1. A label application apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus is for application of a label sticker, the apparatus comprising:

the supporting mechanism comprises a supporting body and at least two positioning pieces arranged on the side wall of the supporting body, and the positioning pieces are higher than the supporting body;

the pasting and tearing mechanism comprises a pressing plate, the pressing plate is arranged in parallel with the supporting body, and the pressing plate reciprocates along the direction vertical to the supporting body;

when the device is in a non-sticking state, the pressing plate is attached to the support body;

when the device is in a sticking state, the pressing plate and the positioning piece are positioned on the same plane.

2. The device of claim 1, wherein the compacting plate comprises a compacting body and a sticker clamping portion connected with the compacting body and disposed on the same plane, and when the sticker is placed on the compacting plate, the sticker clamping portion clamps the edge of the sticker.

3. The device of claim 1, wherein the support body is integral with the positioning member.

4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the positioning member is an inverted L-shaped structure.

The device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the positioning member comprises a connecting plate and a positioning plate which are vertically connected, the positioning plate is parallel to the surface of the pressing plate far away from the supporting body, and a buffer layer is arranged on the connecting plate.

6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the compression plate remote from the support body is provided with at least one slot uniformly arranged to divide the upper surface of the compression plate into at least two portions.

7. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising an orientation mechanism and a telescopic rod;

at least part of the orientation mechanism is movably arranged in the support body in a penetrating way;

one end of the orientation mechanism is connected with the pressing plate, and the other end of the orientation mechanism is connected with the telescopic rod;

when the telescopic rod acts on the orientation mechanism, the orientation mechanism acts on the pressing plate to enable the pressing plate to move away from the supporting body.

one end of the first connecting piece is provided with a self-leveling ball head, and one end of the second connecting piece is provided with a spherical groove matched with the self-leveling ball head; or the like, or, alternatively,

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of mobile equipment assistance, in particular to a label pasting device.

Background

The existing indoor robot with the automatic driving function is often required to be pre-pasted with special label paper at the top of a use scene for scene recognition and navigation. The special label paper in the use scene generally comprises a three-layer structure; the label comprises base paper, a label paper layer and a transfer film layer, wherein one surface of the label paper layer is adhesive sticker attached with the base paper, and the other surface of the label paper layer is a label dot/two-dimensional code layer which is attached with the transfer film layer without adhesive and has a navigation function. When the label is required to be adhered to a wall surface, the base paper is firstly torn off, then the non-setting adhesive layer is adhered to the wall surface, and the transfer film layer is torn off after the non-setting adhesive layer is adhered.

In the use scene, the requirement on the accurate pasting position and the pasting smoothness is high, and the robot can not be identified or cannot be identified due to carelessness, so that the robot cannot be guided.

Because in the label pasting process, two steps of pasting and tearing are needed, and the pasting can be completed in no way of one-time pasting, the traditional pasting method is assisted by using a ladder, and arrangement personnel climb to the corresponding position to manually paste, so that the operation is dangerous and low in efficiency, and the manual pasting easily causes poor pasting such as inaccurate positioning.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem, the application provides a label pasting device, and the device can realize the pasting of robot navigation/discernment with the label, effectively replaces manual work to paste quality such as precision is effectively improved.

The purpose of the invention is: there is provided a label application apparatus for application of a label sticker, the apparatus comprising:

the supporting mechanism comprises a supporting body and at least two positioning pieces arranged on the side wall of the supporting body, and the positioning pieces are higher than the supporting body;

the pasting and tearing mechanism comprises a pressing plate, the pressing plate is arranged in parallel with the supporting body, and the pressing plate reciprocates along the direction vertical to the supporting body;

when the device is in a non-sticking state, the pressing plate is attached to the support body;

when the device is in a sticking state, the pressing plate and the positioning piece are positioned on the same plane;

the label pasting device can effectively improve the pasting precision and improve the pasting effect.

In a preferred embodiment, the pressing plate comprises a pressing body and a sticker clamping portion connected with the pressing body and arranged on the same plane, and when the sticker is placed on the pressing plate, the sticker clamping portion clamps the edge of the sticker;

In a preferred embodiment, the supporting body and the positioning member are integrally arranged, so that the structural stability of the device can be effectively improved, and the difficulty of the production process can be reduced.

