1. A fastener stringer (10) is provided with:

a fastener tape (11);

the fastener stringer (10) is characterized in that,

among the fastener tape (11), the fastener elements (20), and the fixing threads (31,32), at least the fastener elements (20) are made of a first resin,

among the fastener tape (11) as a whole and the fixing threads (31,32), the component that is not selected to be made of the first resin is made of the second resin,

the first resin is a material capable of being dyed with a first dye, the second resin is a material capable of being dyed with a second dye,

a first resin member is dyed with the first dye, and a second resin member is dyed with the second dye.

2. The fastener stringer (10) according to claim 1,

the dyeing with the second dye cannot change the color of the first resin, and the dyeing with the first dye cannot change the color of the second resin.

3. The fastener stringer (10) according to claim 1 or 2,

the first resin is polyester and the second resin is cellulose-based fiber.

4. The fastener stringer (10) according to claim 1,

the fastener element (20) is a coil-shaped fastener element.

5. A method of manufacturing a fastener stringer (10), the fastener stringer (10) comprising: a fastener tape (11); a fastener element (20) attached to one side edge (11a) of the fastener tape (11); and a fixing thread (31,32) that fixes the fastener element (20) on the fastener tape (11),

among the fastener tape (11), the fastener elements (20), and the fixing threads (31,32), at least the fastener elements (20) are made of a first resin,

among the fastener tape (11) as a whole and the fixing threads (31,32), the component that is not selected to be made of the first resin is made of the second resin,

the first resin is a material capable of being dyed with a first dye, the second resin is a material capable of being dyed with a second dye,

the method for manufacturing the zipper teeth chain belt (10) comprises the following steps:

a fixing step (ST1) of fixing the fastener element (20) to the fastener tape (11);

a first dyeing step (ST2) of dyeing a first resin member with the first dye after the fixing step (ST 1); and

and a second dyeing step (ST3) of dyeing a second resin member with the second dye after the fixing step (ST 1).

6. A method of manufacturing a fastener stringer (10), the fastener stringer (10) comprising: a fastener tape (11); a fastener element (20) attached to one side edge (11a) of the fastener tape (11); and a fixing thread (31,32) that fixes the fastener element (20) on the fastener tape (11),

among the fastener tape (11), the fastener elements (20), and the fixing threads (31,32), at least the fastener elements (20) are made of a first resin,

among the fastener tape (11) as a whole and the fixing threads (31,32), the component that is not selected to be made of the first resin is made of the second resin,

the first resin is a material capable of being dyed with a first dye, the second resin is a material capable of being dyed with a second dye,

the method for manufacturing the zipper teeth chain belt (10) comprises the following steps:

a fixing step of fixing the fastener element (20) to the fastener tape (11); and

and a dyeing step of simultaneously dyeing the first resin member and the second resin member with a dye in which the first dye and the second dye are mixed, after the fixing step.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a fastener stringer of a slide fastener and a method of manufacturing the fastener stringer.

Background

As a related art fastener stringer, a fastener stringer 100 shown in fig. 8 is known. This fastener stringer 100 includes: a zipper tape; and fastener elements sewn to the fastener tape, the fastener stringer 100 being configured in such a manner that the fastener tape and the fastener elements are different in color from each other. Further, a core thread is inserted into and passed through the fastener element. Further, the sewing thread (upper thread, lower thread) sewing the core thread and the fastener elements to the fastener tape is the same color as the fastener elements. In addition, the fastener stringer 100 shown in fig. 8 is two, and the fastener stringer 100 is in a state where the respective fastener elements are engaged with each other.

Here, a method of manufacturing the fastener stringer 100 according to the related art will be described. First, after the fastener element is sewn to the fastener tape with a sewing thread to form a fastener stringer, the fastener stringer is dyed with a first color. Next, the dyed fastener stringer is detached to obtain a fastener element dyed with the first color. At this time, the detached fastener tape and sewing thread are discarded. Further, while the above-described process is performed, a sewing thread dyed with a first color and a fastener tape dyed with a second color are prepared, respectively. Then, the fastener elements dyed with the first color are sewn to the fastener tape dyed with the second color by the sewing thread dyed with the first color, respectively, to obtain the fastener stringer 100.

In this manner, in the conventional fastener stringer manufacturing method, a process of detaching the fastener stringer dyed with the first color (detaching process), a process of re-sewing the fastener elements dyed with the first color to the fastener tape dyed with the second color (re-sewing process), and a process of discarding unnecessary fastener tapes and sewing threads occur, so that the manufacturing cost is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a fastener stringer and a method of manufacturing the fastener stringer, which can distinguish colors of respective members of the fastener stringer at low cost.

The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following configurations.

