Background

The sewage is normally discharged after being subjected to multistage processes of sedimentation, filtration, disinfection and the like. At present, the interior of sewage contains various impurities, so that a filter screen is easily blocked during filtering; thereby affecting the effectiveness and speed of filtration. Most of filtering devices on the market at present dredge the filter screen in a mode of cleaning regularly, and treat sundries accumulated on the filter screen; the cleaning process not only needs to be stopped, but also increases the workload. Some devices also use water or air pressure to flush the filter screen in real time, so that on one hand, unnecessary water pumps or air pumps are added, on the other hand, water used for flushing the filter screen is mixed with filtered impurities, the sewage quantity is increased, and the water content of the impurities is also increased; the subsequent treatment is inconvenient; particularly, light and thin sundries such as plastic bags are partially adhered to the filter screen easily, so that the filter screen is blocked in a large area, and the traditional mode is inconvenient to clean; there is therefore a need to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the situation, the invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provide a self-deslagging sewage filter which can effectively solve the problems that impurities cannot be cleaned in time and a filter screen is easy to block during sewage filtration.

The technical scheme of the solution is that the filter comprises a frame, wherein a horizontally arranged filter body is arranged on the frame, and the filter body comprises a plurality of coaxially arranged annular scraping plates; a plurality of scrapers are fixed by a plurality of baffles which are uniformly distributed on the circumference; the left end and the right end of the plurality of baffles are respectively fixed with a circular water-stop plate; the outer side of each baffle is fixed with a track which is in the same direction as the baffles; an arc-shaped filter plate is arranged between two adjacent tracks, and the whole filter body is wrapped by a plurality of filter plates;

the frame is provided with a rotatable first rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft rotates to drive the filter body to rotate, and a water collecting tank is arranged below the filter body; the middle part of the filter body is inserted with a fixedly installed material distributing plate, and the material distributing plate consists of a front sector plate and a rear sector plate which are symmetrically arranged and a flat plate positioned between the two sector plates; the lower end surface of the flat plate is fixedly provided with a pipeline, and the pipeline is provided with a plurality of water outlets; the sewage enters the filter body through the water outlet of the pipeline, and flows into the water collecting tank after being filtered;

a material receiving box capable of sliding along the material distributing plate is arranged in the material distributing plate, the upper end surface and the right end surface of the material receiving box are in an open shape, and a plurality of protruding strips which are low at the left and high at the right are arranged at the bottom of the material receiving box; the first rotating shaft can rotate to drive the material receiving box to move left and right, so that sundries are pushed by the protruding strips to move right gradually and are separated from the material receiving box.

The invention has the following advantages: 1. filtering circularly and uninterruptedly without stopping the machine; 2. the filter plate is automatically cleaned by left and right vibration without blockage and without depending on a water pump or an air pump; 3. the filtered water and the impurities are respectively discharged (the impurities are obliquely arranged and automatically slide down).

Detailed Description

The following describes in further detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the present invention includes a frame 1, a horizontally disposed filter body 2 is mounted on the frame 1, and the filter body 2 includes a plurality of coaxially disposed annular scrapers 201; a plurality of scrapers 201 are fixed by a plurality of baffles 202 which are uniformly distributed on the circumference; a circular water-stop plate 203 is fixed at each of the left and right ends of the plurality of baffles 202; the outer side of each baffle 202 is fixed with a track 204 which is in the same direction as the baffle 202; an arc-shaped filter plate 205 is arranged between two adjacent tracks 204, and the whole filter body 2 is wrapped by a plurality of filter plates 205;

the frame 1 is provided with a rotatable first rotating shaft 3, the rotating shaft of the first rotating shaft 3 rotates to drive the filter body 2 to rotate, and a water collecting tank 4 is arranged below the filter body 2; the middle part of the filter body 2 is inserted with a fixedly installed material distributing plate 5, and the material distributing plate 5 consists of a front sector plate 501 and a rear sector plate 501 which are symmetrically arranged and a flat plate 502 positioned between the two sector plates 501; a pipeline 6 is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the flat plate 502, and a plurality of water outlets 7 are formed in the pipeline 6; the sewage enters the filter body 2 through the water outlet 7 of the pipeline 6, and flows into the water collecting tank 4 after being filtered;

a material receiving box 8 capable of sliding along the material distributing plate 5 is arranged in the material distributing plate 5, the upper end surface and the right end surface of the material receiving box 8 are in an open shape, and a plurality of protruding strips 9 which are low at the left and high at the right are arranged at the bottom of the material receiving box 8; the first rotating shaft 3 can drive the material receiving box 8 to move left and right by rotating, so that sundries are pushed by the protruding strips 9 to move right gradually and are separated from the material receiving box 8.

