Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of data measurement, and particularly relates to a measurement report generation system.

Background

In the production process and the quality inspection process of various products, a large amount of data measurement requirements exist, the data form and content of required measurement are various, and in order to ensure the rapid and accurate operation of the production process, the measurement speed and accuracy are required to be ensured simultaneously in the measurement process.

At present, in the detection and measurement processes of various products, workers need to search information corresponding to the products under normal conditions, determine corresponding measurement items, record a large amount of measurement data after measurement, and under the conditions of multiple types and large quantity of measurement products, the method has the advantages of large workload, long consumed time, easy occurrence of error and leakage and low measurement efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, an embodiment of the present invention provides a measurement report generating system to solve the problem of low efficiency of a product measurement process in the prior art.

A first aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a measurement report generation system, including:

the device comprises a retrieval module, a voice module, a measurement module and a report generation module;

the retrieval module is used for generating a measurement parameter according to the identification information of the product to be measured and sending the measurement parameter to the measurement module and the report generation module;

the measurement module is used for performing first measurement operation on the product to be measured according to the measurement parameters, generating and sending first measurement data to the report generation module;

the voice module is used for acquiring voice information, generating second measurement data according to the voice information and sending the second measurement data to the report generating module;

the report generation module is used for generating a measurement report of the product to be measured according to the first measurement data, the second measurement data and the measurement parameters.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the measurement report generation system further includes a drawing display module;

the retrieval module is further used for generating a first display instruction according to the identification information of the product to be detected and sending the first display instruction to the drawing display module;

and the drawing display module displays a drawing according to the first display instruction.

Detailed Description

In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth, such as particular system structures, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.

In order to explain the technical means of the present invention, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a measurement report generation system, including: a retrieval module 100, a voice module 300, a measurement module 200 and a report generation module 500;

the retrieval module 100 is configured to generate a measurement parameter according to the identification information of the product to be measured, and send the measurement parameter to the measurement module 200 and the report generation module 500;

the measurement module 200 is configured to perform a first measurement operation on a product to be measured according to the measurement parameter, generate and send first measurement data to the report generation module 500;

the voice module 300 is configured to collect voice information, generate second measurement data according to the voice information, and send the second measurement data to the report generating module 500;

the report generating module 500 is configured to generate a measurement report of the product to be measured according to the first measurement data, the second measurement data and the measurement parameter.

In this embodiment, the measurement report generation system is a system for assisting a user to measure various products. Specifically, after the product to be measured is entered into the system, the measurement parameters of the product to be measured are determined through the search of the search module 100. The retrieval module 100 sends the determined measurement parameters to the measurement report generation module 500, so that the measurement report generation module 500 generates a corresponding original record form to be filled, and the original record form identifies data items to be manually measured according to a pre-stored form database. Meanwhile, the retrieval module 100 sends the measurement parameters to the measurement module 200, the measurement module 200 calls a prestored corresponding measurement instruction according to the received measurement parameters, automatically measures the product to be measured under the driving of the measurement instruction, and sends the first measurement data obtained by measurement to the report generation module 500. The user determines the data to be manually measured from the original form to be filled in the report generating module 500 and performs the measurement. The measurement of the relevant parameter is carried out, for example, using a caliper.

In the manual measurement process, a user reads out data obtained by measuring a product to be measured, namely voice information. The voice module 300 continuously collects and recognizes the voice information to obtain the second measurement data, and sends the second measurement data to the report generating module 500. The report generating module 500 fills the received first measurement data and second measurement data into the original form to be filled, so as to obtain a final measurement report.

In the present embodiment, the retrieval module 100, the voice module 300, the measurement module 200, and the report generation module 500 communicate with each other using a USB interface.

Optionally, the retrieval module 100, the voice module 300, the measurement module 200, and the report generation module 500 communicate with each other through a voice channel.

In this embodiment, by using the test report generating system, various parameters of the product to be measured can be conveniently and efficiently measured, on one hand, the workload of users for searching measurement parameters and manually filling in measurement forms can be reduced, and on the other hand, errors which may occur during manual operation can be reduced, so that the accuracy and efficiency of the whole measurement work are improved.

Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the measurement report generation system further includes a drawing display module 400;

the retrieval module 100 is further configured to generate a first display instruction according to the identification information of the product to be detected, and send the first display instruction to the drawing display module 400;

the drawing display module 400 displays a drawing according to the first display instruction.

In this embodiment, after retrieving the relevant information of the product to be tested, the retrieving module 100 generates a first display instruction, where the first display instruction is used to instruct the drawing display module 400 to display the drawing corresponding to the product to be tested. The user can more conveniently and quickly measure the items needing manual measurement by looking up the drawing. The drawing that shows simultaneously can make things convenient for the user of service to supervise and assist when measuring module 200 carries out automatic measurement, for example remove the product that awaits measuring module 200 after automatic measurement finishes.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the retrieval module 100 comprises: an information acquisition unit 110, an identification extraction unit 120, a matching search unit 130, and an instruction output unit 140;

the information acquisition unit 110 is used for acquiring image information of a product to be detected;

the identification extracting unit 120 is configured to identify identification information in the image information and send the identification information to the matching search unit 130;

the matching search unit 130 is configured to search a pre-stored matching database for matching information corresponding to the identification information;

and an instruction output unit 140, configured to generate a measurement parameter according to the matching information.

In this embodiment, after the product to be tested enters the retrieving module 100, the information collecting unit 110 collects image information of the product to be tested, where the image information includes a barcode, a two-dimensional code, or an outline image of the product to be tested. The information collection unit 110 sends the collected image information to the identification extraction unit 120, and the identification extraction unit 120 identifies the image information to obtain the identification information of the product to be detected. The identification information includes information such as the name and model of the product to be tested.

In this embodiment, the matching information includes: the name and model of the product and corresponding measurement parameters; the matching search unit 130 is configured to search in a pre-stored matching database according to information such as the name and the model of the product to be detected, pre-store name and model information of various types of products in the pre-stored matching database, match the name and model information of the current product to be detected with the pre-stored name and model information, and send matching information obtained through the search to the instruction output unit 140 after the matching is successful.

In this embodiment, the pre-stored matching database further includes measurement parameters and mapping relationships between names, models and the measurement parameters, and the instruction output unit 140 searches the pre-stored matching database for the measurement parameters corresponding to the matching information according to the matching information, and sends the measurement parameters to the measurement module 200 and the report generating module 500. The measurement module 200 performs an automatic measurement operation according to the received measurement parameters, and the report generation module 500 generates an original record table according to the received measurement parameters. Meanwhile, the instruction output unit 140 further generates a first display instruction according to the matching information and sends the first display instruction to the drawing display module 400.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the information collection unit 110 includes a camera.

In the present embodiment, the collection of image information is realized by a camera in the information collection unit 110.

Optionally, the information collecting unit 110 may also scan the barcode information of the product to be detected through the barcode scanning gun.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the report generation module 500 includes a table generation unit 510 and a measurement report generation unit 520;

the table generating unit 510 is configured to generate an original record table according to the measurement parameters;

the measurement report generating unit 520 is configured to input the first measurement data and the second measurement data into corresponding positions of the original record table, and generate a measurement report of the product to be measured.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the speech module 300 includes: a voice acquisition unit 310, a voice recognition unit 320 and an information transmission unit 330;

the voice collecting unit 310 is used for collecting voice information sent by a user;

the voice recognition unit 320 is configured to recognize voice information to obtain voice data, and send the voice data to the information sending unit 330;

the information transmitting unit 330 is configured to transmit voice data to the report generating module 500.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the voice acquisition unit 310 includes a microphone.

In this embodiment, the voice collecting unit 310 is used for collecting various data read by a user during manual measurement of a product to be measured, including measurement items, measured values and units corresponding to the respective values.

In this embodiment, the information sending unit 330 is configured to send the recognized voice data to the report generating module 500.

Optionally, the voice module 300 may also collect and identify operation information sent by a user in the whole measurement process of the product to be measured, and send the identified instruction data to the corresponding module.

