1. A device for spreading pie-shaped food, the device comprising:

wherein the first heating member, the second heating member, the batter thinning member and the folding member are mounted on the body frame.

10. A vending machine for cake-type food products, characterized in that it comprises a device for spreading cake-type food products according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

Background

In view of consumer demand, city population's life pressure is increasing, snack foods as simple meals or snacks are not required for dining places, the dining time is short, and the price is low. The cake food is the preferred variety of the consumer's dinner, such as pancake, egg pancake, pie and roll cake, and the ingredients of the cake food comprise cake food and meat and vegetable side dish which can be used as staple food, so that the nutrition is balanced and the meat and vegetable side dish is full of nutrition, and the type and the sour, sweet and spicy taste of the side dish can be selected by the consumer independently, so that the rich taste is realized. Since the pie food has the above advantages, the demand is great, and the current consumer demand for the pie food is mainly satisfied by the snack car and the fast food restaurant at the street end. Most of the snack vehicles do not have operating licenses, the used raw materials cannot be traced, and the sanitary conditions of processing places and appliances are poor, so that the food safety problem is worried; in order to avoid supervision, the operation time is generally limited to night, and products cannot be provided for consumers all day long. In the case of paying the rent of the storefront, the fast food restaurant needs to have price competitive advantage for selling food, and the cost compression brings product quality problems and sanitary safety problems.

At present, the vending machine is generally used for selling bottled beverages or snacks, the sold articles are commodities with complete packages, and the vending machine does not need to process the commodities and only needs to have the functions of refrigeration storage and quantitative output. From the aspects of technical evolution and functional expansion of vending machines, some vending machines are currently on the market that can process raw materials and sell processed products, typically orange juice machines, coffee machines, coconut juice machines, etc., to consumers. Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a cake food spreading device, a cake food spreading method and a cake food vending machine comprising the same, and aims to solve the technical problems of poor food safety and inconvenience caused by the fact that full automation of cake food cannot be realized at present.

Compared with the prior art, according to the embodiment of the invention, the two sides of the cake food are heated by respectively setting the heating time through the two heating components, the batter spreading component is close to the heating surface of the first heating component, the batter is spread into the thin cake under the rotation of the first heating component, and the cake food is transferred between the heating surfaces of the first heating component and the second heating component through the turnover component, so that the full automation of spreading the cake food is realized, the manual operation is replaced, the labor cost is effectively reduced, the operation can be carried out for 24 hours, and safe, sanitary, convenient and quick delicious food is provided for customers all weather.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only partial embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

The applicant finds that cake-type food, snack-type food as a simple meal or snack, has no requirement on a dining place, has short dining time and low price, and has great demand on urban population. However, cake food products cannot be produced automatically on an automatic vending machine at present, so that the food safety is poor, the cake food products cannot be provided for customers all day long, and the convenience is affected.

In order to solve the above technical problem, as shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a device for spreading cake food, which includes: a first heating member 1, a second heating member 2, a batter thinning member 3, a folding member 4, and a machine body frame 5. The first heating member 1, the second heating member 2, the batter thinning member 3, and the folding member 4 are attached to the body frame 5.

Further, referring to fig. 1, the first heating member 1 and the second heating member 2 are flatly mounted on a cross beam in the same plane on the body frame 5, and referring to fig. 2 and 3, each of the first heating member and the second heating member includes: heating plate 110, wick 120, insulation 130, drive shaft 140, heating plate drive motor 150 that drives drive shaft 140 to rotate, conductive slip ring 160 coaxially mounted with drive shaft 140, housing 170, and bearing assembly 180. The heating plate 110 is made of food-grade material, preferably food-grade cast iron or food-grade stainless steel. The wick 120 is installed under the heating plate 110, heats the heating plate 110, and then directly heats the food material by the heating plate 110. Under the same installation structure, the heating plate 110 can be replaced by microcrystalline glass with excellent heat resistance, so that the heating mode of food materials is changed from a direct contact heating mode to a combined heating mode of infrared radiation and direct contact heating. The heat insulation layer 130 wraps the side and bottom surfaces of the furnace core 120 to perform a heat insulation function. The transmission shaft 140 is mounted at the lower part of the heat insulation layer 130, the bearing assembly 180 includes an inner ring bearing 181 and an outer ring bearing 182 which are rotatably sleeved, the inner ring bearing 181 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the transmission shaft 140, and the outer ring bearing 182 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the lower part of the housing 170. The conductive slip ring 160 comprises a slip ring 161 and a brush head 162 which are rotatably sleeved, the slip ring 161 is fixedly connected with the outer side of the lower part of the inner ring bearing 181, the brush head 162 is fixedly connected with the inner side of the lower part of the shell 170, and the power-on lead and the temperature measuring wire of the furnace core 120 are electrically conducted with the conductive slip ring 160. The housing 170 extends from the heating plate 110 and surrounds the insulation layer 130, the transmission shaft 140 and the conductive slip ring 160 to form a disk shape. The heating plate driving motor 150 drives the driving shaft 140 to rotate at the lower portion of the driving shaft 140, and the heating plate 110 is fixedly connected to the driving shaft 140, so that the heating plate 110 and the driving shaft 140 rotate in synchronization.

