Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of air disinfection, in particular to a slow-release chlorine dioxide air purification gel and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Chlorine dioxide is a safe and nontoxic disinfectant, has no 'three-cause' effect (carcinogenesis, teratogenesis and mutagenesis), does not generate chlorination reaction with organic matters in the disinfection process to generate organic chloride or other toxic substances which can generate 'three-cause effect', has negligible influence on human bodies when the using concentration is lower than 500ppm, and does not generate any influence on the human bodies when the using concentration is lower than 100ppm, including physiological and biochemical influences.

The microorganisms in catering places and food processing plant workshops are large in types and quantity and complex in quantity, and the microorganisms are generally sterilized by ultraviolet rays, but the ultraviolet sterilization effect is not ideal due to the high relative humidity of indoor air.

The existing commonly used chlorine dioxide disinfectant is liquid after being prepared, and because the chlorine dioxide volatilizes fast and cannot be placed for a long time, the existing preparation is needed, the operation is relatively complicated, and the disinfection effect is not durable enough.

Aiming at the existing related research of chlorine dioxide gel, the research finds that CN101138644B discloses an aromatic slow-release chlorine dioxide gel powder and a preparation method thereof, wherein the aromatic slow-release chlorine dioxide gel powder is composed of the following raw materials by weight: 8-24 parts of chlorine dioxide matrix, 6-20 parts of slow-release activator, 10-25 parts of stabilizer, 10-24 parts of colloid agent, 3-7 parts of cross-linking agent and 1-4 parts of solid essence, wherein the colloid agent is one or a mixture of polyacrylate, cross-linked polyethylene oxide or alginate; CN101810874B discloses a slow-release chlorine dioxide gel, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the slow-release chlorine dioxide gel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-5.0% of chlorine dioxide precursor, 1.0-10.0% of gelling agent, 0.01-2.0% of chelating agent, 0.1-10.0% of activating agent, 30-70% of slow release agent, 0.1-5.0% of stabilizing agent and 0.1-5.0% of deionized water, wherein the deionized water is added to 100%, and the gelling agent is one or more of sodium polyacrylate, crosslinked polyacrylic resin, crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol, agar, xanthan gum, polyethylene oxide, starch graft copolymer and vinyl acetate copolymer. The two prior arts have the common problems of complex components and poor gel effect of the used gel, and the aromatic slow-release chlorine dioxide gel powder disclosed in CN101138644B is powdery, a certain amount of water needs to be poured in the gel during use, the gel is uniformly stirred, the water amount poured in firstly is not well controlled, and the gel is not convenient during use; the slow-release chlorine dioxide gel disclosed in CN101810874B has the main function of removing indoor formaldehyde and has insufficient effect of killing bacteria in the air.

Therefore, a chlorine dioxide gel product which has simple components, good gel effect, good sterilization effect, lasting effect, formaldehyde removal and air purification and is convenient to use is needed in the market.
