The existing sliding support is provided with a standard bearing on the sliding support to be used as a sliding roller, and the standard bearing directly rolls on a lower fixed seat to drive a reed baffle to move. However, the structure occupies a large space, which causes great difficulty for the overall structural design of the loom, and the contact area between the lower fixing seat of the bearing sliding support is small, which easily causes the surface of the lower fixing seat to be crushed and damaged.

Therefore, how to provide a sliding support with a simple structure and a long service life is a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a sliding support of a weaving machine, wherein a fixed seat and the sliding seat are in sliding fit, the structure of the sliding support is simplified, the stress area is increased, and the service life of the sliding support is further prolonged.

The sliding support of the loom provided by the invention has the structure shown in figure 1, and comprises a fixed seat 1, a sliding seat 3 and a connecting rod 2. The fixed seat 1 is positioned between the swing beam 13 and the reed baffle 14, and the fixed seat 1 is fixedly connected with a breast beam frame of the loom. Sliding seat 3 installs in fixing base 1, and is concrete, has the slip track in the fixing base 1, and sliding seat 3 installs on the slip track, and sliding seat 3's supporting part and slip track face-to-face fit to can slide on the slip track. Slide holder 3 links to each other with reed baffle 14, and the front end of connecting rod 2 links to each other with slide holder 3, and the rear end links to each other with balance staff 13, and balance staff 13 reciprocal swing in-process connecting rod 2 promotes slide holder 3 and moves along the slip track, drives reed baffle 14 reciprocating motion when slide holder 3 removes.

In this embodiment, the supporting portion of the sliding seat 3 is matched with the sliding rail surface of the fixing seat 1, and the sliding seat 3 is driven by the connecting rod 2 to move along the sliding rail and push the reed baffle 14 to reciprocate. The side walls of two sides of the mounting groove are parallel, the upper ends of the two side walls are sliding rails, the sliding seat 3 is approximately rectangular, and two opposite sides of the sliding seat extend outwards to form two supporting edges. The positions of the two supporting edges correspond to the two sliding rails, when the sliding seat 3 is placed in the mounting groove, the two supporting edges are respectively attached to the two sliding rails, and the supporting edges are matched with the surfaces of the sliding rails as supporting parts.

Optionally, in order to slow down the wear rate of the fixing seat 1 and the top plate, gaskets are arranged between the fixing seat 1 and the supporting edge. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the upper end surface of the fixing base 1 is provided with a lower sliding pad 4, and the lower sliding pad 4 covers the sliding track.
