a washing unit (1) for washing the biomass to obtain washed matter and washed biomass;

a rinsing unit (2) for rinsing the washed biomass to obtain the washed matter and the rinsed biomass;

the washed matter is used as a biogas material for generating biogas.

2. The biomass fuel pretreatment device according to claim 1, further comprising:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of biomass fuel preparation, in particular to biomass fuel pretreatment equipment and a biomass fuel pretreatment method.

Background

Due to the high content of alkali metal K in the biomass, the ash melting point is low. Cl in the biomass has a corrosion effect, and the biomass, particularly straws, is not pretreated to cause alkali metal elements to be separated out, and coking, slagging, corrosion on heat energy equipment and the like are caused in the combustion process to influence the combustion effect. S and N in the biomass fuel can generate sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide after being combusted, and the cost of follow-up pollutant treatment can be increased in areas with strict boiler atmospheric pollutant emission control. Part of ash in the fuel comes from soil carried in the biomass collecting process, and the ash is non-combustible, so that the unit heat value of the fuel is reduced, and the combustion is influenced to a certain degree. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a biomass fuel pretreatment apparatus and method, which can wash out organic matters in biomass, remove impurities, and increase the specific heat value of fuel. The potassium, chlorine, sulfur and nitrogen which have influence on the fuel combustion are removed by water washing, the fuel quality is improved, no slag and coking are generated in the combustion process, a stove is not corroded, and high-quality fuel is output to a user. The washed material flow is used as a part of the biogas raw material, and is finally returned to the field as a fertilizer after anaerobic fermentation, thereby completing the ecological cycle of resources.

Objects of the invention

The invention aims to provide a biomass fuel pretreatment device and a biomass fuel pretreatment method, which are used for influencing the contents of K, Cl, S, N and ash in a biofuel and avoiding the problems of boiler coking, slagging, corrosion and the like in the fuel process.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the following detailed description. It should be understood that the description is intended to be exemplary only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Moreover, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present invention.

In the drawings there is shown a schematic representation of an embodiment in accordance with the invention. The figures are not drawn to scale and certain details may be omitted. The various regions shown in the figures and their relative sizes and positional relationships are merely exemplary, and deviations may occur in practice due to manufacturing tolerances or technical limitations, and a person skilled in the art may additionally design regions/layers having different shapes, sizes and relative positions according to the actual requirements.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a biomass fuel pretreatment device according to a first embodiment of the present application.

In a first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided a biomass fuel pretreatment apparatus including a washing unit 1 and a rinsing unit 2. The washing unit 1 is used for washing the biomass to obtain washed objects and washed biomass; a rinsing unit 2, configured to rinse the washed biomass to obtain the washed matter and the rinsed biomass; the rinsed biomass is used as a material for preparing biomass fuel; the washed matter is used as marsh gas material for generating marsh gas or returned to the field directly.

The biogas material is derived from biomass used for preparing the biomass fuel, so that the preparation cost of the biogas is reduced, and the coupling of the pretreatment of the biomass fuel and the generation of the biogas is realized. And the washing matter also comprises elements such as K, Cl, S, N and the like which have influence on the combustion of the biomass fuel, so that the quality of the biomass fuel can be improved, and the biomass fuel does not form slag and coke in the combustion process and does not corrode a furnace.

The biomass is washed and rinsed using deionized water as the water wash. After the biomass is washed, K, Cl, S, N and other elements which are easy to dissolve and have influence on the combustion of the biomass fuel are dissolved in water washing liquid, and the miscellaneous soil on the biomass is separated from the biomass; the biomass is rinsed after being washed, so that the separation effect of the biomass and washed objects can be improved.

In some embodiments, the biomass fuel pretreatment apparatus further comprises a heating unit. The heating unit is used for heating the washing unit 1, so that the temperature in the washing unit 1 is kept at a preset temperature.

In some embodiments, the washing unit 1 comprises a stirring unit. The stirring unit is used for stirring and washing the biomass in a preset proportion for multiple times at preset time intervals, so that the water washing liquid and the biomass are fully contacted and mixed, and the impurity removing effect is improved.

In some embodiments, the biomass fuel pretreatment device further comprises a settling unit. The settling unit is used for standing the water washing liquid in the washing unit 1 and the rinsing unit 2, the washed objects are settled in the settling unit, and the water washing liquid positioned at the upper part of the settling unit flows back to the washing unit 1 and is used for washing the biomass.

In some embodiments, the biomass fuel pretreatment apparatus further comprises an extrusion unit. The extrusion unit is used for physically extruding the rinsed biomass to reduce the water content of the rinsed biomass, so that the rinsed biomass reaches the preset water content.

The rinsed biomass has more moisture, which can greatly weaken the drying effect and increase the drying cost, so the biomass after being washed is physically extruded to reduce the moisture content of the biomass and ensure that the moisture content of the extruded biomass is 40-60%.

In another embodiment of the present application, the biomass is agitated and washed a predetermined proportion of the biomass at predetermined intervals for a plurality of times within the washing unit 1 to achieve primary separation of the biomass from the wash-off. Wherein, the water washing liquid can be added with deionized water. The washing unit 1 may employ a tapered washing tank; the stirring can be carried out by a stirring device, such as a washing drum, a stirrer and the like, and can also be carried out by manual stirring; the preset interval is 10-30 minutes, such as 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and 30 minutes; the mass ratio of the biomass to the water washing liquid is 1:60-80, such as 1:60, 1:70 and 1: 80; washing for 1-5 minutes, e.g., 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 4 minutes, and 5 minutes, with each stirring; other factors such as stirring speed are not limited, so that the washing conditions can be used for stirring and washing.

The heating is continued during the washing of the biomass to maintain the washing liquid at a predetermined temperature of 30 to 90 deg.c, for example, 30 deg.c, 40 deg.c, 50 deg.c, 60 deg.c, 70 deg.c, 80 deg.c and 90 deg.c, to provide a good temperature for separating the biomass and the washed matter, and to improve the separation effect.

The biogas can provide a heat source for the heating unit through combustion heat production, and the biomass fuel can also provide a heat source for the heating unit through combustion heat production.

The washed biomass is transferred to a rinsing device for rinsing, so that the biomass is separated from the washed matter again, and the separation effect is improved.

And transferring the water washing liquid subjected to multiple washing and rinsing to a settling unit, wherein the settling unit is used for standing the water washing liquid, and the water washing liquid comprises impurities, such as sand, ash and K, Cl, S, N and the like which are dissolved in water and influence the quality of the biomass fuel. And in the sedimentation process, the washed objects are settled to the bottom of the sedimentation unit, and clear liquid at the upper part of the sedimentation unit is taken to flow back to the washing unit 1 and the rinsing unit 2 so as to provide a water source for washing or rinsing the biomass. The clear liquid on the upper part of the sedimentation unit firstly flows back to the washing unit 1, the elements such as K, Cl, S, N and the like are still dissolved in the clear liquid on the upper part of the sedimentation unit, but the clear liquid does not reach the saturation value and can still be reused as the washing liquid, and when the elements such as K, Cl, S, N and the like in the washing liquid reach the saturation value, the new washing liquid is replaced for washing.

The washed biomass is dewatered by a physical squeezing device, so that the moisture content of the biomass is 40-60%, such as 40%, 50% and 60%, and the moisture content of the biomass is preferably 50%, so as to facilitate subsequent drying. The temperature and pressure at which the material is extruded are not limited.

Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for pretreating biomass fuel according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, there is provided a biomass fuel pretreatment method including:

s100, washing the biomass to obtain washed objects and washed biomass;

s200, rinsing the washed biomass to obtain the washed matter and the rinsed biomass; the rinsed biomass is used as a material for preparing biomass fuel; the washed matter is used as a biogas material for generating biogas.

In some embodiments, the biomass fuel pretreatment method further comprises: heating the biomass in washing to wash the biomass at a temperature of 30-90 ℃. For example, 30 ℃, 40 ℃, 50 ℃, 60 ℃, 70 ℃, 80 ℃ and 90 ℃ provide good temperature for separating biomass and washing-off substances, and improve the separation effect.

In some embodiments, the time interval is 10-30 minutes, such as 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and 30 minutes; and stirring and washing the biomass with the mass ratio of the biomass resource to the water washing liquid of 1:60-80 for multiple times to separate washed substances and the biomass. E.g., 1:60, 1:70 and 1; 80. washing for 1-5 minutes, e.g., 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 4 minutes, and 5 minutes, with each stirring; other factors such as stirring speed are not limited, so that the washing conditions can be used for stirring and washing.

In some embodiments, the biomass fuel pretreatment method further comprises: and standing the washed and rinsed water washing liquid to enable the washed objects to be settled, and refluxing the water washing liquid positioned at the upper parts of the washed objects to be used for washing the biomass.

In some embodiments, the biomass fuel pretreatment method further comprises: and physically extruding the rinsed biomass to reduce the water content of the rinsed biomass, so that the water content of the rinsed biomass is 40-60%. E.g., 40%, 50%, and 60%, the moisture content of the biomass is preferably 50% to facilitate subsequent drying. The temperature and pressure at which the material is extruded are not limited.
