Background

The electronic water pump for the automobile is a key device used as a water circulation and cooling system or an on-vehicle water supply system on special vehicles such as new energy automobiles, motor homes and the like at present. Mainly comprises a magnetic transmission mechanism and a brushless direct current motor connected with the magnetic transmission mechanism.

The common electronic water pump for the automobile on the market at present has the following defects:

1) the shell is usually assembled with the engine shell integrally, and the structure is complicated and cannot be independently arranged and transferred. The whole structure is not simplified, and the peripheral diameter is larger.

) The water pump impeller is driven by the output shaft of the brushless direct current motor to keep high-speed operation, the rotating speed of the water pump impeller cannot be effectively controlled according to the temperature of the cooling liquid, and therefore stepped circulation of the flow rate and the flow speed of the cooling liquid cannot be achieved, energy consumption is high, and energy is not saved.

In addition, when the existing water pump operates, the problem that cooling liquid is easy to leak into a rear brushless direct current motor exists, and the problem that the motor part of the water pump is easy to break down cannot be effectively solved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to: the speed-adjustable water pump for the automobile can effectively control the rotating speed of the impeller of the water pump according to the temperature of cooling liquid so as to realize stepped circulation of the flow rate and the flow speed of the cooling liquid, save energy, and has a compact structure and can be independently arranged relative to an engine.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a speed adjustable water pump for automobile comprises a magnetic transmission mechanism and a speed adjustable device connected with the magnetic transmission mechanism, and is characterized in that the magnetic transmission mechanism comprises a pump head shell provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, an outer magnetic ring sleeve and an inner magnetic ring sleeve which are arranged in the pump head shell and separated by a non-metal separation sleeve, and an impeller is fixed on the inner magnetic ring sleeve; the speed-adjustable device comprises a connecting shell fixed with the pump head shell, a shaft connecting bearing which is assembled in the connecting shell and the front end of which is fixed with the outer magnetic ring sleeve, a belt pulley which is arranged at the periphery of the connecting shell through a bearing and a coil assembly which is embedded in the belt pulley; a magnet fixing disc is fixed on the shaft connecting bearing, a friction disc is connected onto the magnet fixing disc through a plane spring, a sucking disc positioned between the coil assembly and the friction disc is fixed on the belt pulley, and a circle of permanent magnet is fixed on one surface of the magnet fixing disc, which is back to the friction disc, along the circumference; the induction driving disk is embedded with an iron ring which is mutually induced with a circle of permanent magnets on the magnet fixing disk.

Furthermore, the outer ring of the shaft connecting bearing is in interference fit with the inner circumference of the connecting shell, the connecting flange plate is provided with a central hole, the connecting flange plate is sleeved on the shaft of the shaft connecting bearing through the central hole and is in interference fit with the shaft, and the magnet fixing disc is fixed on the connecting flange plate through a screw.

Furthermore, a shaft positioning bracket is formed on the inner side of the pump head shell, and a positioning hole is formed in the shaft positioning bracket for the front end of the supporting shaft to extend into; the elastic abutting mechanism comprises a multilayer wave spring, a pre-pressing shaft sleeve and a shaft elastic retainer ring, wherein the multilayer wave spring, the pre-pressing shaft sleeve and the shaft elastic retainer ring are positioned between the shaft positioning support and the foremost ceramic ball bearing, the shaft elastic retainer ring is embedded in an embedded groove formed in the supporting shaft, one end of the pre-pressing shaft sleeve abuts against the shaft elastic retainer ring, and the other end of the pre-pressing shaft sleeve abuts against the foremost ceramic ball bearing inner ring through the multilayer wave spring.

Furthermore, a circle of concave seat for inserting the support shaft is formed on the non-metal isolation sleeve, and the support shaft is inserted into the concave seat and is fixed by a support shaft positioning screw axially nailed at the bottom of the concave seat; and the inner ring of the endmost ceramic ball bearing abuts against the front end part of the recess.

The working principle is as follows:

the automobile speed-adjustable water pump of the invention has the function of providing quantitative and constant-pressure cooling liquid for an engine. In the actual working process, the adjustable-speed water pump for the automobile can determine whether the impeller of the automobile runs at full speed or half speed according to the detected water temperature of the engine coolant, and has the function of energy conservation.

