Background

The two-step blow molding process is mainly used for molding thermoplastic plastic hollow containers such as PET, PETG, TRITAN and the like, and the two-step injection, drawing and blow molding process is more and more widely used, for example, cosmetic packages are also more and more used. The two-step blow molding process has the advantages of low investment cost and high efficiency. In the production of plastic bottles with shoulder supports, the existing two-step blow molding process is not applicable, and the problems of dislocation of the shoulder supports and the bottle body, uneven thickness of the bottle body and the like are easy to occur.

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a blow molding process of plastic bottles with shoulder supports, which improves the consistency and quality stability of products.

The blow molding process according to some embodiments of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: by forming the bottle blank with the shoulder support, the longitudinal tensile elongation is limited to be not more than 25 percent and the transverse inflation is 1.2 to 2.8 times, and the plastic bottle with the shoulder support is formed by blow molding, so that the problems of dislocation of the shoulder support and the bottle body and uneven thickness of the bottle body are solved, the product consistency and the product quality are improved, the defective rate is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the shoulder rest is arranged in a circular shape, an oval shape, a triangular shape or a square shape, and the shape of the shoulder rest is selected according to the use requirement, so that the shoulder rest has strong universality and wide application range.

According to some embodiments of the invention, in the step a, the drying temperature of the raw material used for injection molding is 155-175 ℃ and the drying time is 4-6 hours, so as to reduce moisture and improve the cleanliness of the raw material.

According to some embodiments of the invention, in the step C, the preform base rotates around its central axis in the movement at a rotation speed of 13-17 rpm.

According to some embodiments of the invention, in step E, the forming cycle is 10 to 15 seconds, the inflation pressure is 28 to 32bar, and the inflation time is 3.5 to 5 seconds.