(1) A fastener stringer is provided with: a zipper tape; a fastener element attached to one side edge portion of the fastener tape; and a fixing thread that fixes the fastener element to the fastener tape, wherein at least the fastener element is made of a first resin among the entire fastener tape, the fastener elements, and the fixing thread, and a member that is not selected as the first resin among the entire fastener tape and the fixing thread is made of a second resin, the first resin is a material that can be dyed with a first dye, the second resin is a material that can be dyed with a second dye, the first resin is dyed with the first dye, and the second resin is dyed with the second dye.

(2) The fastener stringer according to (1), wherein the color of the first resin cannot be changed by the dyeing with the second dye, and the color of the second resin cannot be changed by the dyeing with the first dye.

(3) The fastener stringer according to (1) or (2), wherein the first resin is polyester and the second resin is cellulose-based fiber.

(4) The fastener stringer according to (1), wherein the fastener element is a coil-shaped fastener element.

(5) A method of manufacturing a fastener stringer, the fastener stringer including: a zipper tape; a fastener element attached to one side edge portion of the fastener tape; and a fixing thread for fixing the fastener elements to the fastener tape, wherein at least the fastener elements among the entire fastener tape, the fastener elements, and the fixing thread are made of a first resin, and a member not selected from the first resin among the entire fastener tape and the fixing thread is made of a second resin, the first resin being a material capable of being dyed with a first dye, the second resin being a material capable of being dyed with a second dye, the method for manufacturing the fastener stringer comprising: a fixing step of fixing the fastener element to the fastener tape; a first dyeing step of dyeing a first resin member with the first dye after the fixing step; and a second dyeing step of dyeing a second resin member with the second dye after the fixing step.

(6) A method of manufacturing a fastener stringer, the fastener stringer including: a zipper tape; a fastener element attached to one side edge portion of the fastener tape; and a fixing thread for fixing the fastener elements to the fastener tape, wherein at least the fastener elements among the entire fastener tape, the fastener elements, and the fixing thread are made of a first resin, and a member not selected from the first resin among the entire fastener tape and the fixing thread is made of a second resin, the first resin being a material capable of being dyed with a first dye, the second resin being a material capable of being dyed with a second dye, the method for manufacturing the fastener stringer comprising: a fixing step of fixing the fastener element to the fastener tape; and a dyeing step of simultaneously dyeing the first resin member and the second resin member with a dye in which the first dye and the second dye are mixed, after the fixing step.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, a slide fastener using an embodiment of the fastener stringer according to the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. In the following description, the upper side is a near side with respect to the paper surface of fig. 1, the lower side is a back side with respect to the paper surface of fig. 1, the front side is an upper side with respect to the paper surface of fig. 1, the rear side is a lower side with respect to the paper surface of fig. 1, the left side is a left side with respect to the paper surface of fig. 1, and the right side is a right side with respect to the paper surface of fig. 1. The left-right direction is also referred to as a width direction. Further, the upper surface is a front surface, and the lower surface is a back surface.

As shown in fig. 1, the slide fastener SF includes: a pair of left and right fastener stringers 10; a slider SL for engaging and separating the fastener elements 20 of the right and left fastener stringers 10; upper stop portions P1 attached to the distal ends of the left and right fastener stringers 10, respectively; and a lower stop portion P2 attached to the rear end side of the left and right fastener stringers 10. Then, the left and right fastener elements 20 are engaged by moving the slider SL forward, and the left and right fastener elements 20 are separated by moving the slider SL backward. The lower stopper P2 may be an opening member including a plunger, a seat bar, and a seat body.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fastener stringer 10 includes: a fastener tape 11; a fastener element 20 attached to an upper surface of one side edge portion 11a of the fastener tape 11; a core wire 21 inserted through the fastener element 20; an upper thread 31 (fixing thread) and a lower thread 32 (fixing thread) which sews the fastener elements 20 on the fastener tape 11. The upper thread 31 and the lower thread 32 are sewing threads.

The fastener tape 11 is a tape formed by weaving or knitting a synthetic resin thread, and is formed to have a predetermined width, a predetermined thickness, and a predetermined structure by a weaving machine or a knitting machine. The fastener tape 11 of the present embodiment is entirely made of a single type of synthetic resin thread. This means that, for example, in the case where the fastener tape 11 is composed of a yarn of polyester, a yarn of rayon is not contained. In the case of the hook-and-loop fastener tape 11, a polyester warp yarn and a polyester weft yarn are used to form the fastener tape 11, the front and back surfaces of which are entirely made of polyester yarn.

The fastener element 20 is a coil-shaped fastener element made of synthetic resin monofilament, and is sewn on the upper surface of one side edge portion 11a of the fastener tape 11 by an upper thread 31 and a lower thread 32. Further, inside the fastener element 20, a core thread 21 is inserted and passed. However, the fastener element 20 is not limited to the coil-shaped fastener element. In addition, in the step of forming the fastener element 20, the core wire 21 is inserted into and passes through the inside of the fastener element 20.