In a preferred embodiment, the positioning element comprises a connecting plate and a positioning plate which are vertically connected, the positioning plate and the surface of the pressing plate, which is far away from the support body, are parallel, and a buffer layer is arranged on the connecting plate; the buffer layer can prevent the positioning piece from damaging the arrangement surface.

In a preferred embodiment, the upper surface of the pressing plate, which is far away from the supporting body, is provided with at least one groove which is uniformly arranged so as to divide the upper surface of the pressing plate into at least two parts; thereby effectively improving the pressure intensity of the paster when the paster is pressed and improving the pasting degree and intensity.

In a preferred embodiment, the device further comprises an orientation mechanism and a telescopic rod;

at least part of the orientation mechanism is movably arranged in the support body in a penetrating way;

one end of the orientation mechanism is connected with the pressing plate, and the other end of the orientation mechanism is connected with the telescopic rod;

when the telescopic rod acts on the orientation mechanism, the orientation mechanism acts on the pressing plate to enable the pressing plate to move away from the supporting body;

through setting up orientation mechanism and telescopic link, can effectively improve the maneuverability when the eminence is pasted.

the application provides a label pasting device which can effectively replace manual work to paste labels and remove a transfer film after pasting; further, this label sticking device can fix a position in order to improve and paste the precision through setting up the setting element before pasting, can avoid simultaneously because of pasting again and causing the damage to arranging the face, effectively improve and paste the effect and paste efficiency.

Detailed Description

In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

In view of the fact that label paper for identification and navigation of the robot needs to be attached to corresponding positions in the indoor moving process of the robot at present, the requirements for accuracy and smoothness of the attached positions are high, and therefore the robot is generally manually completed. The embodiment provides a label sticking device, which can effectively replace manual sticking of labels and has better sticking effect.

The label application device will be further described with reference to specific embodiments and accompanying drawings.

Example one

The present embodiment provides a label sticking apparatus 100, the apparatus 100 being used for sticking a label sticker, the apparatus comprising: supporting mechanism 10, paste and tear mechanism 20, orienting mechanism 30 and telescopic link 40, wherein, supporting mechanism 10 supports and pastes and tears mechanism 20, and at least part orienting mechanism 30 inlays to be located in supporting mechanism 10 and tears mechanism 20 activity butt with pasting, and orienting mechanism 30 is connected and the combined action with telescopic link 40 down will paste and tear mechanism 20 jack-up to with the laminating of arrangement face to paste the sticker and tear removing of shifting film.

Specifically, the supporting mechanism 10 includes a supporting body 11 and at least two positioning members 12 disposed on the side of the supporting body 11, and the positioning members 12 are higher than the supporting body 11. The pasting and tearing mechanism 20 comprises a pressing plate 21, the pressing plate 21 is arranged in parallel with the support body 11, and the pressing plate 21 reciprocates along the direction vertical to the support body 11. Specifically, the support body 11 includes a first mating surface, and the pressing plate 21 includes a second mating surface movably attached to the first mating surface. The present embodiment does not limit the structure of the first mating surface and the second mating surface, and any structure capable of realizing the movable attachment of the first mating surface and the second mating surface is within the scope of the present application, such as one of a plane and a hollow surface.

In a preferred embodiment, the supporting mechanism 10 includes a pair of oppositely disposed positioning members 12 disposed on the side of the supporting body 11, and the oppositely disposed positioning members 12 can improve the balance of the device during positioning, thereby improving positioning accuracy and operability. Preferably, the positioning member 12 is an inverted L-shaped structure, and includes a connecting plate 121 and a positioning plate 122 vertically connected. Positioning plate 122 is parallel to the surface of pressing plate 21 away from supporting body 11, and connecting plate 121 is connected to the side of pressing plate 21. The connection plate 121 is provided with a buffer layer 123, such as rubber, foam, etc., to avoid damage to the arrangement surface during positioning. When the device 100 is in a non-sticking state, the pressing plate 21 is attached to the support body 11; when the device 100 is in the adhering state, the upper surface of the pressing plate 21 and the upper surface of the positioning member 12 are located on the same plane. Therefore, the height of the connecting plate 121 is matched with the jacking height of the pressing plate 21 when the device is in the adhering state, so that the positioning effect and the adhering firmness are prevented from being influenced by the pressing plate 21 and the positioning piece 12.

Furthermore, because the positioning member 12 is always in a stressed state during the pasting process, the positioning member is easy to deform after long-term use, and once the positioning member deforms, the positioning accuracy is easily affected and the arrangement surface is easily damaged. As a preferred embodiment, the supporting body 11 and the positioning member 12 are integrally provided to improve the structural stability of the supporting mechanism 10 and reduce the difficulty of the production process. Further preferably, the bending structure of the positioning piece 12 is provided with a wedge-shaped or triangular support at the bending position, so that the structural stability of the positioning piece 12 can be further improved, and deformation is avoided.

In order to jack up and restore the pressing plate 21, in the embodiment, at least a part of the orientation mechanism 30 is movably inserted into the supporting body 11, and one end of the orientation mechanism 30 is movably connected with the pressing plate 21, and the other end is connected with the telescopic rod 40. When the telescopic rod 40 acts on the orientation mechanism 30, the orientation mechanism 30 acts on the pressing plate 21 to move the pressing plate 21 away from the support body 11. The action here means that the user presses the telescopic rod 40 to further push the orientation mechanism 30 to act on the pressing plate 21.

Further, the orientation mechanism 30 includes a guiding slider 31 connected to the telescopic rod 40, and a connecting assembly 32 having one end connected to the guiding slider 31 and the other end movably abutting against the pressing plate 21. Correspondingly, the support body 11 is provided with a through slot 13 housing at least part of the orientation mechanism 30. The guidance quality in the pasting process can be effectively improved by arranging the guide slide block 31, and the operation stability is improved. Preferably, the telescopic rod 40 is in threaded connection with the guide sliding block 31, so that the connection stability is improved, and meanwhile, the telescopic rod is convenient to disassemble and replace.

Furthermore, the connecting assembly 32 includes a first connecting member 321 and a second connecting member 322 movably connected to each other, and one end of the first connecting member 321 is connected to the guiding slider 31, and one end of the second connecting member 322 is movably abutted to the pressing plate 21. Preferably, the second mating surface of the pressing plate 21 mating with the support body 11 is provided with a positioning hole 213 matching with the second connection 322, and when the orientation mechanism 30 acts on the pressing plate 21, at least a portion of the second connection 322 is embedded and acts on the positioning hole 213. It is also preferable that the first connecting member 321 is screwed to the guide slider 31 to facilitate removal and replacement while also improving the stability of connection.

Furthermore, since the arrangement surface may be a plane or a non-plane surface with concave pits or convex bumps, the non-plane surface has a certain fluctuation tendency, and the pressing plate 21 with a planar structure cannot be completely attached to the arrangement surface. In order to improve the degree of adhesion between the pressing plate 21 and the arrangement surface, the pressing plate 21 in this embodiment can adaptively adjust the optimal adhesion angle. To achieve this, the connecting assembly 32 in this embodiment is provided with a self-leveling ball head structure. Specifically, one end of the first connecting member 321 is provided with a self-leveling ball head 323, and one end of the second connecting member 322 is provided with a spherical groove 324 matched with the self-leveling ball head 323; or, one end of the second connecting member 322 is provided with a self-leveling ball 323, and one end of the first connecting member 321 is provided with a spherical groove 324 matched with the self-leveling ball 323. When the arrangement surface has a certain projection, the pressing plate 21 adaptively adjusts the matching angle, and the first connecting piece 321 and the second connecting piece 322 rotate steplessly to match the adjustment of the pressing plate 21.

On the basis of the above structure, the orientation mechanism 30 further includes a spring 33 sleeved on the guide slider 31, and is used for resetting the pressing plate 21 under the elastic force of the spring 33 when the device is separated from the arrangement surface after the pasting is completed. Specifically, the guide slider 31 is provided with an annular flange 311, one end of the spring 33 abuts against the annular flange 311, and the other end abuts against the inner side surface of the through groove 13. Under this structure, when pasting, when direction slider 31 acted on pressure strip 21, spring 33 pressurized deformation, when pressure strip 21 left the arrangement face, when pressure strip 21 pushed down by the action of gravity, spring 33 reset, direction slider 31 drove telescopic link 40 to the direction of keeping away from pressure strip 21 under the elastic force effect and remove.
