The application relates to the technical field of electric wire storage, in particular to a grounding wire storage barrel.

Background

In addition, due to poor field road transportation conditions, the tool car can only be carried into the field by a manual single hand under the condition that the tool car cannot arrive, and the grounding wire is too heavy, so that the workload is further increased.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the purpose of this application is to provide a ground wire storage barrel, has solved effectively and has taken up inconvenient technical problem among the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the application provides the following technical scheme:

a ground wire containing barrel comprises a barrel body, a take-up reel and a fixing mechanism;

a central shaft is arranged on the side wall of the cylinder body;

the take-up reel is sleeved on the central shaft through a central hole;

the fixing mechanism comprises a first magnet, a second magnet, a movable rod and a locking rod;

the first magnet and the second magnet are arranged on the outer wall of the barrel body up and down, and opposite magnetic poles of the first magnet and the second magnet are opposite;

the movable rod is movably arranged in the first magnet and the second magnet in a penetrating way;

the movable magnet is arranged on the movable rod and is positioned between the first magnet and the second magnet;

the opposite magnetic poles of the movable magnet and the first magnet are opposite, and the opposite magnetic poles of the movable magnet and the second magnet are opposite;

the two locking rods are respectively and rotatably arranged at two ends of the movable rod;

one end of each locking rod, which is far away from the movable rod, extends to the outside of the cylinder body;

and the take-up reel is provided with a locking hole corresponding to the locking rod.

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of this application are:

the application provides a ground wire storage barrel, during the operation, can realize receiving and releasing the line through rotating the take-up reel around the center pin, when receiving and releasing the line and stopping, can drive the activity that the movable rod makes progress through two locking levers of upwards rotating, and then it is fixed with first magnet magnetism to drive movable magnet rebound, make two locking levers all keep being in the horizontality, remove the take-up reel so that two locking levers are pegged graft corresponding locking hole on the take-up reel, thereby reach the effect of fixed take-up reel, avoid the take-up reel rotation or misrotation to appear, thereby prevent to appear tying, the irregular wire-wound condition, the inconvenient technical problem of line is received to the existence among the prior art has been solved effectively. Similarly, when needs continue to receive and release the line, portable take-up reel makes the locking hole break away from in the locking lever, then rotates the locking lever downwards and drives the activity pole lapse, and then drives movable magnet lapse and second magnet magnetism fixed for two locking levers all remain and are in the state of accomodating, have avoided the locking lever to influence the take-up reel and normally carry out the winding line operation.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present application provides a ground wire storage barrel, which includes a barrel 1, a take-up reel 2 and a fixing mechanism 3; a central shaft 11 is arranged on the side wall of the cylinder body 1; the take-up reel 2 is sleeved on the central shaft 11 through a central hole 21; the fixing mechanism 3 includes a first magnet 31, a second magnet 32, a movable magnet 33, a movable lever 34, and a lock lever 35; the first magnet 31 and the second magnet 32 are vertically arranged on the outer wall of the cylinder 1, and the opposite magnetic poles of the first magnet 31 and the second magnet 32 are opposite; the movable rod 34 is movably arranged through the first magnet 31 and the second magnet 32; the movable magnet 33 is arranged on the movable rod 34, and the movable magnet 33 is positioned between the first magnet 31 and the second magnet 32; the magnetic poles of movable magnet 33 opposite to first magnet 31, and the magnetic poles of movable magnet 33 opposite to second magnet 32; two locking rods 35 are provided, and the two locking rods 35 are respectively rotatably provided at both ends of the movable rod 34; one end of each locking rod 35 far away from the movable rod 34 extends to the outside of the barrel 1; the take-up reel 2 is provided with a locking hole 23 corresponding to the locking lever 35.

Further, in the present embodiment, please refer to fig. 3, the take-up reel 2 is elliptical. The take-up reel 2 in an oval shape has the advantages of simple and convenient winding, can save space and is convenient to store and preserve, and leads cannot transversely overflow.

Further, in the present embodiment, please refer to fig. 3, a limiting plate 22 is disposed in the central hole 21, and the limiting plate 22 is in rolling contact with the central shaft 11. Further, in the present embodiment, please refer to fig. 5 and 6, a nozzle 12 is disposed at the top of the cylinder 1, and a nozzle lock 4 is disposed on the nozzle 12; the barrel mouth lock 4 comprises a plurality of limiting mechanisms 41, a pull handle 42 and a steel wire rope 43; each limiting mechanism 41 comprises a coaming 411, a rotating part 412 and a spring 413; the enclosing plate 411 is arc-shaped, and the outer side of the enclosing plate 411 is hinged with the cylinder body 1 through a rotating part 412; a first end of the spring 413 is connected with the corresponding rotating part 412, and a second end of the spring 413 is connected with the cylinder 1; the first end of the pull handle 42 is hinged with the barrel 1, and the second end of the pull handle 42 is connected with each rotating part 412 in sequence through a steel wire rope 43. Referring to fig. 5, the cylinder lock 4 is in a locked state, and under the elastic action of the spring 413, the enclosing plates 411 are concentrated in the middle to form an annular structure, and various tools placed in the cylinder 1 can be concentrated together through the annular structure, so that the various tools are prevented from being randomly disturbed during the moving process of the cylinder 1, and can be placed in order, and a worker can conveniently and quickly find out the required tools. Referring to fig. 6, when it is necessary to place a tool in the nozzle 12 or take the tool out of the nozzle 12, the handle is pulled to rotate the rotating members 412 through the cable 43, and the springs 413 are extended to drive the enclosing plate 411 away from the middle of the nozzle 12, so that a worker can take and place the tool.

More specifically, the cylinder body 1 can be provided with a cylinder cover, the cylinder opening 12 penetrates through the cylinder cover, and the cylinder opening lock 4 is arranged on the cylinder cover; a first end of the rotating member 412 is connected with the outer side of the enclosing plate 411, and a second end of the rotating member 412 is rotatably connected with the cylinder cover through a rotating shaft; the handle is pulled, and after the worker takes and places the tools, the worker loosens the handle, and under the elastic action of the spring 413, each enclosing plate 411 can enclose an annular structure so as to store each tool in the middle position.

Further, in the present embodiment, the number of the limiting mechanisms 41 is four; the four limiting mechanisms 41 are distributed in a centrosymmetric manner; the inner sides of the four shroud plates 411 together enclose concentric circles. Further, in the present embodiment, the bottom of the cylinder 1 is provided with universal wheels 13. The universal wheel 13 is provided with a valve, when in movement, the valve is loosened, and the universal wheel 13 can be utilized to conveniently move the cylinder body 1 to a required position; when the universal wheel moves to a required position, the valve is closed, the universal wheel 13 does not move any more, and the position of the whole barrel body 1 can be fixed, so that a worker can conveniently carry out wire winding and unwinding operation.

Further, in the present embodiment, the side wall of the barrel 1 is provided with a push handle 14. The arrangement of the push handle 14 can provide a holding part for pushing the barrel body 1 by a worker, and the convenience of the device can be greatly improved by matching with the universal wheel 13.

Further, in the present embodiment, the barrel 1 is provided with a retractable carrying handle 15, and the carrying handle 15 is disposed in the vertical direction and can be retracted in the vertical direction.
