Background

In the field of machining, some products (such as the pressure filter used on the gearbox of the motor vehicle, which is aimed at by the invention) need to be dried by using a chain plate type drying oven, and the dried products are cooled in the atmosphere when cooled. The drying mode has the following defects: since the cooling is in the atmosphere, the cooling time is difficult to control; the occupied area is large, and a special cooling area needs to be added; the recovery device without the tray needs to be added with the delivery of a specially-assigned person, so that the working efficiency is reduced, and the labor cost is increased. The existing drying mode chain plate type oven can also cause the phenomenon of insufficient drying of products, which affects the cleanliness of the products, and when the products are used in a motor vehicle fuel system, the oil nozzle of an engine can be blocked, which causes quality accidents.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an automatic suspension type drying and cooling device for three-dimensional drying and cooling.

In order to realize the aim, the automatic suspension type drying and cooling device comprises a drying box and a plurality of trays, wherein a drying chamber positioned at the upper part and a cooling chamber positioned at the lower part are vertically and separately arranged in the drying box; the left opening and the right opening are oppositely arranged on the left and the right of the lower part of the cooling chamber;

a feeding conveyor belt mechanism is arranged at the left opening and is used for conveying products to be dried into the drying box from the outside of the drying box;

a discharging conveyor belt mechanism is arranged at the right opening and is used for conveying the dried products out of the drying box from the drying box; the feeding directions of the feeding conveyor belt mechanism and the discharging conveyor belt mechanism are from left to right;

the feeding conveyor belt mechanism and the discharging conveyor belt mechanism have the same structure and respectively comprise a driving roller, a driven roller and a conveyor belt wound between the driving roller and the driven roller,

a conveying chain mechanism is arranged in the drying box, the conveying chain mechanism comprises a plurality of driven chain wheels, at least one driving chain wheel and conveying chains wound on the driven chain wheels and the driving chain wheels, a plurality of hooks are uniformly arranged on the conveying chains at intervals along the length direction of the conveying chains, the top ends of the hooks are hinged on the conveying chains, and the hook parts of the hooks are positioned at the bottom ends of the hooks;

a conveying opening for a conveying chain and a tray to pass through is formed between the drying chamber and the cooling chamber, the conveying chain passes through the conveying opening, the bottom of the conveying chain is positioned at the middle lower part of the cooling chamber, and the top of the conveying chain is positioned at the top of the drying chamber; the left part of the conveying chain is a rising part, and the right part of the conveying chain is a falling part;

the tray comprises a horizontal carrier plate for carrying products and a vertical hanging plate connected to the horizontal carrier plate, and hook holes matched with the hook parts of the hooks are formed in the top of the vertical hanging plate;

the blanking end of the conveying belt of the feeding conveying belt mechanism is positioned at the bottom end of the ascending part of the conveying chain, and the feeding end of the conveying belt of the discharging conveying belt mechanism is positioned at the bottom end of the descending part of the conveying chain.

The horizontal carrier plate is provided with a plurality of grooves matched with the products.

The bottom end of each hook is provided with two hook parts; the top of the vertical hanging plate of each tray is provided with two hook holes corresponding to the hook parts of the hooks.

The right side of the discharge conveyor belt mechanism is provided with a right material receiving and feeding mechanism, the right material receiving and feeding mechanism comprises a right lifting device, and the right lifting device is provided with a tray positioning mechanism;

the tray positioning mechanism comprises a pair of positioning cylinders arranged on the material receiving platform, the pair of positioning cylinders are positioned on the front side and the rear side of a conveyor belt of the material receiving and conveying conveyor belt mechanism, and extension rods of the pair of positioning cylinders correspond to trays borne on the conveyor belt of the material receiving and conveying conveyor belt mechanism.

The left side of the feeding conveyor belt mechanism is provided with a left material receiving and feeding mechanism which comprises a left lifting device,

the left lifting device and the right lifting device have the same structure;

the material receiving platform of the left material receiving and feeding mechanism is provided with a high position and a low position under the driving of the power device;

when the material receiving table of the left material receiving and feeding mechanism is positioned at a high position, the right end of the conveyor belt of the material receiving and feeding conveyor belt mechanism is adjacent to the left end of the conveyor belt of the feeding conveyor belt mechanism and is positioned on the same horizontal plane;

when the material receiving table of the left material receiving and feeding mechanism is positioned at a low position, the right end of the conveying belt of the material receiving and feeding conveying belt mechanism is adjacent to the left end of the conveying belt of the material returning conveying belt mechanism and is positioned on the same horizontal plane.

