s2, screwing the foot stepping part (2) to the stop block (12) of the starting rod (1);

s3, winding the spring pad (3) on the connecting end head 13, and abutting the lower end of the spring pad against the connecting head (23) of the pedal component (2);

s4, the fixing gasket (4) is inserted into the connecting end (3) and is abutted against the upper end of the spring pad (3).

S5, inserting the limit washer (5) into the limit groove (14) penetrating through the connecting end (3) and installing the limit washer in a matching way with the fixed gasket (4).

The invention aims to provide a connecting device which is convenient to mount and dismount, good in fixing effect and low in cost, and a method for connecting by using the device.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

new-type motorcycle starting lever and pedal connecting device of part includes: an actuating lever, a foot member, and a linkage, the linkage comprising: spring pad, fixed shim and spacing packing ring.

The pedal component is provided with a connecting hole which is sleeved on the starting rod connecting end, and the tail end of the connecting end is provided with a limiting groove; the spring pad is wound on the connecting end, the fixed gasket is arranged on the connecting end in a penetrating mode, the lower end of the spring pad is abutted to the pedal component, and the upper end of the spring pad is abutted to the fixed gasket;

the upper end face of the fixed gasket is provided with an assembly groove, the limiting gasket is inserted into the limiting groove of the connecting end, the lower end face of the limiting gasket is abutted against the fixed gasket and is embedded into the assembly groove of the fixed gasket, and the upper end face of the limiting gasket is contacted with the upper end of the inner wall of the limiting groove; the spring pad jacks up the fixed rod gasket, the fixed gasket jacks up the limiting gasket, and the limiting gasket is limited and fixed in the limiting groove.

Further, the starting lever also comprises a lever body and a stop block; the bar body, the stop block and the connecting end are integrally formed.

By adopting the invention, the integral connecting device has simple structure, the spring pad, the fixed gasket and the limit washer are matched with the pedal part and the starting rod, so that a quick and environment-friendly connecting mode can be realized, and the elastic potential energy of the spring pad is flexibly utilized to realize quick installation, connection, disassembly and maintenance.

Detailed Description

A connecting hole 22 formed in the pedal part 2 is sleeved on a connecting end 13 of the starting rod 1, and a limiting groove 14 is formed at the tail end of the connecting end 13; the spring pad 3 is wound on the connecting end 13, the fixed gasket 4 is arranged on the connecting end 13 in a penetrating mode, the lower end of the spring pad 3 is abutted against the pedal component 2, and the upper end of the spring pad is abutted against the fixed gasket 4;

the upper end face of the fixed gasket 4 is provided with an assembly groove 41, the limiting gasket 5 is inserted into the limiting groove 14 of the connecting end 13, the lower end face of the limiting gasket 5 is abutted against the fixed gasket 4 and is embedded into the assembly groove 41 of the fixed gasket 4, and the upper end face of the limiting gasket is contacted with the upper end of the inner wall of the limiting groove 14; the spring pad 3 jacks up the fixed rod gasket 4, the fixed gasket 4 jacks up the limit gasket 5, and the limit gasket 4 is limited and fixed in the limit groove 14.

In the embodiment of the invention, the integral connecting device has a simple structure and comprises a spring pad 3, a fixed gasket 4 and a limit washer 5; the connecting hole 22 formed in the foot-operated component 2 is sleeved with the connecting end 13 of the starting rod 1 to form a primary mechanical connection, then the elastic potential energy of the spring pad 3 is abutted up and down, the upper end of the spring pad 3 is abutted against the fixed gasket 4, and the lower end of the spring pad 3 is abutted against the foot-operated component 2, so that the fixed gasket 4 can reliably jack up the limit gasket 5, the limit gasket 5 inserted and clamped in the limit groove 14 is inserted into the limit gasket 5, the fixed gasket 4 is reversely pushed under the limit groove 14 and the limit fixation, and the elastic potential energy of the spring pad 3 is integrally converted into secondary connection and fixation of the foot-operated component 2 and the starting rod 1; when the foot treading part 2 or the separate starting rod 1 needs to be replaced, the fixed gasket 4 can be pressed downwards, the limit gasket 5 is leaked out and taken out, and the fixed gasket 4 and the spring pad 3 can be taken out, so that the foot treading part 2 can be replaced conveniently or the start rod 1 can be separated; the hard connection of the non-welding fixed type is convenient for later-stage repeated overhaul and maintenance.

By adopting the invention, the integral connecting device has simple structure, the spring pad 3, the fixed gasket 4 and the limit washer 5 are matched with the pedal part 2 and the starting rod 1, so that a quick and environment-friendly connecting mode can be realized, and the quick installation, connection, disassembly and maintenance can be realized by flexibly utilizing the elastic potential energy of the spring pad 3.

Further, the starting lever 1 further comprises a lever body 11 and a stopper 12; the shaft 11, the block 12 and the connecting end 13 are integrally formed;

in this embodiment, the integrally formed shaft 11, the stopper 12 and the connecting end 13 can obtain better mechanical properties, and ensure the service life of the starting rod 1.

Further, the foot pedal part 2 further comprises a connector 23 and a foot pedal 21; the connecting hole 22 is formed in the connector 23, and the pedal 21 is fixedly connected to the connector 23;

The novel method for connecting the starting rod and the pedal part of the motorcycle uses the connecting device, and comprises the following steps: s1, sleeving the connecting hole 22 of the foot-stepping part 2 on the connecting end 13 of the starting rod 1;

s2, screwing the stepping part 2 to the stop 12 of the starting rod 1;

s3, winding the spring pad 3 on the connecting end 13, and abutting the lower end of the spring pad against the connecting head 23 of the pedal component 2;

and S4, inserting the fixing gasket 4 into the connecting end 3 and abutting against the upper end of the spring pad 3.

And S5, inserting the limit gasket 5 into the limit groove 14 penetrating through the connecting end head 3, and fitting with the assembling groove 41 of the fixing gasket 4.

Further, in S4, the fixed pad 4 presses the spring pad 3 downward, so that the fixed pad 4 is located lower than the position of the limiting groove 14;

in this embodiment, S4 is an installation operation, in which the fixing pad 4 is first pressed down to leave enough space for the spacing washer 5 and the spacing groove 14.

Further, in S5, the semicircular spring pad 3 is inserted into the limiting groove 14, and then the fixing pad 4 is moved upward, and the assembling groove 41 of the fixing pad 4 is in fit contact with the limiting washer 5;

in this embodiment, after the semicircular limiting washer 5 is inserted into the limiting groove 14, the semicircular limiting washer is limited and fixed, the fixing pad 4 is lifted by the spring pad 3, the assembling groove of the fixing pad 4 is matched with the limiting washer 5, and the fixing pad 4 is fixed in the reverse direction, so that the pedal component 2 is prevented from being separated from the starting rod 1.