In order to realize the left-right movement of the material receiving box 8, the end part of the first rotating shaft 3 is sleeved with a rotating disc 10 rotating along the first rotating shaft 3, a convex block 11 is fixed on the rotating disc 10, the right end of the first rotating shaft 3 is sleeved with a shaft sleeve 12 fixed on the frame 1, the shaft sleeve 12 is sleeved with a drive plate 13 capable of moving left and right along the shaft sleeve 12, the left end surface of the drive plate 13 is fixed with a wedge-shaped block 14 matched with the convex block 11, and a plurality of springs 15 are connected between the right end surface of the drive plate 13 and the right end of the shaft sleeve 12; a vertical rod 16 is connected between the deflector rod and the material receiving box 8.

In order to better clean the sundries adhered to the filter plate 205, a second rotating shaft 17 in the left-right direction is arranged on the front side of the first rotating shaft 3; a first disk 18 is fixedly sleeved on the first rotating shaft 3, a first deflector rod 19 is vertically fixed on the right end face of the first disk 18, a second disk 20 is fixedly sleeved on the second rotating shaft 17, and a second deflector rod 21 matched with the first deflector rod 19 is fixed on the second disk 20; a plurality of struts 22 are fixed on the second rotating shaft 17, and an elastic solid ball 23 is arranged at the end of each strut 22. After the first rotating shaft 3 rotates, the second deflector rod 21 can be pulled through the first deflector rod 19, so that the second rotating shaft 17 rotates for a certain angle, the solid balls 23 rise for a certain height, and then the solid balls 23 fall freely to hit the filter plate 205.

In order to realize the cleaning of the filter plates 205, the filter plates 205 can move left and right along the rails 204 and reset right, a push rod 206 is fixed on the right end surface of each filter plate 205, and a first permanent magnet 207 is fixed on the right end of each push rod 206; an arc-shaped plate 24 positioned above the right side of the filter body 2 is fixed on the frame 1 through a plurality of connecting rods, and a plurality of second permanent magnets 25 are uniformly distributed on the arc-shaped plate 24; when the filter plate 205 rotates with the filter body 2 until the first permanent magnet 207 and the second permanent magnet 25 correspond to each other, the filter plate 205 is pushed leftward.

In order to realize the rotary installation of the filter body 2, a plurality of circular rings 26 sleeved outside the filter body 2 are fixed on the shelf 1 through connecting rods, and the outer side surface of each track 204 is provided with a roller 27 corresponding to the circular ring 26; meanwhile, the first rotating shaft 3 and the second rotating shaft 17 are both installed on the fixing frame through a plurality of fixing blocks.

In order to realize the left-right movement and the right-hand restoration of the filter plates 205, the edge 28 is arranged on the left end surface of each filter plate 205, a plurality of guide rods 29 corresponding to the edge 28 are fixedly mounted on the water-stop plate 203 on the left side, the guide rods 29 penetrate through the edge 28, and the guide rods 29 are sleeved with pressure springs 30 positioned between the left ends of the guide rods 29 and the left side surface of the edge 28.

In order to realize the rotation of the first rotating shaft 3 and the filter body 2, an outer gear ring is sleeved in the middle of the filter body 2, the inner edge surface of the outer gear ring is fixed on the outer side of the track 204 of the filter body 2, and a gap is reserved between the inner edge surface of the outer gear ring and the filter plate 205; a motor is fixed on the frame 1, the motor drives a first rotating shaft 3 to rotate through a belt and a belt pulley, and a gear meshed with the outer gear ring is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 3.

In order to realize filtration, a plurality of filtration holes are uniformly distributed on the filter plate 205, and the filter plate 205 is made of stainless steel.

In order to fix the material distributing plate 5, the front end and the rear end of the material distributing plate 5 are arranged on the outer side of the filter body 2, and the front end and the rear end of the material distributing plate 5 are fixed on the frame 1 through a plurality of pull rods.

In order to scrape the filter plate 205, the outer edge surface of the scraping plate 201 contacts the inner edge surface of the filter plate 205.

In order to better enable the sewage to enter the interior of the filter body 2, the right end of the pipeline 6 is in a closed shape.

When the invention is used, firstly, sewage enters along the pipeline 6 through the left end of the pipeline 6; because the pipeline 6 is provided with a plurality of water outlets 7, sewage can flow out through the plurality of water outlets 7 and fall into the filter body 2; after the sewage enters the inside of the filter body 2, at this time, because the inside of the filter body 2 is provided with a plurality of annular scrapers 201, the scrapers 201 can play a role of dividing the area, so that the sewage is filtered in a plurality of different areas; the sewage and the sundries are prevented from being impacted to the left end and the right end of the filter body 2; meanwhile, the left end and the right end of the filter body 2 are provided with the water-stop plates 203; the unfiltered sewage can be prevented from directly flowing out of the filter body 2, which is beneficial to fully utilizing the filter plate 205 for filtering.

