背景技术

目前，在测试/校准接地导通、变压器直流电阻、回路导通等交直流大电流低值电阻测量仪器误差的过程中，主要使用单值实物电阻器或模拟电阻器，然而，使用单值实物电阻器开展测试/校准的缺点是测量范围窄、需要多次接线才能完成测试/校准工作；用模拟电阻器开展测试/校准的缺点是该方法不是被检仪器的实际工作状态，不能很好的评定仪器的实际性能。

因此，研制一种新型的计量标准器是计量行业所需要的。
