The light fixture of claim 10, wherein the body defines a plurality of alignment holes spaced apart from one another in a direction from the first end to the second end of the body, and wherein the locking assembly defines alignment pins that snap into and out of the alignment holes, and wherein the collar is movable on the body when the alignment pins are disengaged from the alignment holes.

12. The light fixture of claim 11 wherein each of said support rods has a link pivotally attached thereto, said link having an end that is not attached to said support rod movably attached to a second end of said body, and wherein said locking assembly comprises:

the movable piece is movably arranged in the lantern ring in a penetrating mode and connected with one of the supporting rods, the positioning pin is arranged on one side, close to the main body, of the movable piece, and when the supporting rods are unfolded relative to the main body, the positioning pin can be pulled out of the positioning hole by the supporting rods;

and the second pre-tightening device is arranged on the lantern ring and provides pre-tightening force for the movable piece to enable the positioning pin to be inserted into the positioning hole.

13. The light fixture of claim 10, wherein the lamp head assembly comprises:

the lamp holder comprises a base fixed at the end part of the telescopic rod and a fixed rod with one end fixed on the base and the other end extending towards the main body direction;
