Background

The press is a universal press with exquisite structure. The press machine has the characteristics of wide application, high production efficiency and the like, and can be widely applied to processes of cutting, punching, blanking, bending, riveting, forming and the like. The metal is processed into parts by applying a strong pressure to the metal blank to cause plastic deformation and fracture of the metal.

In the teaching of mechanical basic experiments, the scale of a mechanism has great influence on the performance of a machine; the crankshaft of the existing press is mostly fixed and cannot be disassembled for adjustment. the sliding block assembly comprises an upper sliding block and a lower sliding block, the upper sliding block is connected with the upper connecting rod in an assembling mode, and the lower sliding block is connected with the lower connecting rod in an assembling mode;

the upper sliding block is arranged on the surface of the box body through the upper guide rail, the lower sliding block is arranged on the surface of the box body through the lower guide rail, and the upper guide rail and the lower guide rail are respectively arranged at the positions, located on the two sides of the crankshaft, on the surface of the box body.

Preferably, the set screw is arranged on the surface of the auxiliary eccentric wheel and restrains the circumferential motion of the auxiliary eccentric wheel, and the eccentric wheel group restrains the axial motion of the eccentric wheel group through a shaft shoulder of the straight shaft and the set screw on the eccentric wheel at the outer side.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a press machine experiment table capable of adjusting the radius of a crank, which has the following beneficial effects:

the adjustability of the crankshaft can be enhanced, the number of the crank throws on the crankshaft can be adjusted by changing the number of the eccentric wheels, or the radius of the crankshaft can be changed by replacing eccentric wheels with different types, and the required crankshaft can be quickly assembled according to actual requirements;

the crankshaft with the adjustable crank radius comprises an eccentric wheel set, a straight shaft 7, a key 6 and a set screw 8, the crankshaft is arranged on a box body 12 through a bearing seat 14, and the bearing seat 14 is arranged at one side of the top end of the box body 12 in an erected mode;

the connecting rod assembly is arranged on the outer side of the crankshaft and comprises an upper connecting rod 3 and a lower connecting rod 9;

the sliding block assembly comprises an upper sliding block 1 and a lower sliding block 11, the upper sliding block 1 is connected with the upper connecting rod 3 in an assembling mode, and the lower sliding block 11 is connected with the lower connecting rod 9 in an assembling mode;

As shown in fig. 3, the key 6 is provided at a position between the inner wall of the main eccentric 4 and the straight shaft 7, and restrains the circumferential movement of the main eccentric 4.

As shown in fig. 1-3, a set screw 8 is arranged on the surface of the secondary eccentric wheel 5 and restrains the circumferential motion of the secondary eccentric wheel 5, and the eccentric wheel set restrains the axial motion of the eccentric wheel set through a shaft shoulder of the straight shaft 7 and the set screw 8 on the outer eccentric wheel.
