A side of the shell 1 is provided with a second sucking disc 29, the second sucking disc 29 is located on one side of the limiting device far away from the shell 1, and the shell 1 can be adsorbed on a wall or a vertical plate through the second sucking disc 29.

The annular fixture block 27 is provided with a semi-annular cavity which has the same rotation center with the fixture block 27; the elastic performance of the material of the fixture block 27 is increased from the outer diameter to the inner diameter; the semi-annular cavity is used for filling sundries to reduce the inner diameter of the annular fixture block 27, so that the clamping tightness of the fixture block 27 and the data line body 24 is improved.

By adopting the above technical scheme, the arc shape of the semi-annular cavity exceeds the semi-arc shape, after the clamping block 27 is used for clamping the data line body 24 for a long time, the clamping tightness between the clamping block 27 and the data line body 24 is gradually reduced, in order to ensure the clamping tightness between the clamping block 27 and the data line body 24, the thickness of the semi-annular cavity can be increased by filling paper, sand or other sundries into the semi-annular cavity, because the elastic property of the material of the clamping block 27 is increased from the outer diameter to the inner diameter, the elasticity of the inner ring of the clamping block 27 is larger and easier to deform, so that the thickness of the semi-annular cavity is increased more towards the inner diameter of the clamping block 27, the inner diameter of the clamping block 27 is reduced, the clamping tightness between the clamping block 27 and the data line body 24 can be improved, and the binding force of the clamping block 27, the elastic band 28 and the, the mobile phone 25 can be more safely bound, and the safety of the mobile phone 25 is improved.