The bases of the left lifting device and the right lifting device are respectively provided with a guide hole, a guide rod is inserted in the guide holes in a sliding manner, and the upper end of the guide rod is fixedly connected with the material receiving platform.

The left material receiving and feeding mechanism, the feeding conveyor belt mechanism, the conveying chain mechanism, the discharging conveyor belt mechanism, the right material receiving and feeding mechanism and the feed back conveyor belt mechanism form a complete tray circulation path.

The invention has the following advantages:

by adopting the structure of the invention, the drying chamber and the cooling position are changed from the prior horizontal layout into the vertical layout, the cooling area does not need to occupy the floor independently, the floor space is greatly saved, and the floor area is reduced by 70 percent. The cooling area is changed into a cooling chamber enclosed in the drying box from the original structure opened in the environment, so that the temperature of the cooling chamber is convenient to regulate and control, and a foundation is provided for controlling the cooling time.

The top ends of the hooks are hinged on the conveying chain, so that after the hooks hook the tray, the hooks always keep the hinged point at the upper part and the hook part at the lower part under the action of the weight of the tray and the product, and the tray is kept in a horizontal state.

The arrangement of the grooves not only enables the horizontal carrier plate of the tray to stably bear products, but also enables the placement positions of the products on the tray to be fixed.

The two hook parts hook the two hook holes, so that the horizontal carrier plate for keeping the tray can be kept in a horizontal state in work. The arrangement of the guide holes and the guide rods ensures that the receiving platform keeps a horizontal state in the lifting process.

The left material receiving and feeding mechanism, the feeding conveyor belt mechanism, the conveying chain mechanism, the discharging conveyor belt mechanism, the right material receiving and feeding mechanism and the material returning conveyor belt mechanism form a complete tray circulation path, the products are dried up and cooled down in the continuous circulation process of the tray, stable conditions are provided for the industrial robot to take away the cooled products, and a worker for moving the tray back to the left material receiving and feeding mechanism is saved.

By adopting the invention, the problem of cleanliness caused by the fact that glue solution is not dry due to insufficient drying and cooling of products is avoided, the unqualified products are prevented from flowing out, and the quality problem of blockage of an engine oil nozzle caused by cleanliness of the products (pressure filter) is effectively solved.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the automatic suspension type drying and cooling device of the present invention comprises a drying box 1 and a plurality of trays 2, wherein a drying chamber 3 located at the upper part and a cooling chamber 4 located at the lower part are arranged in the drying box 1 in a vertically separated manner; the left opening 5 and the right opening 6 are oppositely arranged on the left and the right of the lower part of the cooling chamber 4;

a horizontally arranged feeding conveyor belt mechanism 7 is arranged at the left opening 5, and the feeding conveyor belt mechanism 7 is used for conveying a product to be dried into the drying box 1 from the outside of the drying box 1;

a horizontally arranged discharging conveyor belt mechanism 8 is arranged at the right opening 6, and the discharging conveyor belt mechanism 8 is used for conveying the dried product out of the drying box 1 from the drying box 1; the feeding directions of the feeding conveyor belt mechanism 7 and the discharging conveyor belt mechanism 8 are from left to right;

a conveying opening 18 for a conveying chain 16 and the trays 2 to pass through is arranged between the drying chamber 3 and the cooling chamber 4, the conveying chain 16 passes through the conveying opening 18, the bottom of the conveying chain 16 is positioned at the middle lower part of the cooling chamber 4, and the top of the conveying chain 16 is positioned at the top of the drying chamber 3; the left part of the conveying chain 16 is a rising part 161, and the right part of the conveying chain 16 is a falling part 162;

the tray 2 comprises a horizontal carrier plate 19 for carrying products and a vertical hanging plate 20 connected to the horizontal carrier plate 19, and hook holes 21 matched with the hook parts of the hooks 17 are formed in the top of the vertical hanging plate 20;

the blanking end of the conveyor belt 11 of the infeed conveyor mechanism 7 is located at the bottom end of the rising portion 161 of the conveyor chain 16, and the feeding end of the conveyor belt 11 of the outfeed conveyor mechanism 8 is located at the bottom end of the falling portion 162 of the conveyor chain 16.

The conveyor belt mechanism and the conveyor chain mechanism are conventional technologies, and detailed description is omitted. By adopting the structure of the invention, the drying chamber 3 and the cooling position are changed from the prior horizontal layout into the vertical layout, the cooling area does not need to occupy the ground independently, and the occupied space is greatly saved. The cooling area is changed from the prior structure of opening in the environment to the cooling chamber 4 enclosed in the drying box 1, so that the temperature of the cooling chamber 4 is convenient to regulate and control, and a foundation is provided for controlling the cooling time. A heating device (e.g., an electric heating device) is disposed in the drying chamber 3, which is a conventional technique and will not be described in detail.