Further, referring to fig. 4, the batter thinning member 3 includes: a first blade bearing assembly 301, a first blade motor 302, a second blade bearing assembly 303, a second blade motor 304, a blade arm 305, a blade 306 mounted at the distal end of the blade arm 305; first scraper bearing assembly 301 and second scraper bearing assembly 303 all include stator and active cell, the stator of first scraper bearing assembly 301 is installed on organism frame 5, the stator of first scraper motor 302 and the stator fixed connection of first scraper bearing assembly 301, the active cell of first scraper motor 302 and the active cell fixed connection of first scraper bearing assembly 301 in the stator of second scraper bearing assembly 303, the stator of second scraper motor 304 and the stator fixed connection of second scraper bearing assembly 303, the active cell of second scraper motor 304 and the one end fixed connection of scraper arm 305 that keeps away from scraper 306.

The first axis motor 422 and the first axis overturning part 421 form a first overturning axis, the second axis motor 423 and the blade clamp 424 form a second overturning axis, the axis of the first overturning axis is parallel to the moving direction of the first rotor 413 and the second rotor 414, the axis of the second overturning axis is perpendicular to the moving direction of the first rotor 413 and the second rotor 414, and the rotating range of the first overturning axis and the second overturning axis is not less than 180 degrees.

Preferably, the cake food spreading device disclosed by the embodiment of the present invention further comprises: the overall controller, the first heating member 1, the second heating member 2, the batter spreading member 3, the folding member 4 and the cleaning member 6 further comprise a sub-controller, for example, the sub-controller 190 of the first heating member 1 and the second heating member 2 is installed outside the housing 170, the sub-controller 190 is electrically conducted with the power supply wire and the temperature measurement wire of the wick 120 through the conductive slip ring 160, and simultaneously, the control wire of the heating plate driving motor 150 of the first heating member 1 and the second heating member 2 is in information exchange conduction with the sub-controller 190. The master controller interacts with each sub-controller, executes instruction issuing and state monitoring, and the sub-controllers of the first heating member 1, the second heating member 2, the batter thinning member 3, the turnover member 4 and the cleaning member 6 execute respective instructions according to time sequence.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the two sides of the cake food are heated by respectively setting the heating time through the two heating components, the batter spreading component is close to the heating surface of the first heating component, the batter is spread into the thin cake under the rotation of the first heating component, and the cake food is transferred between the heating surfaces of the first heating component and the second heating component through the folding component, so that the full automation of spreading the cake food is realized, the manual operation is replaced, the labor cost is effectively reduced, the operation can be carried out for 24 hours, and safe, sanitary, convenient and quick delicious food is provided for customers all weather.

In order to realize full automation of cake food spreading and replace manual operation of cake food spreading, the embodiment of the invention also discloses a cake food spreading method, which corresponds to the cake food spreading device.

Referring to fig. 7, a method for spreading a cake food disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention includes: the cleaning component 6 is controlled to clean and oil the heating surface of the first heating component 1 and/or the second heating component 2; controlling the batter spreading member 3 to approach the heating surface of the first heating member 1, and spreading the batter into a wafer while the first heating member 1 is rotating; controlling a first heating member 1 to heat a thin cake spread by batter within a first preset time, and heating and curing the batter to form a cake-like food; controlling the turnover component 4 to scoop up the cake food from the heating surface of the first heating component 1 and turn over the cake food to the heating surface of the second heating component 2; controlling the second heating member 2 to heat the unheated second side of the cake-like food within a second preset time; and controlling the folding member 4 to fold the heated cake-like food into a rectangular shape and scoop up the cake-like food from the heating surface of the second heating member 2.

