Background

At present, a hollow shaft sleeve assembly comprises a hollow shaft, a nut, an anti-torsion bracket and the like, a transmission shaft of a transmission device is sleeved in the hollow shaft, and because the motion frequency of the transmission shaft is high, an inner core of the hollow shaft is easily abraded, the whole hollow shaft needs to be replaced, and the cost is increased; and the anti-torsion support is of a common structure, does not have a limiting and positioning effect, has a single function, needs to be additionally provided with other limiting components, increases the cost and causes a more complex integral structure.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide a split limit type hollow shaft sleeve assembly which can protect the inner core of a hollow shaft without abrasion and has good limit.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the split limiting type hollow shaft sleeve assembly comprises a hollow shaft, a nut and an anti-torsion support, wherein the hollow shaft is internally provided with the hollow shaft, and the anti-torsion support is a hook-shaped anti-torsion support on the side part.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the split position-limiting hollow shaft sleeve assembly of the present invention includes a hollow shaft 5, a nut 2 (which is hexagonal), and an anti-torsion bracket 4, wherein a hollow shaft sleeve 1 (which is made of a plastic material and the top of which is exposed outside the hollow shaft) is installed in the hollow shaft 5 (which is made of a metal material), and the anti-torsion bracket 4 is an anti-torsion bracket with a hook-shaped side portion (i.e., the cross-section of the anti-torsion bracket 4 is in an "L" shape or a "7" shape). The nut 2 and the anti-torsion support 4 are respectively sleeved on the upper portion and the middle portion of the hollow shaft 5 correspondingly.

The transmission shaft of the transmission device is directly in sleeved contact with the hollow shaft sleeve 1 in the hollow shaft 5, and the hollow shaft sleeve is worn by movement without affecting the long-term use of the hollow shaft.

The corrugated elastic washer 3 is arranged on the hollow shaft 5 and between the nut 2 and the anti-torque bracket 4, so that the limiting strength and the anti-torque strength of the anti-torque bracket are further increased.
