Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of concrete engineering, and particularly relates to a convenient maintenance water pipe laying and recycling device.

Background

At present, after the concrete engineering pouring is finished, in order to ensure that the strength of the concrete is normally increased, the surface of the concrete needs to be kept wet, and field construction personnel need to carry out maintenance work on newly poured concrete for at least seven days. The maintenance water pipe is used for laying, recovering and transporting, the labor intensity is high, the workload is high, and most of concrete maintenance work needs at least two persons to cooperate at present according to the construction conditions.

In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a convenient maintenance water pipe arrangement and recovery device, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of concrete maintenance personnel, does not need special water pipe connection personnel, and improves the operation efficiency of the concrete maintenance personnel.

In order to achieve the purpose, the portable maintenance water pipe laying and recycling device provided by the invention comprises a support, a wheel disc, a bearing with a seat and a water pipe connector, wherein the wheel disc comprises a central shaft and two water pipe containing baffles, the central shaft penetrates through the two water pipe containing baffles, the central shaft is in a hollow tubular shape, one end of the central shaft is a closed end, the other end of the central shaft is an unclosed end, the unclosed end of the central shaft is connected with the water pipe connector and used for being connected with a water inlet pipe, and a water outlet is formed in the central shaft between the two water pipe containing baffles and used for being connected with a maintenance water pipe; both ends of the central shaft are provided with the bearings with the seat, and the bearings with the seat are fixed on the bracket.

Further, a plurality of wheels are arranged at the bottom of the support and used for moving the support.

Further, a plurality of support rods are arranged between the two water pipe storage baffles around the central shaft and used for supporting and rolling up the maintenance water pipes.

Further, the closed end of the central shaft is connected with a rotating handle for rotating the wheel disc.

Preferably, the seated bearing is fixed to the bracket by a bolt.

The convenient maintenance water pipe arrangement and recovery device provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the device has the advantages that the maintenance water pipes can be conveniently and rapidly arranged, recovered and carried, the unclosed ends of the hollow steel pipes are connected with the water pipe connectors, water sources can be rapidly connected, the water inlets can be connected without completely unfolding the water pipes, the labor intensity of concrete maintenance personnel is greatly reduced by using the device, one worker can finish the operation of conveying, arranging and recovering the water pipes, meanwhile, special water conveying pipe connection personnel are not needed, and the operation efficiency of the concrete maintenance personnel is improved; simple operation, low requirement on the use environment, simple principle and low cost.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments in order to make the technical field better understand the scheme of the present invention.

As shown in figure 1, the portable maintenance water pipe laying and recycling device comprises a support 1, a wheel disc 2, a bearing with a seat 3 and a water pipe joint 4. The construction site maintenance water pipe recovery device can quickly plug into a water pipe, can quickly recover the water pipe, can conveniently transport the water pipe and reduce the labor intensity, can overcome the difficulty of transporting, laying and recovering the water pipe when only one maintenance worker exists, and improves the efficiency of concrete maintenance operation.

The wheel disc 2 comprises a central shaft 22, a water pipe accommodating baffle 23, a support rod 24 and a rotating handle 21; the central shaft 22 is made of a hollow steel pipe, the hollow steel pipe penetrates through the two water pipe storage baffles 23, the two water pipe storage baffles 23 are arranged between the two water pipe storage baffles 23, and a plurality of support rods 24 are arranged around the hollow steel pipe between the two water pipe storage baffles 23 and used for supporting the rolled water pipe. Both ends at hollow steel pipe all install the pedestal bearing 3, and pedestal bearing 3 passes through the bolt fastening on aluminum alloy support 1, thereby rim plate 2 passes through pedestal bearing 3 to be fixed on aluminum alloy support 1 and can rotate.

One end of the hollow steel pipe is a closed end, the closed end of the hollow steel pipe is connected with a rotating handle 21, the rotating handle 21 is Z-shaped, and the rotating handle 21 is shaken manually or electrically to enable a central shaft 22 to rotate so as to easily realize the laying and the storage of the maintenance water pipe; the other end of hollow steel pipe is for not blind end, and not blind end is the water inlet, and water pipe head 4 is connected to the blind end of hollow steel pipe, and the water pipe that the hollow steel pipe can be connected into through water pipe head 4, connection water source that can be quick, does not need special raceway personnel of plugging into. The middle part of the hollow steel pipe is provided with a water outlet 25 which is used for connecting a maintenance water pipe, and the water inlet connection can be carried out when the maintenance water pipe is not completely unfolded.