The top end of each hook 17 is hinged on the conveying chain, so that after the hook 17 hooks the tray 2, under the action of the weight of the tray 2 and the product, the hook 17 always keeps the hinged point at the upper part and the hook part at the lower part, and the tray 2 is kept in a horizontal state.

The horizontal carrier plate 19 is provided with a plurality of recesses adapted to the products 22. The arrangement of the grooves not only enables the horizontal carrier plate 19 of the tray 2 to carry the products 22 more stably, but also enables the placement positions of the products 22 on the tray 2 to be fixed.

The bottom end of each hook 17 is provided with two hook parts 23 and forms a W-shaped hook 17; the top of the vertical hanging plate 20 of each tray 2 is provided with two hook holes 21 corresponding to the hook part 23 of the hook 17.

The provision of two hook portions 23 hooking the two hook holes 21 facilitates the maintenance of the horizontal carrier plate 19 of the tray 2 in a horizontal position during operation.

A right material receiving and feeding mechanism 24 is arranged on the right side of the discharge conveyor belt mechanism 8, the right material receiving and feeding mechanism 24 comprises a right lifting device, and a tray 2 positioning mechanism is arranged on the right lifting device;

the right lifting device comprises a base 25, a power device 26 is installed on the base 25, the power device 26 is an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder or an electric push rod, the power device 26 is provided with an upward extending rod 27, the top end of the extending rod 27 is connected with a receiving platform 28, a receiving and feeding conveyor belt mechanism 29 is arranged on the receiving platform 28, and a conveyor belt 11 of the receiving and feeding conveyor belt mechanism 29 is arranged along the left-right direction;

when the receiving platform 28 of the right receiving and feeding mechanism 24 is positioned at a high position, the left end of the conveyor belt of the receiving and feeding conveyor belt mechanism 29 is adjacent to the right end of the conveyor belt of the discharging conveyor belt mechanism 8 and is positioned at the same horizontal plane;

when the receiving platform 28 of the right receiving and feeding mechanism 24 is located at a low position, the left end of the conveyor belt of the receiving and feeding conveyor belt mechanism 29 is adjacent to the right end of the conveyor belt of the return conveyor belt mechanism 30 and is located at the same horizontal plane;

the tray 2 positioning mechanism includes a pair of positioning cylinders 31 provided on the material receiving table 28, the pair of positioning cylinders 31 being located on the front and rear sides of the conveyor belt 11 of the material receiving and conveying conveyor mechanism 29 and the extension bars 27 of the pair of positioning cylinders 31 corresponding to the trays 2 carried on the conveyor belt of the material receiving and conveying conveyor mechanism 29 (corresponding to the positions where the trays 2 pass on the conveyor belt of the material receiving and conveying conveyor mechanism 29).

The tray 2 positioning mechanism can clamp the tray 2 through the action of the pair of positioning cylinders 31, so that the tray 2 is positioned, and stable conditions are provided for the industrial robot to take down the product 22 loaded on the tray 2 for further processing.

The right material receiving and feeding mechanism 24 can receive the dried and cooled product 22 and the tray 2 carrying the product 22, and after the product 22 carried on the tray 2 is taken down by the industrial robot, the empty tray 2 is lowered by the action of the power device 26. After the receiving platform 28 descends to a low position, the conveyor belt 11 of the receiving and feeding conveyor belt mechanism 29 is controlled to rotate reversely, the tray 2 is conveyed to the conveyor belt 11 of the return conveyor belt mechanism 30, the return conveyor belt mechanism 30 conveys the tray 2 to the left opening 5 for reuse, and the tray 2 can be returned and reused without manual operation.

when the receiving platform 28 of the left receiving and feeding mechanism 32 is located at a high position, the right end of the conveyor belt of the receiving and feeding conveyor belt mechanism 29 is adjacent to the left end of the conveyor belt of the feeding conveyor belt mechanism 7 and is located on the same horizontal plane;

when the receiving platform 28 of the left receiving and feeding mechanism 32 is located at a low position, the right end of the conveyor belt of the receiving and feeding conveyor belt mechanism 29 is adjacent to and located at the same horizontal plane as the left end of the conveyor belt of the return conveyor belt mechanism 30.

