The ton bag discharging device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the discharging device is adapted to a dust removing system, the dust removing system comprises a dust hood, an induced draft fan and a dust remover, the dust hood, the induced draft fan and the dust remover are communicated by an induced draft tube in sequence, and the dust hood is arranged at the upper opening of the ton bag.

5. A ton bag discharging method using the ton bag discharging apparatus according to claim 4, comprising the steps of:

1) installation of equipment

Designing the height of a support according to the height of a feeding platform of a storage bin, enabling a discharging hopper and a feeding port to be in proper positions, building a ton package loading system after a discharging device is fixed, debugging the ton package loading system, and determining whether a dust removal system is installed or not according to the characteristics of discharged materials;

2) loading

Transporting a full-load ton bag to a ton bag carrying system, manually hanging four upper lugs of the ton bag on a clasp, starting a winch to hoist the ton bag, controlling a travelling crane to move on a monorail car, transporting the ton bag to a position right above a ton bag table, adjusting the winch, descending the ton bag to a proper height away from the ton bag table, manually hanging the four lower lugs through a metal grid, controlling the winch to place the ton bag on the ton bag table, further fixing the ton bag by penetrating a fixing rod through two lower lugs, standing an operator on a feeding bin platform to unfasten the clasp, moving the travelling crane away, and manually opening an upper opening of the ton bag;

3) discharging

Opening a speed reducing motor to enable a discharging hopper to incline towards a charging opening of a storage bin, dumping materials in the ton bag into the storage bin, drawing out a fixed rod, taking down the ton bag, and repeating the step 2) to realize continuous loading-discharging operation;

4) auxiliary operations

And if the material in the ton bag contains dust, starting a dust removal system to collect the dust in the dust remover.

Technical Field

Background

The ton bag is also called flexible container, which is widely used for transporting and packaging powdery, granular and blocky objects, and is commonly called ton bag because the loaded objects are more than 1 ton. The general ton package is equipped with the lug, can realize the material with hoist or fork truck cooperation and transport. Because the ton bag body is amasss too big, how to take out the material from the ton bag has always been an industry difficult problem, and the current way is that to lift up the ton bag through fork truck or hoist, then operating personnel cuts out the ton bag bottom part with the blade, and the material falls from the ton bag bottom, and this kind of mode of taking out exists that operating personnel working strength is big, operational environment is poor, the ton bag of cutting out can't the reutilization. If the bottom of the ton bag is not scratched, the ton bag is generally dumped from the upper opening of the ton bag by using a ton bag turnover device, the ton bag is fixed by using vacuum adsorption by using a common ton bag turnover device, and the unloading method has the advantages of large equipment investment and high production cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a ton bag unloading device aiming at the problems, the ton bag unloading device is designed aiming at a specially customized ton bag, each upper vertex angle of the customized ton bag is provided with an upper ear hook, and each lower vertex angle is provided with a lower ear hook. The ton bag discharging device comprises a discharging hopper and a support, the discharging hopper is U-shaped, the bottom of the discharging hopper is a ton bag platform, the ton bag platform is a metal frame with a metal grid in the middle, the ton bag platform is matched with a group of fixed rods, and the lower ear hooks penetrate through the metal grid and then are fixed by the fixed rods; a group of parallel baffles is arranged perpendicular to the ton bag platform, and a hook is arranged at each of two upper corners of each baffle; all be equipped with the rotation axis on every baffle, the discharge hopper passes through the rotation axis to be fixed on the support, and one of them rotation axis is connected with gear motor, and gear motor also fixes on the support.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the upper ear hook and the lower ear hook are arranged on the ton bag, so that the ton bag has the functions of a conventional ton bag, and the purpose of discharging without scratching the bottom of the ton bag can be realized by matching the ton bag discharging device, the ton bag can be repeatedly used, and a large amount of cost is saved; the invention adopts the mode that the fixed rod passes through the lower ear of the ton bag to fix the ton bag on the discharging device, thereby simplifying the structure of the discharging device.

When unloading, the ton bag can be placed on the unloading device by a forklift, and a ton package loading system can be arranged to improve the ton package loading efficiency.

If the ton package is built-in can produce the material of dust, can produce certain harm to operating personnel's health when unloading, consequently can set up dust pelletizing system, and dust pelletizing system includes dust cage, draught fan and dust remover, and dust cage, draught fan and dust remover are in order by the induced duct intercommunication, and the dust cage sets up in the upper shed department of ton package.

The operation steps of discharging by using the discharging device provided with the ton package carrying system are as follows:
