The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The invention is described in more detail in the following paragraphs by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a novel machine tool fixture for adjusting a machining inclination angle of a pump head body, which includes a fixing member 1, a rotating assembly 2, a locking member 3 and a cushion block 4.

The fixing member 1 includes a fixing body 11 and a fixing adjustment plate 12, the fixing plate 11 has a connecting portion 111, the fixing adjustment plate 12 is vertically connected to the fixing body 11, an arc-shaped guide groove 12a is formed on the fixing adjustment plate 12, and a circle center of the arc-shaped guide groove 12a is located at the connecting portion 111.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the fixing main body 11 is a fixing plate 11 detachably mounted on the machine tool platform a, wherein the fixing plate 11 and the machine tool platform can be detachably connected through a bolt, and can also be clamped through a clamping matching structure, and the detachable connection between the fixing plate 11 and the machine tool platform can facilitate the machine tool clamp to be detached at any time and used for other machine tools; the connection parts 111 and the fixed adjustment plates 12 are located at both ends of the fixed plate 11, respectively.

It can be understood that, the fixing main body is specifically a fixing plate or a fixing block or other fixing structures, which do not actually affect the protection scope of the embodiment of the present invention, and the specific positions of the connecting portion and the fixing adjusting plate on the fixing main body may also be determined and designed according to the actual situation, and do not constitute the specific limitation of the embodiment.

The rotating assembly 2 is used as a part rotatably arranged on the fixing member 1 and comprises a clamp main body 21, a rotating shaft 22 and a movable adjusting plate 23, wherein the clamp main body 21 is rotatably arranged on the connecting part 111 through the rotating shaft 22, the axial direction of the rotating shaft 22 is vertical to the plane of the arc-shaped guide groove 12a, and the clamp main body 21 is provided with an installation area 21a for installing a workpiece to be processed; the movable adjusting plate 23 is fixedly connected to the clamp body 21 and arranged parallel to the fixed adjusting plate 12, and one end of the movable adjusting plate 23, which is far away from the clamp body 21, is movably connected to the arc-shaped guide groove 12 a.

In this embodiment, for better determining the rotation angle of the fixed adjusting plate 12 and the movable adjusting plate 23, the fixed adjusting plate 12 and the movable adjusting plate 23 are both arc-shaped plates, and arc-shaped guide holes 23a matched with the corresponding arc-shaped guide grooves 12a are formed on the movable adjusting plate 23.

The locking member 3 is mounted on the fixed adjusting plate 12 and used for locking the movable adjusting plate 23 on the fixed adjusting plate 12, preferably, the locking member 3 is a set screw 3, and the set screw 3 passes through the arc-shaped guide hole 23a and is connected with the arc-shaped guide groove 12 a.

In order to accurately obtain the rotation angle of the clamp body 21 relative to the fixed body 11, the fixed adjusting plate 12 is provided with scales 121 corresponding to the arc-shaped guide groove 12a, the inclination degree of a workpiece to be processed can be visually adjusted according to the scales 121, human errors can be greatly reduced, and the processing quality is ensured; in order to prevent the workpiece to be machined on the jig main body 21 from being separated from the jig main body 21, the opening angle of the arc-shaped guide groove 12a is generally not greater than 90 °.

Specifically, the main body 21 includes a first rotating plate 211, a second rotating plate 212 and a hinge portion 213, the first rotating plate 211 and the second rotating plate 212 are fixedly connected to the hinge portion 213 at an included angle, the hinge portion 213 is hinged to the connecting portion 111 through a rotating shaft 22, the movable adjusting plate 23 is fixedly connected to one side of the second rotating plate 212 far away from the first rotating plate 211, and the mounting area 21a is located between the first rotating plate 211 and the second rotating plate 212.

In order to prevent the clamp body 21 from being locked firmly in the predetermined position by means of the set screw 3 alone, a spacer 4 is interposed between the lower side of the first rotation plate 211 and the machine bed a in the present embodiment.

Preferably, in the present embodiment, the included angle between the first mounting plate 211 and the second mounting plate 212 is 90 °.

In order to ensure that the workpiece to be machined is stably mounted on the fixture main body 21, the fixture main body 21 further includes a limiting member 214, and the limiting member 214 is mounted on the fixture main body 21 and is used for limiting the workpiece to be machined in the mounting area 21 a.

The limiting member 214 includes a plurality of limiting blocks 2141, a plurality of rotating wheels 2412, and a plurality of studs 2143, and preferably, in this embodiment, the limiting member includes four limiting blocks 2141, four studs 2412, and four rotating wheels 2143.

Two strip-shaped guide grooves 21b are formed in the two ends of the first rotating plate 21 and the second rotating plate 22 along the length direction of the rotating shaft in a corresponding mode respectively, four limit blocks 2141 are arranged in the four strip-shaped guide grooves 21b in a corresponding and adjustable sliding mode respectively, the installation area 21a is an area formed in the middle of the four limit blocks 2141 in a limiting mode, specifically, a threaded hole is formed in one end, away from the installation area 21a, of each strip-shaped guide groove 21b, four screw bolts 2142 are connected into the threaded hole in a corresponding mode respectively, each screw bolt 2142 stretches into the corresponding limit block 2141 in the abutting mode of one end of each strip-shaped guide groove 21b, and a rotating wheel 214.

The rotating wheel 2143 rotates to drive the stud 2142 to axially move in the threaded hole, and the limiting block 2141 can be pushed to move in the corresponding strip-shaped guide groove 21 b.

The limiting of the limiting block 2141 and the limiting plate 2145 can effectively prevent the end face position of the workpiece to be machined from being blocked during limiting, and can also be used for machining inclined end faces.

It can be understood that the number of the limiting blocks, the rotating wheel, the stud, the limiting columns, the limiting plates and the adjusting nuts is only one preferred implementation mode, and in practical use, a user can increase or decrease the number of the limiting blocks, the rotating wheel, the stud, the limiting columns, the limiting plates and the adjusting nuts appropriately according to needs so as to enable a workpiece to be machined to be stable and limited.

The following describes the specific operation of the present embodiment in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5 by taking the processing of the plunger pump head body 200 as an example.

Firstly, loosening the set screw 3, rotating the clamp main body 21 to enable the clamp main body 21 to be at an initial position, then placing the plunger pump head body 200 in the mounting area 21a, namely, between a right-angle included angle formed by the first mounting plate 211 and the second mounting plate 212, then rotating the rotating wheels 2145 at two ends to enable the limiting blocks 2141 at two ends to clamp the plunger pump head body 200 together, then enabling the limiting column 2144 to penetrate through the plunger pump head body 200, mounting the limiting plate 2145 and the adjusting nut, and ensuring that the limiting plate 2145 is stably abutted to the plunger pump head body 200, so that the plunger pump head body 200 is firmly limited on the clamp main body; then, the fixture body 21 is rotated, the rotation angle of the fixture body is recorded through the scales, when the rotation angle is consistent with the machining angle of the plunger pump head body 200, the set screw is screwed down, the cushion block 4 is filled at the lower end of the first mounting plate 211, and machining can be started, when the machining part needs to be replaced, the limiting part 214 is loosened, the plunger pump head body 200 is taken down, and the angle of the fixture body 21 is adjusted after the fixture body is remounted and limited.
