Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a cleaning mechanism 4 for cleaning the measuring tape 13 is disposed inside the through hole 16, the cleaning mechanism 4 includes two rotating shafts 41 disposed in the housing 1, the rotating shafts 41 are disposed perpendicular to the side walls of the housing 1, both ends of the rotating shafts 41 are rotatably connected to the side walls of the housing 1 through bearings (not shown in the figures), the two rotating shafts 41 are disposed on both sides of the measuring tape, and a cleaning cylinder 42 capable of abutting against the side walls of the measuring tape 13 is coaxially sleeved on the rotating shafts 41, the cleaning cylinder 42 is an elastic cloth with good elasticity; the housing 1 is provided with a driving assembly 44 for driving the two rotating shafts 41 to rotate, and the rotating shafts 41 rotate in the opposite direction to the direction in which the tape 13 is stored in the housing 1. When the ruler strip 13 is rolled up, the two rotating shafts 41 are driven to rotate by the driving assembly 44, so that dust on the ruler strip 13 is cleaned, and the cleaned dust is discharged out of the shell 1 from the through hole 16.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the driving assembly 44 includes a driven gear 441 disposed at an end of the rotating shaft 41, the end of the rotating shaft 41 penetrates through a sidewall of the housing 1 and is fixedly connected to a center of the driven gear 441, the two driven gears 441 are engaged with each other, one of the two driven gears 441 is engaged with a driving gear 442, a driving motor 443 for driving the driving gear 442 to rotate is disposed on the housing 1, and an output shaft of the driving motor 443 penetrates through a center of the driving gear 442 and is fixedly connected to a sidewall of the driving gear 442; be provided with the protection casing 444 that is used for protecting drive assembly 44 on the shell 1, protection casing 444 passes through construction bolt 5 and can dismantle with the lateral wall of shell 1 and be connected, and the lateral wall that driving motor 443 deviates from the output shaft is with the lateral wall fixed connection of protection casing 444, and offers on the protection casing 444 and be used for radiating a plurality of louvres 4441 of motor.

When the driving assembly 44 works, a worker only needs to turn on the driving motor 443, the driving gear 442 is driven by the rotation of the driving motor 443, the driving gear 442 drives the two driven gears 441 engaged with the driving gear 442 to rotate, and the two rotating shafts 41 rotate automatically in opposite directions, so that the cleaning cylinder 42 provides a same-direction friction force to the ruler strip 13.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, an operation hole 18 is formed in a side wall of the housing 1 facing away from the protective shell, a sealing cover 6 covers the operation hole 18, the sealing cover 6 is detachably connected with the side wall of the housing 1 through a mounting bolt 5, a mounting groove 61 is formed in the side wall of the sealing cover 6 contacting with the rotating shaft 41, and the rotating shaft 41 can be inserted into the mounting groove 61 and detachably connected with the mounting groove 61. The cleaning cylinder 42 is detachably connected with the rotating shaft 41 through a connecting assembly 43, the connecting assembly 43 comprises a fixed cylinder 431 sleeved on the rotating shaft 41, the fixed cylinder 431 is fixedly connected with a limiting strip 4311 along the axial direction of the fixed cylinder 431 towards the side wall of the rotating shaft 41, a limiting groove 411 for accommodating the limiting strip 4311 to insert and slide is formed in the rotating shaft 41, and the inner side wall of the cleaning cylinder 42 is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the fixed cylinder 431. When the worker uses the connecting assembly 43 to install the cleaning cylinder 42 on the rotating shaft 41, the worker only needs to make the limiting strip 4311 on the fixed cylinder 431 opposite to the limiting groove 411 on the rotating shaft 41, and then the fixed cylinder 431 can be sleeved on the rotating shaft 41 to complete the installation of the cleaning cylinder 42.

The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when a worker uses the steel tape, the tip of the steel tape can be aligned to a point to be measured, another person pulls the tape 13 to another point to be measured, and a measurement task can be completed through a reading on the steel tape, when the steel tape is wound up, the rotating shaft 11 can be driven to rotate by the rotating rod 12, the tape 13 enters the housing 1 from the through hole 16 under the driving of the rotating shaft 11, the rotation of the rotating shaft 11 can drive the driving bevel gear 333 to rotate, the rotation of the driving bevel gear 333 can drive the driven bevel gear 332 to rotate, and further drive the screw 331 to rotate, the rotation of the screw 331 can drive the sliding block 311 to move along the length direction of the sliding groove 32, so that the sliding frame 31 synchronously slides while being wound up along with the tape 13, so that the sliding frame 31 is always far away from the side wall of the wound-up tape 13, the clamping plate 34 can always clamp the tape 13 under the propping of the extension spring 35, a stretching force is given to the ruler strip 13, and the stretched ruler strip 13 is finally wound on the lower side of the rolling cylinder 24, so that the ruler strip 13 is wound more neatly through extrusion of the rolling cylinder 24.

When the ruler strip 13 is wound, the driving assembly 44 can be opened to drive the rotating shaft 41 to rotate, the rotating shaft 41 can drive the cleaning cylinders 42 to scrape the surface of the ruler strip 13, meanwhile, the rotating direction of the rotating shaft 41 is opposite to the accommodating direction of the ruler strip 13, so that the two cleaning cylinders 42 are matched with each other, a tensile force can be given to the ruler strip 13, the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning cylinders 42 on the ruler strip 13 can be increased, and the ruler strip 13 can be accommodated on the rotating shaft 11 more tightly.
