Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery, and particularly relates to an air respirator bracket and a fire engine seat.

Background

An air respirator, also known as a gas storage type gas mask, generally comprises a compressed gas steel cylinder, braces, a mask and the like, and is mainly used as a personal breathing protection device for emergency rescue and fire extinguishing operation in the fields of fire fighting, chemical engineering and the like.

Along with the rapid development of cities, people live and work places gather more, surrounding traffic is more crowded, and the fire fighting truck has higher requirements on fire fighting rescue, needs to carry more fire-fighting equipment, and needs faster response speed for fire fighters. At present, a common air respirator is integrated with a firefighter seat, so that firefighters can quickly complete equipment wearing conveniently, and the space occupied by the air respirator in a vehicle is reduced.

However, the prior fire engine seat with the air respirator has the following problems: 1. the air respirator is stored at the rear part of the seat, so that the back of the seat is hollow, the back of a fireman is not supported, the seat is easy to fatigue after being taken for a long time, and the seat is very unfavorable for emergency rescue and disaster relief work. 2. Because air respirator specification is not of uniform size, big specification air respirator size is very high, often interferes with the seat headrest, and the access is inconvenient, influences the convenience of dress, is unfavorable for expandeing rescue work rapidly.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose is as follows: in order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an air respirator bracket and a fire engine seat.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

in a first aspect, an air respirator bracket is provided that includes a structural framework comprising a longitudinal support, an upper fixed plate, a lower fixed plate, a tray, a shaft;

the longitudinal support, the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate form a structural frame, the lower end of the longitudinal support is connected with a tray used for lifting the air respirator, the bottom of the tray is connected with a rotating shaft in the vertical direction and is used for being connected with a bearing seat of the base in a rotating mode, and the air respirator bracket rotates by taking the rotating shaft as a central shaft.

The air respirator bracket further comprises a clamping device, wherein the clamping device is fixedly arranged on the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate respectively from top to bottom, and at least one group of clamping mechanisms are arranged on the clamping device and used for clamping the air respirator.

The air respirator bracket also comprises a headrest and a backrest; the headrest is installed on one side upper portion of the structure framework, and the backrest is installed on the middle portion of the same side of the structure framework and aligned with the central axis of the headrest to support the waist and the back of a fireman.

The rotating shaft and the tray are arranged in a concentric manner.

In a second aspect, the invention also provides a fire engine seat comprising a seat body and the air respirator bracket described above. The seat body comprises a base, a bearing seat is vertically arranged on the base, and a rotating shaft of the air respirator bracket is installed in the bearing seat through an axial bearing, so that the air respirator bracket rotates around the bearing seat relative to the base.

The seat main body also comprises a coaming, a side backrest and a cushion; the cushion is hinged to the front side of the base and can be turned upwards along the hinged shaft;

the inner side of the upper part of the enclosing plate is provided with a guide assembly for realizing lateral limiting of the top of the air respirator bracket and keeping the air respirator bracket in a vertical state;

the lower end of the guide assembly is provided with a group of limiting rolling bearings, the top of the upper fixing plate is provided with a guide rail matched with the lower end of the guide assembly, and the guide rail moves in the limiting rolling bearings of the guide assembly.

Furthermore, the guide assembly comprises a first guide assembly and a second guide assembly, the second guide assembly is arranged in the middle of the enclosing plate, and the first guide assembly is arranged on the same horizontal plane of the second guide assembly and close to the headrest side.

In other embodiments, the guide rail can be arranged on the seat body, and the guide assembly is arranged on the air respirator bracket, so that the air respirator bracket can be laterally limited in the rotation process, and the air respirator bracket can be kept in a vertical state.

In some embodiments, the fire engine seat further comprises a drive mechanism comprising a movable plate, a first stationary shaft, a movable shaft, a second stationary shaft, a return spring, a pull cord;

one end of the movable plate is hinged to the bottom of the air respirator bracket through a first fixed shaft, the middle of the movable plate is provided with a first long round hole, and the movable plate is movably arranged in the long round groove of the fixed plate through a movable shaft; the other end of the movable plate is provided with a second long round hole and is arranged on the fixed plate through a second fixed shaft, the second fixed shaft is positioned in the long round hole, and the movable plate can move radially around the second fixed shaft;

one end of the pull rope is connected with the movable shaft; one end of the reset spring is connected with the moving shaft, the other end of the reset spring is fixed on the fixing plate, and the reset spring and the pull rope are respectively positioned on two sides of the moving shaft.

Further, the other end of the pull rope is connected to the handle.

In other embodiments, the driving mechanism can also realize the rotation of the bracket through a four-bar linkage mechanism or gear-rack meshing.

Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the air respirator bracket and the fire engine seat provided by the invention have the following advantages:

(1) the rotatable bracket solves the problem of interference with the headrest when the respirator is taken and placed, when the respirator is stored, the headrest and the backrest rotate to the side, the respirator is completely prevented from being taken and placed, the headrest does not need to pitch greatly, the occupied space is small, and the structure is simple;

(2) the problem that the full backrest of the seat cannot be used after the respirator is stored is solved through the rotatable bracket, after the respirator is stored, the respirator bracket is rotated only by simple operation, the full backrest on the side surface of the respirator rotates to the front side, the effect the same as that of the automobile seat is achieved, and the riding comfort is greatly improved.

(3) The respirator is stored independently of two main functions of the seat backrest, function switching is realized through the rotating structure, conflict between the two functions is reduced, convenience of storage and wearing of the respirator is greatly improved, and more time is strived for rescue and relief work. Meanwhile, the multifunctional seat support provides more comprehensive support for the body, and passengers can have better rest on the emergency and disaster relief road, so that vigorous energy is provided for emergency and disaster relief. The passengers can have good rest after the rescue task is finished, and the health of rescue and relief personnel can be kept very well.
