The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the invention is used for deburring wood with different specifications, the distance between the movable frame 19 and the fixed frame 10 is required to be adjusted according to the width of the wood, the best supporting effect on the wood is achieved, and the phenomenon that one end of the wood is tilted to influence deburring processing is avoided, when the position of the movable frame 19 is adjusted, only the stress rod 7 is required to rotate the threaded rod 8 to be screwed with the spiral cylinder 6 to drive the movable frame 19 to realize horizontal adjustment, so that the adjustment of the invention is more convenient and rapid, meanwhile, the threaded rod 8 is in threaded connection with the spiral cylinder 6, the invention has good self-locking capability, ensures that the wood is fixed in time after being adjusted, the adjustment is more accurate, the wood is placed on the surfaces of the lubricating balls 17 embedded on the movable frame 19 and the fixed frame 10, so that the wood and the lubricating balls 17 relatively roll, thereby being convenient for horizontally pushing processing the wood, in the working process of the invention, the cleaning block 23 arranged on the vertical plate 22 is extruded by the extrusion spring 25, so that one end of the cleaning block 23 is always attached to the outer wall of the grinding wheel 5 to be clean, and the surface of the grinding wheel 5 is always in a clean state.