Since the arc-shaped plate 24 corresponds to the upper end of the right side of the filter body 2, the lower filter plate 205 is in a state of being pressed rightward (at this time, the first permanent magnet 207 on the lower filter plate 205 does not correspond to the second permanent magnet 25) under the action of the pressure spring 30 sleeved on the guide rod 29, so that the lower filter plate 205 wraps the filter body 2 to perform a filtering operation; the filtered water flows into the water collection tank 4, and foreign materials remain on the filter sheet 205.

Along with the rotation of the filter body 2, the filter plate 205 which is originally positioned at the lower part can slowly rotate upwards, and at the moment, under the action of the baffle 202, the baffle 202 can stir sundries and also rotate upwards along with the filter body 2; referring to fig. 2, the front side and the rear side of the material distributing plate 5 are respectively provided with a sector plate 501; therefore, when the sundries rotate to the horizontal position and continue to rotate upwards, the sundries are blocked by the fan-shaped plate 501 at the moment, and are prevented from directly falling; in the process, the sewage contained in the impurities can also flow downwards from the gaps and flow into the water collecting tank 4, so that the content of the sewage in the impurities is reduced, particularly the impurities partially similar to a dish shape, and the sewage in the impurities can be automatically discharged.

When the filter body 2 continues to rotate, the filter plate 205 which is originally positioned below gradually rotates to the highest point of the filter body 2, at the moment, the fan-shaped plate 501 does not block sundries, and the sundries can directly fall into the material receiving box 8 under the action of gravity; when the first rotating shaft 3 rotates, the rotating disc 10 is driven to rotate, the rotating disc 10 drives the convex block 11 to rotate, and when the convex block 11 rotates to be in contact with the wedge block 14, the drive plate 13 is driven to move rightwards; then the material receiving box 8 moves rightwards through a vertical rod 16 between the driving plate 13 and the material receiving box 8; when the bulge block 11 does not extrude the wedge block 14, the drive plate 13 can be quickly reset to the left under the action of a spring 15 connected between the drive plate 13 and the right end of the shaft sleeve 12; the material receiving box 8 slowly moves to the right and rapidly resets to the left in sequence, and meanwhile, the convex strips 9 in the material receiving box 8 are utilized to enable sundries to gradually move to the right and separate from the material receiving box 8; the automatic removal of the sundries is realized.

Meanwhile, after the filter plate 205 is positioned above, the first permanent magnet 207 on the push rod 206 at the right end face of the filter plate 205 corresponds to the second permanent magnet 25 on the arc-shaped plate 24, and at the moment, under the action of the like poles of the two permanent magnets repelling each other, the filter plate 205 is pushed to move leftwards; when the filter plate 205 moves to the left, the filter plate 205 and the scraper 201 will generate relative displacement, so that the outer edge of the scraper 201 scrapes the inner side surface of the filter plate 205, and the impurities adhered on the filter plate 205 are cleaned; and dropped onto the plate 502. Meanwhile, the second permanent magnets 25 are arranged at intervals, so that after the filter plate 205 rotates along with the filter body 2, the filter plate 205 can move left and right repeatedly, the filter plate 205 can be cleaned repeatedly, and the cleaning effect is ensured. Then, after the filter plate 205 continues to rotate downwards, the first permanent magnet 207 is far away from the second permanent magnet 25, and the filter plate 205 is reset rightwards again and is in a state of wrapping the filter body 2; the work of cyclic reciprocation is realized.

Meanwhile, as the first rotating shaft 3 rotates, the second deflector rod 21 on the second disc 20 is pulled by the first deflector rod 19 on the first disc 18, so that the second rotating shaft 17 rotates; when the second rotating shaft 17 rotates, all the elastic solid balls 23 are driven to lift upwards for a certain distance through the supporting rod 22; then, when the first shift lever 19 is separated from contact with the second shift lever 21, the solid ball 23 moves downwards under the action of gravity and hits the filter plate 205, so that impurities on the filter plate 205 are shaken off; further cleaning of the filter plate 205 is achieved.

The device is suitable for various sewage treatment places, particularly municipal sewage plants, or sewage discharged by various manufacturing factories, or sewage generated by industries such as agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and the like, can be used for quickly treating, saves the cost and is convenient to maintain.

The device realizes the circular filtration of the filter plate 205 by introducing sewage into the inside of the rotatable filter body 2, specifically, the device realizes the timely cleaning of the filter plate 205 by filtering at the lower part and cleaning at the upper part; continuous work is ensured, the cleaning of the filter plate 205 is ensured, and the filtering effect and quality are improved.

In the device, the filter plate 205 is designed to be capable of moving left and right, so that the filter plate is defaulted to be in a closed state for filtering, and can move left and right under the action of the permanent magnet for a plurality of times after rotating to the upper part along with the filter body 2, thereby realizing scraping and cleaning of the filter plate 205; meanwhile, the continuous hitting of the elastic solid balls 23 is utilized to realize the hitting of the filter plate 205, so that sundries are separated; the cleanliness of the filter plate 205 is further improved; the washing machine does not need an additional water pump or an additional air pump for washing, is simple and efficient, and saves power.
