after being burnt, the fuel enters a main combustion chamber (26) and then enters a cooking combustion chamber (28) and is exhausted through a cooking pulling fire hole (32) to heat a pot arranged at a cooking hole (24);

the heating mode is as follows: opening the cooking conversion plate (30), closing the cooking fire-pulling cover and the cooking opening cover, and carrying out a heating mode by the boiler;

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above analysis, the present invention aims to provide a feeding slag-cutting mechanism, a boiler and a method thereof, so as to solve the problem that the boiler is easy to slag and temper in the prior art. The purpose of the invention is mainly realized by the following technical scheme:

the invention provides a feeding and slag cutting mechanism, which comprises a motor, a feeding rod, a slag cutting connecting rod track, a slag cutting connecting rod and a V-shaped slag cutting knife rest, wherein the feeding rod is arranged on the feeding rod;

a horizontal motor push rod is arranged on the motor, the motor push rod is connected with a feeding rod through a vertical connecting rod, and a material stirring rod is arranged on the feeding rod;

the length of the slag cutting connecting rod track is greater than that of the feeding rod;

the motor controls the motor push rod to move rightwards, on one hand, the motor push rod drives the feeding rod to move rightwards, and the material stirring rod pushes the fuel to move rightwards; on the other hand, the motor push rod drives the slag cutting connecting rod track to move rightwards, the slag cutting connecting rod moves rightwards along the slag cutting connecting rod track, and the pin shaft moves upwards along the groove to push the slag cutting knife to move upwards;

the motor controls the motor push rod to move leftwards, and on one hand, the motor push rod drives the feeding rod to move leftwards; on the other hand, the motor push rod drives the slag cutting connecting rod track to move leftwards, the slag cutting connecting rod moves leftwards along the slag cutting connecting rod track, and the pin shaft moves downwards along the groove to drive the slag cutting knife to move downwards to cut slag.

Further, the number of the material poking rods is at least 2;

the bottom of the slag cutting connecting rod is provided with a sliding block which moves along the slag cutting connecting rod track, the slag cutting connecting rod is also provided with a pin, and the pin is matched with a screw hole on the slag cutting connecting rod track to fix the slag cutting connecting rod on the slag cutting connecting rod track.

The invention also provides a boiler assembled by using the feeding slag cutting mechanism, which comprises a burner body and a U-shaped air channel, wherein the burner body is wrapped by the U-shaped air channel;

the feeding rod is arranged at the bottom in the combustor body, and the middle of the V-shaped slag cutting knife rest is rotatably arranged at the upper right corner of the combustor body;

the bottom of combustor body is equipped with the fire row, is equipped with first vent on the fire row, and the lateral wall of combustor body is equipped with the second vent, installs the ignition piece in the U type wind channel.

Furthermore, the boiler also comprises a feeding unit, a flue gas combustion chamber and an air supply unit, wherein the feeding unit is arranged at the left upper part of the combustor, the flue gas combustion chamber is arranged at the right upper part of the combustor body, and the air supply unit is positioned at the lower part of the combustor body;

the spiral feeder comprises a feeding motor, a push rod and a spiral sheet coiled on the push rod, wherein the feeding motor controls the spiral sheet to move left and right along the push rod, and fuel falling from the storage box is conveyed to the blanking channel. Furthermore, the smoke combustion chamber comprises a main combustion chamber, a secondary air mixing combustion chamber, a cooking combustion chamber and a heating combustion chamber,

the main combustion chamber is respectively communicated with the cooking combustion chamber and the secondary air mixing combustion chamber, and the secondary air mixing combustion chamber is connected with the heating combustion chamber through a cooking conversion plate.

Furthermore, a secondary air inlet distribution plate is arranged at the bottom of the secondary air mixed combustion chamber, a fire pulling opening for cooking is arranged on the side face of the cooking combustion chamber, and a fire pulling cover for cooking is installed on the fire pulling opening for cooking.

Further, the air supply unit comprises a fan and a secondary air inlet at the bottom of the boiler, and air enters the secondary air inlet distribution plate through the secondary air inlet; the fan pumps air to the U-shaped air channel.

The invention also provides a cooking and heating method, which comprises the following steps:

the method comprises the following steps: starting a feeding motor, controlling the spiral sheet to move rightwards, driving the fuel falling from the storage box to move rightwards, and entering the combustor body through a discharging channel;

step two: starting the fan and the ignition sheet, blowing air to the U-shaped air channel by the fan, bringing the heat of the ignition sheet to the burner body, and igniting the fuel in the burner body;

step three: controlling the cooking conversion plate and the cooking pulling fire cover, and carrying out cooking or heating mode by the boiler;

the cooking mode is as follows: closing the cooking conversion plate, opening the cooking fire-pulling cover and the cooking opening cover, and cooking by the boiler;

after burning, the fuel enters a main combustion chamber and then enters a cooking combustion chamber, is exhausted through a cooking pulling fire hole, and heats a pot arranged at the cooking hole;

the heating mode is as follows: opening the cooking conversion plate, closing the cooking fire pulling cover and the cooking opening cover, and carrying out a heating mode by the boiler;

after being combusted, the fuel enters a main combustion chamber, a secondary air mixed combustion chamber and a heating combustion chamber in sequence, and finally enters a flue gas collecting channel for heating.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least one of the following practical effects:

1. according to the feeding and slag cutting mechanism, the feeding rod, the slag cutting connecting rod track, the slag cutting connecting rod and the V-shaped slag cutting knife rest which are sequentially connected are designed, the feeding rod and the slag cutting connecting rod track are synchronously driven by the motor, and the slag cutting knife rest is ingeniously designed into a V shape, so that when the feeding rod pushes fuel (and slag) to move rightwards, the slag cutting knife is lifted upwards; when the feeding rod moves leftwards, the slag cutting knife moves downwards to cut slag, so that the problems that in the prior art, due to the fact that a slag cutting structure is lacked, slagging in the combustion process cannot be effectively processed in time, combustion cannot be continued, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is low are effectively avoided;

2. according to the boiler, the spiral feeder, the blanking channel and the feeding and slag cutting mechanism are designed, fuel is conveyed to the blanking channel from the storage box through the spiral feeder, and then is pushed to the fire grate from the blanking channel through the feeding and slag cutting mechanism, the fuel in the feeder and the fuel burnt on the fire grate are separated by the blanking channel, and the tempering phenomenon is effectively prevented;

3. according to the boiler, the main combustion chamber, the secondary air mixing combustion chamber, the cooking combustion chamber and the heating combustion chamber are designed, and when the boiler adopts a heating mode, flying ash generated after fuel combustion completely falls into the boiler body after being baffled for many times through the main combustion chamber, the secondary air mixing combustion chamber and the heating combustion chamber, so that the boiler body is not easy to discharge to pollute the environment.