Low-speed operation state: when the temperature of the cooling liquid of the engine is detected to be lower than the temperature set by the ECU, the electromagnetic coil in the coil assembly is not electrified, and the belt pulley is driven by the synchronous belt motor to rotate at a high speed, so that the induction driving disc and the iron ring in the induction driving disc also rotate at a high speed. The iron ring rotating at a high speed cuts the magnetic force line of a circle of permanent magnets arranged on the magnet fixing disc to generate eddy current, the eddy current enables the iron ring to be acted by ampere force, meanwhile, the permanent magnets are acted by the reaction force of the ampere force to drive the magnet fixing disc and the shaft coupling bearing to rotate at a lagging low speed, and the rotating speed is about 30-50% of the rotating speed of the belt pulley. Because the impeller is fixed on the inner magnetic ring sleeve which is fixed with the shaft connecting bearing, the impeller rotates at 30-50% of the rotating speed of the belt pulley, and the circulating cooling of low flow and low flow rate of the cooling liquid is realized.

A high-speed operation state: when the temperature of the cooling liquid of the engine reaches the temperature set by the ECU, the electromagnetic coil in the coil assembly is electrified to generate electromagnetic suction force, so that the friction disc is adsorbed to the sucker by overcoming the elasticity of the plane spring, the friction disc, the plane spring, the magnet fixing disc and the shaft connecting bearing rotate at high speed along with the sucker (namely a belt pulley), and the impeller rotates at high speed because the impeller is fixed on the inner magnetic ring sleeve which is fixed with the shaft connecting bearing, thereby realizing the high-flow and high-flow-rate circulating cooling of the cooling liquid.

The invention has the advantages that:

1) the speed-adjustable water pump for the automobile is provided with the speed-adjustable device, so that the rotating speed of the impeller of the water pump can be effectively controlled according to the temperature of the cooling liquid, the stepped circulation of the flow rate and the flow speed of the cooling liquid is realized, and the energy is saved.

) The automobile cooling water pump is different from the traditional automobile cooling water pump, and can be independently assembled and arranged instead of being integrally installed with an engine shell, so that the universal applicability is better. And the magnetic transmission mechanism and the speed-adjustable device connected with the magnetic transmission mechanism are compact in internal structure layout, small in radial size and easy to assemble and transport.

) According to the speed-adjustable water pump for the automobile, the magnetic transmission mechanism adopts the multi-ceramic ball bearing between the supporting shaft and the inner magnetic ring sleeve to replace a sliding bearing which is used in the prior art all the time, the contact form of the bearing and the supporting shaft is changed from whole circular surface contact into multipoint contact, the inner side friction resistance of the bearing is greatly reduced, the service life of the bearing is prolonged, the supporting structure of the multi-ceramic ball bearing can more stably support the impeller to rotate at high speed, and the working stability of the whole electronic water pump for the automobile is further improved.

) The inner magnetic ring sleeve and the outer magnetic ring sleeve in the magnetic transmission mechanism are separated by the non-metal isolation sleeve, so that the fault of leakage of cooling liquid is effectively avoided, and the working reliability of the rear speed-regulating device is greatly improved. And because of the insulating property of the ceramic ball bearing, conductive ions cannot be separated out from the circulating cooling liquid of the hydrogen energy battery which needs strict insulation. Therefore, the ceramic ball bearing can be completely immersed in the cooling liquid, and the ceramic ball bearing can be lubricated by the cooling liquid when immersed in the cooling liquid, so that the ceramic ball bearing has smaller resistance, more flexibility and longer service life.

) In the magnetic transmission mechanism, the supporting shaft is provided with the caulking groove embedded with the O-shaped ring, the O-shaped ring is positioned below the ceramic ball bearing inner ring, the supporting shaft and the ceramic ball bearing inner ring are in clearance fit, and the O-shaped ring and the ceramic ball bearing inner ring are in flexible tight fit, so that when the ceramic ball bearing inner ring rotates at high speed, the inner ring is closely attached and limited by the O-shaped ring, and the function of preventing the ceramic ball bearing inner ring from rotating along with the inner ring is achieved. In addition, an elastic abutting mechanism is further arranged in the scheme to provide proper pretightening force for the inner ring of the ceramic ball bearing, so that the inner ring is ensured not to rotate along with the inner ring, and the rotation noise of the ceramic ball bearing is greatly reduced.

) The magnetic transmission mechanism is further provided with an elastic abutting mechanism, and the inner ring of the ceramic ball bearing is pre-pressed in the axial direction through the multi-layer wave spring, so that the axial clearance of the ceramic ball bearing is eliminated, and the bearing is prevented from being damaged by sliding friction.

) The invention has extremely small self-torque, can well solve the problem that the water pump with a sliding bearing magnetic transmission structure can not continuously rotate in a dry mode, and the inner magnetic ring sleeve and the impeller rotate stably at high speed under the driving of the rear speed regulating device, thereby reducing the rotating noise and avoiding the fault of the water pump in the process of blocking rotation and reducing the speed.