Specifically, the voice collecting unit 310 may collect voice operation information, such as measurement report output information, measurement report print information, and re-measurement information, which is input by a user. After the voice operation information is recognized by the voice recognition unit 320, instruction data is obtained. The instruction data comprises measurement report related instructions and automatic measurement related instructions, wherein the measurement report related instructions comprise measurement report derivation instructions, measurement report printing instructions and modification instructions of data in the measurement report. The voice module 300 sends the measurement report related instruction to the report generating module 500 through the information sending unit, and the report generating module 500 performs operations of deriving the measurement report, printing the measurement report, or modifying data in the measurement report according to the received measurement report related instruction. The voice module 300 further sends an automatic measurement related instruction to the measurement module 200 through the information sending unit, where the automatic measurement related instruction includes a re-measurement instruction and an automatic measurement deleting instruction, the measurement module 200 re-measures the product to be measured according to the received re-measurement instruction, and deletes a certain automatic measurement operation on the product to be measured according to the automatic measurement deleting instruction.

Specifically, when a user inputs an automatic measurement deleting instruction, the automatic measurement deleting instruction is sent to the report generating module, and the report generating module converts the measurement data corresponding to the automatic measurement deleting instruction into manual measurement data and displays the manual measurement data in a test report.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the speech recognition unit 320 includes a speech recognition subunit, a primary transformation subunit, a matching subunit, a secondary transformation subunit, and an output subunit;

the voice recognition subunit is used for recognizing the voice information to obtain initial voice data and transmitting the initial voice data to the primary conversion subunit;

In the present embodiment, the voice recognition unit 320 obtains the final second measurement data through a plurality of conversions. Since the content related to the user is limited during the measurement process, the content is fixed in the categories of measurement items, numerical values, unit names and the like, rather than various types of information mentioned in the ordinary voice recognition process. In order to improve the accuracy of voice recognition and prevent error information outside the preset category from appearing in the output second measurement data, the initial voice data obtained by the voice recognition subunit needs to be transmitted to the primary conversion subunit for conversion. The primary conversion unit converts the initial voice data into pinyin data, and the step ensures the accuracy of recognition; and the step of transmitting the pinyin data to the matching subunit for matching ensures the matching accuracy. And converting the successfully matched pinyin data into character data through a secondary conversion unit to obtain final second measurement data. Through the steps of conversion and matching, the accuracy of the directional identification of the second measurement data can be improved, and meanwhile redundant invalid information can be effectively removed.

In this embodiment, the matching subunit matches the pinyin data through a pre-stored digital information base.

Optionally, the voice recognition unit 320 may also recognize a voice command sent by a user through the above steps, such as commands for printing a measurement report, deriving a measurement report, and re-measuring, and correspondingly, the matching subunit matches the phonetic data through a pre-stored command library. In one embodiment of the present invention, the measurement module 200 includes an image measuring instrument.

In this embodiment, the image measuring instrument includes a three-axis image measuring instrument.

In this embodiment, the measurement module 200 pre-stores a driver corresponding to each measurement parameter. After the measurement module 200 receives the measurement parameters corresponding to the product to be measured, the pre-stored driver corresponding to the measurement parameters is called, and the image measurement instrument automatically measures the product to be measured under the driving of the pre-stored driver. Specifically, the image measuring instrument collects a real-time image of a product to be measured, converts the real-time image into a three-view form, and automatically measures according to the three views to obtain first measurement data.

Optionally, the measurement module 200 may also include other automated measurement instruments, such as an automatic dimension meter and a laser scanning meter.

In one embodiment of the invention, the report generation module 500 further comprises an alarm unit 530;

the alarm unit 530 is configured to determine a corresponding preset standard range according to the measurement parameter, generate alarm information corresponding to third measurement data when the third measurement data exceeds the corresponding preset standard range, and display the alarm information corresponding to the third measurement data in the measurement report;

the third measurement data is any one of the first measurement data and the second measurement data.

In this embodiment, after each item of measurement data is filled into the original record table, the alarm unit 530 compares the filled measurement data with the pre-stored data range of the corresponding item, and if the measurement data exceeds the corresponding preset standard range, the alarm unit performs a red alarm or a pop-up alarm on the measurement data to prompt a user that the data measurement is wrong or the quality of the product to be measured is poor, and performs re-measurement in time, so as to accurately and efficiently complete the measurement operation of the product to be measured.