In the present embodiment, the fastener element 20, the core thread 21, the upper thread 31, and the lower thread 32 are made of polyester as the first resin, and the entire fastener tape 11 is made of artificial fiber as the second resin. The fastener tape 11 may be made of TENCEL (registered trademark of Courtaulds), cuprammonium, cotton, or the like, which is a cellulose fiber similar to rayon. Further, the second resin may also be a polyester capable of being dyed with a cationic dye.

The polyester as the first resin can be dyed with a first dye such as a disperse dye, and the rayon (or TENCEL (registered trademark of Courtaulds corporation)) as the second resin can be dyed with a second dye different from the first dye, such as a reactive dye, a direct dye, or a vat dye. The dyeing with the second dye cannot change the color of the first resin, and the dyeing with the first dye cannot change the color of the second resin. Therefore, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the polyester fastener element 20, the core thread 21, the upper thread 31, and the lower thread 32 are dyed with a first dye to a first color, and the entire fastener tape 11 made of artificial fiber is dyed with a second dye to a second color different from the first color. In the drawings, the portion shown with the "/" pattern is a portion dyed with a first color, and the portion shown with the "·" pattern is a portion dyed with a second color.

As described above, according to the fastener stringer 10 of the present embodiment, since the polyester fastener elements 20, the core thread 21, the upper thread 31, and the lower thread 32 are dyed with the first dye in the first color and the entire fastener tape 11 made of the synthetic fiber is dyed with the second dye in the second color, the detaching process, the re-sewing process, and the part disposing process required in the manufacturing method of the related art are not required, and the color distinction of each part of the fastener stringer 10 can be performed at low cost.

As a modification of the present embodiment, the fastener element 20, the core thread 21, and the fastener tape 11 may be made of polyester as the first resin as a whole, and the upper thread 31 and the lower thread 32 may be made of rayon as the second resin. In this case, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the entire polyester fastener element 20, the core thread 21, and the fastener tape 11 are dyed with a first dye in a first color, and the upper thread 31 and the lower thread 32 made of rayon are dyed with a second dye in a second color.

The combination of the resin materials (color discrimination) of the respective members of the fastener stringer 10 is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and at least the resin material of the fastener element 20 may be polyester, and the resin material of the other members (the fastener tape 11, the core thread 21, the upper thread 31, and the lower thread 32) may be any of polyester and cellulose fiber such as rayon (or TENCEL (registered trademark of Courtaulds corporation)). In addition, as long as the material can be dyed with different colors by the first dye and the second dye, for example, a combination of nylon as the first resin and cotton as the second resin may be used.

Next, an embodiment of a method for manufacturing a fastener stringer according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 7. Fig. 7 shows a case where the fastener stringer of fig. 3 and 4 is manufactured.

As shown in fig. 7, the production method of the present embodiment includes: a sewing step (fixing step) ST1 of sewing the fastener elements 20 and the core thread 21 to the fastener tape 11 with the upper thread 31 and the lower thread 32 as sewing threads; a first dyeing step ST2 of dyeing the polyester fastener element 20, the core thread 21, the upper thread 31, and the lower thread 32 with a first dye after the sewing step (fixing step) ST 1; the second dyeing step ST3 is a step of dyeing the entire fastener tape 11 of cellulose-based fibers such as rayon with a second dye different from the first dye after the sewing step (fixing step) ST 1.

As described above, according to the method for manufacturing the fastener stringer of the present embodiment, since the first dyeing step ST2 of dyeing the polyester fastener element 20, the core thread 21, the upper thread 31, and the lower thread 32 with the first dye and the second dyeing step ST3 of dyeing the entire fastener tape 11 made of rayon with the second dye are provided, the detaching step, the re-sewing step, and the part disposing step required in the manufacturing method of the related art are not required, and the color distinction of each part of the fastener stringer 10 can be performed at low cost.

In the dyeing method shown in fig. 7, the polyester dyeing using the first dye and the artificial fiber dyeing using the second dye are respectively performed by the two-bath dyeing, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first dye and the second dye may be mixed to simultaneously perform the one-bath dyeing of the polyester dyeing and the artificial fiber dyeing, thereby respectively dyeing each component of the fastener stringer. In this case, the dyeing time can be reduced to about half while the number of man-hours can be reduced to further reduce the manufacturing cost as compared with the two-bath dyeing. That is, the color of each member of the fastener stringer 10 can be distinguished at low cost and in a short time without requiring a detaching process, a re-sewing process, and a member disposing process, which are required in the manufacturing method of the related art.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the scope of the present invention.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the present invention is applied to the fastener stringer having the structure in which the fastener elements are fixed to the fastener tape by the upper thread and the lower thread is exemplified, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention may be applied to a fastener stringer having the structure in which the fastener elements are fixed to the fastener tape by weaving or knitting. In this case, the fastener stringer does not include an upper thread, a lower thread, and a core thread, and the fixing thread for fixing the fastener element is a part of the thread constituting the fastener tape. The types of resin materials used for the fixing thread and the thread other than the fixing thread constituting the fastener tape (selection of the first resin and the second resin) may be the same or different.
