%, wherein the immersion time is not less than 5 min;

a neutralizing step, namely putting the pickled flange intermediate piece into a neutralizing liquid to neutralize the acid liquor remained on the surface;

and a cleaning step, namely washing the neutralized flange intermediate piece with clear water to remove surface residues.

The neutralizing solution is sodium bicarbonate solution, the time for immersing in the neutralizing solution is not less than 10min, and the cleaning test of the cleaning step is not less than 15 min.

In the fine grinding step, a grinding wheel is used for fine grinding, the precision of the grinding wheel is 80-100 meshes, the linear speed of the grinding wheel is 50m/s, the horizontal feeding amount is 65mm/min, and the vertical feeding amount is 0.5 mm.

Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the acid pickling step is arranged, oxide and rust on the surface of the steel are removed by using the acid liquor, the clean metal surface is exposed, the surface of the flange is passivated, the adhesive force between the coating on the surface of the product and the product is improved, the coating is not easy to fall off, the service life of the coating is prolonged, the operation of the machine tool inspection step is arranged, the problems possibly existing in the machine tool are inspected before grinding, the hidden danger is found in advance, and the safety of operators during grinding is improved and guaranteed.

checking the grinding wheel, namely checking the surface of the grinding wheel to determine that the grinding wheel is broken and worn, starting the grinding wheel to idle for one minute, confirming that the grinding wheel rotates normally, and closing the grinding wheel after the grinding wheel operates normally; before the machine tool is started, lubricating oil is filled into all parts of the machine tool.

The preparing step includes:

boring: and (5) performing finish machining on the drilled blank hole by using a reamer.

And in the grinding step, the fine pits generated after the grinding process are ground flat, so that the surface of the product has no fine pits.

The pickling step comprises the following steps:

pickling with hydrochloric acid, namely completely immersing the flange intermediate piece into a hydrochloric acid solution with the volume ratio of 20-80%, wherein the immersion time is not less than 5 min;

a neutralizing step, namely putting the pickled flange intermediate piece into a neutralizing liquid to neutralize the acid liquor remained on the surface;

and a cleaning step, namely washing the neutralized flange intermediate piece with clear water to remove surface residues.

In the hydrochloric acid pickling step, the pickling time is preferably controlled within 5min, so that the pickling time of 5min is adopted, when a hydrochloric acid solution with the volume ratio of 20%, a large amount of residues appear on the surface oxide layer of the flange intermediate part, when a hydrochloric acid solution with the volume ratio of 80% is adopted, the surface oxide layer of the flange intermediate part completely disappears, but the surface of the flange intermediate part is corroded, pits appear, when a hydrochloric acid solution with the volume ratio of 60% is adopted, the surface oxide layer of the flange intermediate part completely disappears, and the surface of the flange intermediate part is not corroded, so that the hydrochloric acid solution with the volume ratio of 60% is preferably adopted when the pickling time is 5 min.

The neutralizing solution is sodium bicarbonate solution, the time for immersing in the neutralizing solution is not less than 10min, and the cleaning test of the cleaning step is not less than 15 min.

In the fine grinding step, a grinding wheel is used for fine grinding, the grinding wheel has the precision of 90 meshes, the linear speed of the grinding wheel is 50m/s, the horizontal feeding amount is 65mm/min, and the vertical feeding amount is 0.5 mm.

And in the finished product inspection step, whether the surface of the workpiece has grinding wheel flowers is inspected, if the surface has the grinding wheel flowers, the workpiece is a defective product, if the surface has no grinding wheel flowers, the workpiece is a qualified product, and the qualified product is warehoused.

Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the acid pickling step is arranged, oxide and rust on the surface of the steel are removed by using the acid liquor, the clean metal surface is exposed, the surface of the flange is passivated, the adhesive force between the coating on the surface of the product and the product is improved, the coating is not easy to fall off, and the service life of the coating is prolonged.

The method has the advantages that the machine tool inspection operation step is arranged, the problems possibly existing in the machine tool are checked before grinding, hidden dangers are found in advance, the safety of operators during grinding is guaranteed, the defective rate of products is reduced, and therefore the production cost of enterprises is reduced.