Guide holes 33 are formed in the bases 25 of the left lifting device and the right lifting device, guide rods 34 are inserted in the guide holes 33 in a sliding mode, and the upper ends of the guide rods 34 are fixedly connected with the material receiving platform 28. The guide holes 33 and the guide bars 34 are preferably provided in two sets symmetrically with respect to the protruding bar 27.

When the tray 2 works, the left material receiving and feeding mechanism 32, the feeding conveyor belt mechanism 7, the conveying chain mechanism, the discharging conveyor belt mechanism 8, the right material receiving and feeding mechanism 24 and the material returning and conveying belt mechanism 30 form a complete tray circulating path, and the time of one circle of circulation of the tray 2 is set to be one hour.

At the left material receiving and feeding mechanism 32, when the material receiving table 28 of the left material receiving and feeding mechanism 32 is at a high position, the industrial robots put the products 22 into the grooves on the tray 2 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The conveying direction of the conveyor belt 11 of the receiving and feeding conveyor belt mechanism 29 of the left lifting device is from left to right at this time, and the tray 2 containing the products 22 is conveyed to the conveyor belt 11 of the feeding conveyor belt mechanism 7. The feeding conveyor mechanism 7 conveys the tray 2 and the products 22 to the right to the bottom end of the ascending part 161 of the conveyor chain 16, the hook parts 23 of the hooks 17 on the conveyor chain 16 hook the hook holes 21 on the vertical hanging plates 20 of the tray 2 in the rotating process of the conveyor chain 16, so that the tray 2 and the products 22 carried by the tray 2 ascend with the ascending part 161 of the conveyor chain 16 and enter the drying chamber 3, the tray 2 is dried in the process of passing through the drying chamber 3 with the conveyor chain 16, and the dried products 22 enter the cooling chamber 4 with the tray 2 and the descending part 162 of the conveyor chain 16 downwards. The product 22 is cooled during passage through the cooling chamber 4. Since the cooling chamber 4 is not an open-type cooling region in the related art, it is easier to control the temperature therein (for example, blow cold air into the cooling chamber 4 using an air conditioner) and sufficiently cool the product 22 within a designed cooling time (a time during which the tray 2 passes through the cooling chamber 4).

The cooled product 22 falls on the feeding end of the conveyor belt 11 of the discharge conveyor mechanism 8 and is conveyed to the right along with the conveyor belt 11 of the discharge conveyor mechanism 8 to the conveyor belt 11 in the right receiving and feeding mechanism 24. The conveying direction of the receiving and feeding conveyor belt mechanism 29 is controlled from left to right, so that the tray 2 loaded with the cooled products 22 moves onto the conveyor belt 11 of the receiving and feeding conveyor belt mechanism 29.

A pair of positioning cylinders 31, which now activate the positioning mechanism of the pallet 2, grip the pallet 2 on the conveyor belt 11 of the take-up conveyor mechanism 29 and the product 22 on the pallet 2 is then removed and moved away by the industrial robot for subsequent processing of the product 22.

After the product 22 is removed, the extension bar 27 of the power device 26 of the right lifting device is controlled to retract downwards, so that the receiving platform 28 of the right lifting device moves downwards to a low position, and the left end of the conveyor belt 11 of the receiving and sending conveyor belt mechanism 29 is adjacent to and at the same horizontal plane as the right end of the conveyor belt 11 of the return conveyor belt mechanism 30. The conveyor belt 11 of the receiving conveyor mechanism 29 is controlled to run in reverse, and the empty pallet 2 is transferred to the conveyor belt 11 of the return conveyor mechanism 30. The empty tray 2 moves leftwards to the left material receiving and feeding mechanism 32 along with the conveyor belt 11 of the material returning conveyor belt mechanism 30; the extension bar 27 of the power device 26 of the left lifting device retracts downwards, so that the receiving platform 28 of the left lifting device moves downwards to a low position, and the right end of the conveyor belt 11 of the receiving and sending conveyor belt mechanism 29 is adjacent to and positioned at the same horizontal plane with the left end of the conveyor belt 11 of the return conveyor belt mechanism 30.

The conveyor belt 11 of the receiving and feeding conveyor belt mechanism 29 is controlled to run reversely, the empty tray 2 is moved to the left to be conveyed back to the conveyor belt 11 in the left receiving and feeding mechanism 32, the receiving platform 28 of the left lifting device is controlled to move upwards to a high position, a complete circulation of the tray 2 is completed, the next batch of products 22 are placed into the groove on the tray 2 by the industrial robot, and the next circulation of the tray 2 is started.

The present invention repeats the above cycle of the tray 2 and continues the drying operation of the product 22.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: modifications and equivalents may be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention and it is intended to cover in the claims the invention as defined in the appended claims.