Specifically, the working process of the cleaning member 6 is: the first cleaning motor 620 and the second cleaning motor 640 are operated in cooperation such that the cleaning head 660 at the end of the cleaning arm 650 is brought into close contact with the heating plate 110 of the first heating member 1 and/or the second heating member 2, and then the heating plate 110 of the first heating member 1 and/or the second heating member 2 starts to rotate, and the cleaning head 660 cleans and oils the heating plate 110.

The working process of the batter spreading member 3 is as follows: the first scraper motor 302 and the second scraper motor 304 are rotated in cooperation so that the scraper 306 at the end of the scraper arm 305 is positioned above the heating plate 110, the lower portion of the scraper 306 is parallel to and spaced from the heating plate 110, the heating plate 110 starts to rotate after the batter is fed onto the heating plate 110, the batter rotates along with the heating plate 110, and the batter is uniformly distributed on the heating plate 110 under the blocking action of the scraper 306 to form a wafer after being heated for a while.

The working process of the first heating member 1 and the second heating member 2 is as follows: the heating plate 110 is heated by electrifying the furnace core 120, the heating plate 110 is used for heating food materials in a direct contact manner and/or infrared radiation manner according to preset time, the heating plate driving motor 150 drives the transmission shaft 140 to rotate while heating, the transmission shaft 140 is driven to drive the heating plate 110 and the furnace core 120 to rotate, power is supplied to the furnace core 120 through the conductive slip ring 160 in the rotating process, and meanwhile, the heating temperature of the heating plate 110 is monitored through an electrically conducted temperature measuring line.

Referring to fig. 8(a) - (d), the operation of the folding member 4 is: the dual rotor sliding table 410, the first mechanical arm assembly 420 and the second mechanical arm assembly 430 are cooperatively operated to enable the first blade 440 and the second blade 450 to be positioned at two sides of the heating plate 110 in a horizontal posture, then the first rotor 413 and the second rotor 414 are both moved towards the middle, so that the first blade 440 and the second blade 450 are both moved towards the center of the heating plate 110 in a state of being tightly attached to the surface of the heating plate 110, the first blade 440 and the second blade 450 enter the lower portion of the pie-shaped food, then the first turning axes of the first mechanical arm assembly 420 and the second mechanical arm assembly 430 are synchronously moved, the two heating plates 110 are symmetrically arranged about the central vertical plane of the movement lines of the first rotor 413 and the second rotor 414, therefore, the first turning axes of the first mechanical arm assembly 420 and the second mechanical arm assembly 430 synchronously swing to enable the first blade 440 and the second blade 450 to lift the pie-shaped food to move above the heating plate 110 of the second heating member 2 and fall on the heating plate 110, at this time, the upward surface of the cake-like food on the heating plate 110 of the first heating member 1 is closely attached to the heating plate 110 of the second heating member 2; after the second side of the cake-shaped food is heated, the first blade 440 and the second blade 450 are moved between the cake-shaped food and the heating plate 110, then the second turning shaft of the first mechanical arm assembly 420 and the second mechanical arm assembly 430 synchronously rotate to drive the first blade 440 and the second blade 450 to move so that the cake-shaped food is folded from two sides to the middle, then the heating plate 110 rotates 90 degrees, and the first blade 440 and the second blade 450 are driven to move again so that the cake-shaped food is folded from two sides to the middle, so that the cake-shaped food is folded into a rectangle.

Referring to fig. 9, a control process between the master controller and each sub-controller disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention is as follows: the communication bus between the master controller and each sub-controller adopts common industrial field bus protocols (such as RS32/485, CAN, Ethernet and other protocols) to realize data interactive communication between the master controller and each sub-controller. Each sub-controller independently finishes the control of one functional component of the first heating component 1, the second heating component 2, the batter spreading component 3, the folding component 4 and the cleaning component 6, the controller collects the working information of the functional component and sends the working information to a communication bus of the master controller, and each sub-controller receives an instruction from the bus to control the execution component to finish a production task; the working information is transmitted back to the monitoring data by the sensing module on each component comprising one or more sensors, the sensors are arranged at each node in each component, the running state of each component is monitored on line, and the monitoring data is transmitted back according to the instruction of the master controller.

In addition, the invention also provides a cake food vending machine which comprises the cake food spreading device.

Compared with the prior art, the cake food vending machine provided by the embodiment of the invention can be a cabinet type cake food vending machine with full-automatic operation capability.
